This is a Dunkin Donuts. There's not much you can expect in general from the franchise but this is a pretty good one. Considering it's such a populated location by the PATH station, it runs pretty smoothly and you don't have to wait too long for your order. Also, dl the mobile app--you'll thank me later. Veroni (sp?) is awesome! He works giving out the food and he's always so friendly and funny and polite. I like seeing him there.

Everytime I get coffee from here it's watery or burnt. Sucks, cuz its the only Dunkin in the area. =\ You win some, you lose some.

Not open 24 hours as stated. Hours posted at the door say open until midnight. Two futile trips found them closed long before 11.

Yes, yes, and hell yes!…read more Do not come here to complain about the price or anything else. I am extremely picky about food, and this sandwich hit every flavor note perfectly. I drove 20 minutes home before eating it and honestly thought it would be soggy by then, but it was not at all. The bread was soft without being dry. The pesto was hands down the best I have ever had. Even the chips paired perfectly with the sandwich. The red onions were sliced perfectly, the turkey was generously packed in, and the lettuce and tomatoes did not overpower anything. You could taste every single component working together. From the bread, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, chips, turkey, pesto sauce, and the other sauce, every bite had balance and flavor. I also ordered a cookie butter coffee. I have definitely had better coffee before, but honestly this one was perfect because it was not overloaded with sugar like Dunkin. So for me, it was just right. The staff member was also amazing. I originally ordered a bagel, but it was forgotten. I reminded her, but then I saw someone else order a sandwich and asked if I could switch instead. They told me the bagel had already been made, and I said it was totally fine and that I would just take both because I did not want to be a bother. Instead, they resolved everything for me. I am so sorry for the confusion, but thank you guys so much!

I love this place…read more A friend of mine went to college in the West Village/Chelsea area, which is within a reasonable walking distance to the office I work at. In fact, I work so close and the donuts are so good that I have now become a regular at The Donut Pub. I normally get two donuts, and have been exploring the types of donuts. So far I've had the chocolate dipper, double chocolate dipper, Brooklyn creme, vanilla creme, strawberry creme and Boston creme. They never disappoint. All of the staff members are efficient and sweet, even when the shop is busy. Even if there's a line or they are making a bunch of orders, their service is consistently extremely fast without sacrificing quality. Their matcha latte and regular coffee latte are also pretty good. The cups are adorable. The interior is the old diner from back in the 90s style, and surprisingly they have a decent amount of seating considering how small the establishment is. Run, don't walk! (You might feel like you should run off the calories if you try the food but I personally feel like the donuts are worth it)

I've never eaten anything that I didn't like. My faves are: milhojas, breakfast croissant sandwich, and any and every cake with dulce de leche filling. I only tiny, minuscule complaint I have about this place is the lack of signage for the pastries and cakes. It would be nice to know what I'm looking at without having the ask. Absolutely zero gatekeeping here. Please everyone keep patronizing this establishment. I need this place to continue to exist in my hood.

So get anything fresh, like made to order cakes or things you see come out right when you're there. Otherwise you run the risk of getting old stuff, which sucks that they don't manage that at all. On a Sunday afternoon lines moved quickly and we were able to find seats. This is a cute cafe that offers plenty of savory items and lunches, plus drinks like matcha, cakes, pastries and cookies. There is also a bathroom! The women behind the counter were all nice and patient with my questions, they also kept the line moving and were quick. I had high hopes for the Alfajores as this is an Argentinian bakery but unfortunately the ones given to me were stale. The cookie was very hard. Also the Dulce de leche was too sweet and burnt tasting to me. I also got a chocolate covered one and the cookie in that was also hard and dry. The strawberry croissant was amazing. Never had anything like that before. Not too sweet and very flaky. It has a ribbon of red on the outside which gives it a unique look. I would love to come back and try savory items. I'll continue to stick with the cakes and croissants for desert and make sure it's fresh!

I arrived before they opened on a Saturday and still managed to be fifth in line, with several people lining up behind me over the next few minutes. When they opened their doors, there were still empty cases as they were stocking their shelves, so I'm not sure I had a full view of their offerings for the day despite being one of the first customers. I ordered the vanilla cream bombolone, the tomato focaccia (which came straight from the oven), a pizette (only because I didn't want to get half a Rossa for myself), and asked the staff to surprise me with a sandwich (they still hadn't been put in the display case). I must say, everything was top notch. I started with the warm focaccia, which had a great chew and the perfect balance with flaky sea salt, briny olives, and sweet tomatoes. The bombolone was light and fluffy and the vanilla cream filling was so flavorful. The pizzette was made with a laminated crust and topped with a robust sauce. To finish it off, my surprise sandwich was the salami, Gorgonzola, and fig jam. I think it could've used more Gorgonzola and fig to cut through the salty and fatty salami but the flavors were great. I had a nice picnic down the block at Riverview park and on my way back, around 11:30, there was still a line, but it looked pretty manageable. All in all, would definitely go again to try other items!
