This Dunkin does a fine job of taking orders, putting out correct product and doing it quickly. It is reminiscent of my New England Dunkin's with no fuss, no muss with not a lot of pleasantries or chit chat, just the coffee,donuts and sandwiches ma'am :-) I made multiple trips to this location during my stay in Jensen Beach and it was all good every time. The only issue here is the VERY tight drive thru and it's weird. The footprint for this real estate is built on a hill with the entrance just over a hill on a main busy street with the turn into the drive entrance that's narrow AND curved. If you just rolled out of bed, it's dark and you're in desperate need of that first coffee, well you see where I'm going. Just left there on July 5, 2026 at 3:10 PM and all the workers are outside smoking a blunt mind you this isn't the first time I have seen and smelled it but this makes sense of why my orders always messed up Since when we can smoke weed at work, i'm there at least four or five times a week and there's always somebody out there smoking weed that is supposed to be working. Get it together or the cops are getting called the next time. And telling the manager does nothing she does not care. read more

Five stars! Fast drive thru with a welcoming voice on the intercom. She greeted us, repeated the order, apologized when we made a correction, and then greeted us when we paid. Seems simple but it doesn't always happen so we appreciate! Perfect fresh bagel with lots of napkins in the bag. Coffee and tea were full and hot. Keep it up! read more

Was a great Dunkin' Donuts when it first opened the location has always been questionable never should've been put on the top of a hill like it has there's no parking. The drive-through is as skinny narrow as ever a lot of scrape marks on the barrier wall Ugg and the line that goes through as It gets spilled out onto the road where people can't get in or almost get hit and have to wait there ! which is the highest point off of skyline and Jensen Beach Boulevard, which strikes me funny as it gets into the later part of the morning & The service goes downhill. They don't listen properly when you ask for something specific they don't give you a total after you're ordering it ? I don't really appreciate until I get up to the window? How do I know what it is? It doesn't pop up doesn't have a digital screen I guess I'm supposed to to get a calculator and added i up as I order it ? The drive-through is littered with garbage and debris and plants and hasn't been cleaned or swept who knows how long probably 10 years, they need to get it together maybe because they don't get tipped anymore I don't know what's up with that it's not fair because your servicing people that's a customer service related issue so maybe they don't have good customer service and they don't get a tip but corporate needs to bring that back and address that as wellI've ordered for big parties in the morning and they've had everything ready thank God but when it's either 10 1030 come around that time, the staff becomes sparse and inadequate I got two sugar raised donuts this morning and they look like had no sugar on it melted glazed and they were stale. Besides the fact that this dunkin "donuts" location NEVER has donuts, I was told the other day that they couldn't put the strawberry creamcheese on my bagel for me.. I know they can do it because i've had it done as a favor for me from numerous other locations. Just very shocked, because my experiences at this dunkin have not been terrible, but that just got me very annoyed, "the customer is always right" is not their motto at this location. Drive thru is disgusting. Mold, overgrown weeds,trash, mud and dirt . Broken concrete, debris on parking lot. Needs a lot of renovation and cleanup outside. I've never been inside.drive-thru workers we're polite. Must be an extremely cheap owner to let the outside of the property look this bad. I can't see how the health department would allow all this mold along the back entrance to the kitchen. It's been like this for years. As someone who lives near by its extremely frustrating at the current state of this Dunkin. Most days your order is wrong for example today I ordered a iced coffee and ended up with a sweet tea. This store is spotlessly clean! The girl working the counter named Kaitlin was amazing, very patient with my special needs son who could not make up his mind which donut he needed. She never rushed us or mad us feel like a bother. My coffee and sandwich were both perfect. Thank you for a great experience! We will most certainly be returning. read more
