While the app would not let me place a mobile order due to an extremely annoying survey continuously popping up. I tried to place an order over the phone, which I know is not regular protocol however, for a customer in a rush, it's more than possible. She then made me come inside of the store, I waited in the line for 12 minutes. No one helped me yet so I left without my drink and still late to my interview. This is extremely unprofessional. As Starbucks Restaurants go this is a great store, the service was friendly the product was delivered fast and accurate. Even a few minutes before closing the store still had a good size crowd working and enjoying their drinks. I definitely can see a lot of reasons this location is popular amongst the locals this would be my choice if I lived near by. read more

Very dissatisfied last 3 times. On Christmas morning my husband picked us up coffee and when he brought mine back he apologized when he handed it to me because it was half empty, he said that's how they gave it to him. On Monday their app said they were out of the cloud macchiato so I called to ask and they said they weren't out so I went thru the drive thru, after I had already ordered, and PAID and waited for ever a worker finally tells me they are out of them and "What can they substitute for me?" I didn't want a substitute! That's why I had called and checked, but it was too late apparently. Yesterday I drove through and asked specifically if they had my drink, they said yes. I order, once again pay and am then told they didn't have the size I ordered so they used a different size and so they just stuck a straw in it instead of the special lid it comes with. Once again, if I would've wanted it that way I wouldn't just ordered a caramel macchiato but I didn't, I ordered the other one and they completely messed it up for the third day in a row. Not to mention the coffee it's self was terrible, I couldn't even drink it. It tasted so burnt, I didn't know you could burn coffee but apparently they can. It may seem silly but I don't do much for myself, I'm a single mom with two small kids so my coffee is what gets me through my day and for them to have messed that up the last three times is unacceptable. The coffee isn't cheap and they are supposed to be consistent and considerate enough to at least ASK you what you want BEFORE taking your money and making you choose something else. I'd rather go down the street to the other Starbucks than pay $8 for a coffee I didn't want, so that is what I will be doing from now on. read more

Pretty consistent good service here, along with a good number of tables that people with laptops can set up on. I've noticed that some Starbucks can have as few as 3 tables, which is no good for people who want to stop in and do some work and run the risk of having to just turn around and leave. I enjoy this particular Starbucks mostly because they are consistent. They are never out of anything unless every other Starbucks in the area is out there as well. They consistently make our drinks correct. They spell my daughters name correctly and always ask for two names when we order two drinks. Made an online order with my ZIP Code and selected a different store location. Order was sent to this store "based on my ZIP code". I called and canceled the order before the food was made. Told I would recieve a refund. Called back 2 days later and asked if I will get a refund. A manager said yes and that it will post in less than 5 days. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have no refund. Disappointed with the mobile app and not being refunded correctly. No complaints to the employees at the actual store though. read more

Being that that Starbucks is located directly across from dunkin donuts, you would think they would want the business, I don't feel very welcome here, so I began to use the drive thru. I love this place!! Service- excellent. Product quality- awesome! There's just a couple things they need to do for that 5th star: First and foremost- get a rug by the front door. It's totally naked right now and screaming "slip and fall then sue Howard Schultz"!! An industrial grade rug is probably less than $20. Get one!! Next- the inside atmosphere is the best at this location bc, unlike the other stores in the county- this one is not full of pre-pubescent creatures obsessing over their frapps and soccer moms taking up two parking spots then ordering something that sounds like it needs an owners manual to drink properly. This location has the most space, the best staff, and the cleanest bathrooms. Two things that need to change inside though: 1. TURN DOWN THE MUSIC! I can't even hear myself think sometimes. Especially in the front- that speaker in the left corner. OMG it's so loud! And 2. Call AT&T and beef up the wifi. Since this is the best coffeehouse to hang out in lots of people actually hang out...with their iPhones and iPads and Kindles and other signal sucking devices. It makes the wifi verrrrrrrrrrry sloooooooooow. Get these things handled and it's 5 stars all the way! read more

My favorite Starbucks location. The staff is a bit older and friendlier, I don't have a barista questioning my order and urging me to change it. I've even gotten discounts just for the person in the window recognizing me from my Job. My drinks are always fabulous, but again the barista's don't really seem all that knowledgeable when it comes to drink suggestions. All in all I pass 5 Starbucks on my way to work, and I drive a little ways past my job to go to this one. :) Excellent read more

Visited this particular starbucks 3 or 4 times during my stay in Florida... Staff always very polite and courteous, and able to make drinks exactly as requested.
