The fries were clearly made in house. They had a really cool texture, light, airy, almost fluffy. Hard to describe but different in a really good way and the flavor backed it up. Coleslaw was solid too. Light, refreshing, and had a nice slight sweetness that balanced everything out. The staff was great, friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
