No manager, no server. Completely unacceptable. As my sweet husband cut into his filet, completely over cooked and rubbery, was supposed to be medium- he dare not send it back as everyone else was done and he felt terrible. To make matters worse, my father's fish, was loaded with blood line, ruining the flavor of the meat of the snapper.
