When we walked in, there was no one present behind the counter, but there was a female worker (young lady with brown hair and blue and silver nails) in the back area who my husband saw and who clearly saw us standing there. She didn't acknowledge us and once she finally walked out from the back, she STILL didn't acknowledge us. She walked over to the back counter and said nothing. Her demeanor was very off-putting and honestly I should've walked out, but my son really wanted some ice cream. She finally walked over to us and no lie, she literally just stared at us!!!! No hello, no welcome, how can I help you....no greeting whatsoever. Just downright RUDE. It took everything in me not to say anything, but I proceeded to just order the ice cream (against my better judgment). We weren't offered any toppings, sauces, etc and it was like she just wanted us out the store as quickly as possible. Not even a set of napkins were offered to us. Another customer came in after us, and wasn't treated this way. Interesting...But, I paid for the scoops and left. The experience was so uncomfortable that I will NEVER EVER set foot in that shop again. It's unfortunate because our ice cream is actually really good (hence the one star given). But the customer service was a ZERO across the board. I didn't give a monetary tip because it wasn't deserved by any means. But here's one you could use: Treat EVERY customer the same...NOT just the ones who look like you!!!

The store is always clean and they typically fulfill the orders quickly. We have had a few experiences where they ran out of something we had ordered or where they gave us the wrong cookie, but they're always happy to help fix it. Highly recommend this location! We have tried too many cookies to count, but our favorites are all of the breakfast themed cookies: waffle, donut, french toast, pancake, cereal milk, etc.

SO good! I'm not a…read morehuge Crumbl Cookie fan (except for gifts), and I don't typically eat sugar, but I had a craving for something sweet, and Crumbl was one of the only places open. We originally ordered from Stuart, but despite being in stock on the app, they did not have all of the flavors we ordered (& the main one I wanted). They were nice enough to offer a refund, and I went back to the app to place an order at a different location - which led me to this one. Not only did they have the full selection of the Stuart store, but they actually had even a few more! However, after our experience at Stuart, I wanted to call ahead to make sure it was all actually in stock before sending my husband almost 30 minutes away - but this store is so new they haven't even activated their phone number yet!! A quick google search showed it opened last week, so we crossed our fingers and placed the order. My husband went up there and said it was completely dead - but it was nearly 10 pm on Saturday night. Of course the store itself was immaculate too! The cookies were all there, nicely packaged, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We ended up getting (in order of favorites): - Blueberry Muffin mini cookie (unique to Tradition) - Blue Raspberry ICEE mini cookie (the one Stuart was out of) - Cinnamon Toast Crunch mini cookie - Cookies & Cream mini cookie - mini North Carolina Lemon Pie - Sea Salt Toffee Skillet mini cookie (unique to this location) All were good quality and tasted good, as expected from Crumbl, but the extra flavors, full stock, and quick fulfillment/pickup process was a nice treat from a store we didn't even know existed yet! Definitely consider this new location the next time you're in the mood from Crumbl or just a late night treat
