I was genuinely excited to visit this place because my sister had been craving their donuts. As soon as I walked in, the gentleman behind the counter, Josh, asked if he could help me. He asked how many donuts I wanted, and I explained that it was my first visit and that I wasn't sure yet. I had planned on ordering several donuts, but almost immediately I was met with a frustrated facial expression and what appeared to be a slight eye roll. I should have walked away, but I wanted to get my sister what she had been craving, so I stayed and placed a $37 order. The entire interaction was uncomfortable. Josh's attitude made it seem as though he didn't want to serve me. His facial expressions, hand gestures, and overall demeanor suggested he was frustrated and unhappy to be there. No customer should feel like they're inconveniencing an employee simply by placing an order. To make matters worse, the customer behind me seemed irritated because I was ordering more than the two donuts she wanted, and it felt like Josh was more concerned with her impatience than with providing me good customer service. I regularly visit local businesses and share honest reviews with my personal groups because I enjoy supporting small businesses. Unfortunately, this experience is not one I can recommend. No craving is worth standing at the counter feeling unwelcome while an employee appears visibly irritated handling your order. One negative interaction can completely change someone's first impression. I sincerely hope management addresses this, because the quality of customer service should match the quality of the product. read more

Unbelievably delicious! More like a cronut than donut. They are like a croissant & donut combined. Thick, light, super flavorful. Almost airy? They have some filled options, but we usually get the ones that are "topped" I can't get away from the peanut butter ones. The topping is yummy chocolate sauce with peanut butter drizzle. The Hubs got turtle cheesecake this time. Creamy cheesecake flavor sauce? It's hard to describe the stuff they put on top. It also had caramel & pecans. Everyone that works there is super nice. Knowledgeable about the product they are selling. The coffee is very good. I had a caramel latte one time & that was way too sweet. So we stick to black coffee now. The place is super clean . I was tempted to take one star off because of the girl at the counter. She wasn't very friendly... maybe she was tired or having a bad day, so I'll keep the 5 rating (but it's something to consider). Was looking for a local doughnut place but stumbled into this Cronut chain- IT DIDN'T disappoint. Coming in and looking at the display was overwhelming. I had something in mind what we wanted. Our server was helpful for what is popular and what is seasonal donuts. Wanted to get peanut butter cup but it was sold out by 9 am. But the 4 donuts we got were delicious. Moving into the area and looking for a good local coffee shop that doesn't start with a "Star". This was a pleasant find on Yelp and it was a perfect stop to grab a cup and have a seat inside. This was such an unexpected experience that left me disappointed... for such a well put together spot with a nice look the experience fell short fast. Staff seemed disengaged and when I looked for guidance there was no interest to provide me with it, no welcome, explanation of the menu or suggestions, no mention of the rewards program or even a thank you. I ended up ordering the lemon donut and the portion is huge which makes sense for the price but the taste wasn't as rich as I'd hoped and by the end I felt I had just eaten a ball of dough. I also ordered one of their fizzy house made sodas which tasted completely flat and flavorless. This could have been a much better experience but it looks like management hasn't properly trained staff or the wrong people are here. Flaky and Airy Doughnut Deliciousness. While stopping in Port St Lucie for a car charge we had to kill some time and Parlor Doughnuts was right in front of us. Now it wasn't a coincidence because I purposely chose this charging location for this reason alone lol. I had tried before Parlor Doughnuts while in the west coast of Florida and I recall them being so amazing I couldn't pass up another opportunity. This location is located in a large shopping strip so plenty of parking. The inside of the shop is very clean and staff are super friendly. It kind of gives off a 50s old diner vibe which I love. The Doughnuts are just incredible. So soft and airy. The best way I can describe them are like a cross between a croissant and a doughnut. They had so many options and honestly you can't go wrong with any of them. They all have been amazing. The only sadness is they don't have any shops closer to home. Otherwise I'd be a frequent visitor. But whenever near one I make it a must to stop by. Definitely recommend giving Parlor Doughnuts a try if you haven't already. read more

Parlor Doughnuts is amazing! There are only a handful of locations on the West Coast in San Diego area but significantly more on the East Coast. The PSL location was the first location I visited and we were all so impressed. The doughnuts were airy and so fresh. The staff was very helpful in describing all the unique flavors and fun names. My favorite was the French toast which came with a maple frosting and the coconut cream doughnut. I expected these to be sugar bombs but they were very well balanced. I love the overall aesthetic. We have close family living in the PSL area and we loved all the location specific merch they were offering as well. They have a pretty large drink selection. Hot, iced, teas, lattes, matcha, lemonades etc. We enjoyed everything but we will definitely come back for the donuts any day. read more

WOW!! I entered and couldn't believe that actually there is a place that has doughnuts that are sugar free and that can have toppings that fit my needs! This is my second visit and sadly it's gone downhill since my last visit. The employee that helped us didn't seem like he wanted to be there and the store was dirty. The floors were super sticky, some of the utensils were empty and it just wasn't a cozy place to sit and eat breakfast. Hot, hefty and delicious. These donuts, more like doughnuts, are soft, with a crisp outer layer and a chewy croissant-like center. You may think they only have what is left on display, but they will make whatever is pictured on the menu fresh to-order. A family friend grabbed a dozen during the grand opening and we had to come back. Delicious! We got four doughnuts: apple pie, bourbon caramel, butter pecan, and peanut butter cup. The apple pie was perfect with its filling and fluffy whipped topping. My husband and I came for the first time today. I got their White Chocolate Blondie and I don't know if the baristas there are still new but I didn't even get whipped cream and caramel drizzle like it's advertised. I also got a straw lid on my cup instead of the sip lids they have for the coffees. My husband had to ask for it afterwards and the barista literally did a small swirl of whipped cream and put a dome lid on it. The whipped cream barely filled the lid. Very inconsistent in the way they prepare their drinks. Food was okay but wouldn't order again. My husband replaced the doughnut bun with sourdough bread on his Bacon Egg and Cheese and he said it was more bread than anything else. They used 1 strip of bacon in his sandwich. The tacos were good but not good enough to pay $7 for. We tried a Honey Glazed and. French Toast doughnut and both were very good but they are very filling so one enough to share!
