It turned out to be a perfect spot for both the baby's needs and for us to relax before continuing the long drive. As we entered, we were greeted by festive Christmas decorations that added a warm and cheerful vibe to the place. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a pleasant spot to unwind. While ordering milk for our infant, we also took advantage of the clean and well-maintained restrooms, which was a big relief during a road trip. I work in the same plaza and i go here every morning before work for coffee. Great morning crew, very friendly and efficient. Yesterday, around 3:00 i went there to get coffee for me and an work associate, i placed my order with a young man, paid the $12.77 and waited. Got my first coffee after 10 minutes, sat and waited another 5 minutes and a female who acted like the manager ask me if i had more on my order, I said yes. From then on, for another 15 minutes she kept saying, " We're working on it" Finally after almost 30 minutes i had to leave to get back to work with only one coffee. You can keep the money you owe me so maybe you can hire a quality management team for the afternoons. I will not be coming back ever in the afternoon. Very Sad actually. read more

Haven't been to a Starbucks in ages. They are heavily advertising the egg nog latte so I thought that sounds good. Got there at 7 AM and they are out of the egg nog latte. So okay I order a scone. They handed me the bag and I thought the bag was empty as the scone was the size of a quarter. They also didn't offer my sweet pup a pup cup. Service is terrible here. Drive thru is painfully slow. Employees are so rude. Especially if you place an online order. Instead of being disrespectful, they should encourage customers to use it so the drive-through doesn't take that long. By the time they get to the window, the order is there keep it moving. Management here needs to retrain the employees to educate and promote the mobile app. read more

I have frequented this Starbucks many times & never had a problem until this past weekend. Our son is allergic to all nuts so we always make the store aware before ordering. And we always go inside vs drive thru with him. The Cashier started off with, they don't have nut drinks. Hazelnut, praline, etc are drink options. After explaining this, she said ok. Starbucks apparently doesn't have a seperate blender for allergen free drinks. Cashier stated that they go & clean out a blender twice to rid it of any residue. Cashier was so irritated & it showed. I always have his epipen but would prefer not to have to use it. Especially over a simple iced coffee because this Employee acted like it was no big deal. We have had great experiences at other locations!! Won't return to this one. read more

Starbucks was packed! The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building so I went inside to order. The dinning room was also packed. However, I was greeted as I walked through the door & you could see the smile under their masks, through their eyes. Brand new location which officially opened today (7/23/15). It's in a really great location. I'm usually not a coffee drinker but I had a gift card so I figured I would use it. Due to it being the grand opening today all "tall" drinks were FREE! Praise baby Jesus! And they had little pastries from a local bakery giving away bite size samples. And the Humane society was there along with a DJ and a classic car show. Anywho, the location is obviously super clean, hello it's brand new. And the baristas were wicked fast! This used to be my favorite Starbucks- it had the best service, best atmosphere, great selection... but the last year its consistently riddled with bad experiences. Virtually every other time I come here now, I order something at the drive thru only to pull up to the window to be told they are sold out of the item I just ordered. Items they confirmed when I ordered them just a minute or two before that they had (let me make sure we have X, ok we do....). I'm not referring to obscure items either, but for weeks in a row I ordered tea only to arrive at the window, and sometimes go so far as to pay for the item, and then be told they don't have any and then have to either be issued a refund or change my order (sometimes for a cheaper item with no comment on the fact I paid for the more expensive item). I used to come here every day on my way to work for years but now I rarely come anymore because it's just become so annoying. Also, of late the people taking the order speak so so slowly compared to how most people speak. On top of that they insist on rattling off the names of everyone working, it's cute till you waited in line for 8 minutes for the chance to order and then it's a long list of names, then you order.... and the you pull up and get told they are sold out... I just need to drive over the bridge and go to that one going forward read more

I have been a regular since the day this store opened. One upon a time I raved about excellent service and organizational discipline. Now, not so much. These new baristas need significant training. Reduced to solely to drive-thru lane, that is always backed up, the level of service is poor. The overly wordy greeting and request for your order are sales pitches to sell food. Today service hit a new low. I had to repeat order twice in lane. When I got to window 1/2 order was wrong. The other portion was overfilled with hot coffee and the little green stick, preventing spilling was forgotten. Everyone apologized and was nice BUT the service errors were made and have been quite repetitive on a daily basis. Might I recommend management or franchise holder slip on a mask and view what is going on. These new young associates need training and perhaps a shot or two of espresso instead of something that dulls senses. read more

Don't get me wrong... I absolutely love Starbucks as a company. However, this particular location has some serious room for improvement... I've been frequenting it for almost a year now, and it's always at least a 15 minute wait in the drive thru lane, often up to 30 minutes. They intentionally talk very slowly at the speaker in order to make their times look better at the window and they often don't even get the order correct.
