Cute little healthy option restaurant. Service was quick. No smiles, though, from behind the counter. Sorry to interrupt your day, y'all! The wrap I got was the Thai chicken wrap. It was pretty and full of color. The taste was alright. The chicken didn't taste Thai. Not sure what their idea of Thai is... it came with a sauce which was supposed to tie (Thai - tie hahaha pun intended) it all together. It tasted like honey mustard. Not like Thai anything... Ok of you're looking for a franchise type experience. Açaí bowl needs less toppings and more açaí... I expected my $10 juice drink to be made up fresh but was given one out of the cooler. I can get bottled drinks from 7-11 or Publix, and was hoping for more of a fresh juice bar vibe but didn't get it here. read more

My favorite is a layer afternoon snack , a chronic, or the Local. Everything is super fresh. The bowls are non dairy and come with different toppings. Service was good. Upgrading review to 5 stars. This place used to be absolutely amazing but it has gone downhill big-time! Customer service is an absolute joke. The girls who work there are very rude and disrespectful. They messed up my order and instead of making it right they are trying to charge me for an entire new bowl. I do not recommend going to three natives in Palm city. Indian Street is much better. I honestly cannot believe how terrible their customer service is here in Palm city and the fact that they messed up an order and were so disrespectful when I called to ask them to fix the order. The food here is fresh and always a quick wait too, the front girls are always very nice. They have few vegan food options but pretty much all of the smoothies are, and they are refreshing and delicious! My only issue is the price; I feel it is a little too expensive for portions/size. Love the Tex Mex wrap because it's full of colorful veggies plus they don't put too much of the sauce inside it which prevents it from getting soggy. The açaí bowls are AMAZING (I go for the Local or the one with green apples and chocolate covered nuts on top.) I suggest getting the regular size if you're an adult, and the small size for a child or someone who's never tried an açaí bowl before. It's a little pricey but feels worth it to me. If you're in a hurry, they have the order ahead via phone option which I've used before. read more

The girl in the front need some lessons in customer service. As a customer it would be appreciated to at least be acknowledged upon arrival if an actual greeting is too much for you. We had placed an order to go and she hands us our bag which is clearly short of the three items we ordered. (I know, 3 items is a lot, but still. I could see it sitting in the window.) If the service had been pleasant, none of the rest would have bothered me. I don't like places that make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them by being there. Service was quick and delicious food as usual. But the lady who took my order was extremely rude. I typically tip $5 on my $9 order when I come in but not today. I said "hello are you today" when I walked up to the register to place my order and she didn't say anything back and it seemed like she was looking down at her watch or maybe her phone the whole time I ordered...didn't even ask what I'd like to order when I first walked up. I told her my order and she still didn't speak besides asking me if it was here or to go and for my name. I said "thank you. Have a nice day" when I walked away to wait and she practically yelled "next" to the next person in line. Last time I will be here, second time Iv had bad food from here Iv emailed the owner no response. Today I get a Cesar wrap like I always do no one informed me they changed there Caesar dressing, got home had 2 bites of the wrap and threw it away I thought they put ranch on it on accident but when I called I was told it's there newer Caesar dressing and I prob got a mix of the new and old. The wraps and bowls are great, however the staff is very unfriendly and downright rude. Please invest in some customer service training. They have good, healthy options...it's a shame they can't get the front counter girls to come to work with a better attitude. In the meantime, I'm going to take my business elsewhere. read more

If you're looking for a vegan option and friendly staff it's a great place for lunch. Also plenty of other non-vegan options.

The wraps were expensive they fell apart and The smoothies were on the small side for two and 2 smoothies came out to $35. I understand that's healthy food but it's a little on the expensive side so we would not be visiting there on a weekly basis. Didn't really interact with the employees.
