Not only did she yell at me but she yelled at someone infront of me. I must have waited 20mins before giving up ... She never confirmed my order ..and my name was no longer on their screen. So I filed a complaint with Dunkin' Donuts since my credit card was charged and never received my drink. Dunkin' Donuts customer service never responded and my case is #14881196.
