I stopped by Starbucks today to pick up a Pink Drink for my daughter. I placed a mobile order with an estimated pickup time between 3:13 and 3:15 PM. I arrived at the drive-thru at 3:13, but they told me they were still working on the orders for the two cars ahead of me. By the time I reached the window at 3:17, my drink still wasn't ready; I didn't receive it until 3:18. While the drive-thru area looked clean, I was disappointed that I specifically asked for light ice, yet the cup was still filled to the top with ice. I had a decent visit at this location. They have a prime location...they are close to Hicksville LIRR (which is a hub), basically at Broadway Mall, and pretty close to the high school. Very central, which means busy! The drive-thru was busy, but it moved quickly and efficiently. Whomever was working it worked it right and was friendly! I heard him help a customer behind me with their order and provide some recommendations as it appeared they were a little confused on what to order. I walked into an empty store. Not one single person there except for three employees. An employee looked me in the face, and then turned to do busy work. He knew I was there, he just ignored me. So that I can make sure that the management will know approximately who this person is, it was about 1:30 in the afternoon today and the person was short, dark brown hair, had glasses and looked like he might be East Indian. What this young person doesn't understand is when you disrespect a potential customer, you won't have a job very long. There are two other locations both in Westbury that ended up closing because of that same behavior. I will not spend money at a place where the person is going to disrespect and or ignore me. 3 stars, not too bad but not the best. Placed a mobile order at 4:30 pm, waited half an hour for my drink. I don't have an issue with the employees. I just think this location has bad organization. Why are there only two teens doing cashier, bar and drive thru? Especially during dinner peak. I realize the drive thru is more prioritized. Whenever I would order drive thru pick up my order would be ready almost instantly. However today I made the mistake of choosing in store pick up. As I waited inside I noticed orders were being made for the drive thru customers that came AFTER ME. I even ordered ahead to make sure it would be ready when I got there. But no apparently ordering on the speaker is more effective than ordering ahead. If you order online just put drive thru pick up instead of in store pick up. This Starbucks is in the front of the Broadway mall right on 106/107 right next to boulder creek. Just opened lat week and is beautiful inside. The store has plenty of parking and plenty of seating. I ordered a green tea lemonade and it was made perfectly. The staff were fast and friendly and could not ask for more. They have a drive up window as well. I would say this will be a great location to go as long as it is not too busy then as with any Starbucks location it can be a little bit of a wait. A young lady working at the drive thru was awful. I politely asked if she could add more milk as the drink was not how I ordered it. She refused to take back the drink to add the milk and instead just handed me more milk, causing the drink to overflow and spill all over the place. I've been to other Starbucks locations where they modified the drink for me and was mindful of how much was in the cup to prevent it from spilling. read more

As per standard at any Starbucks, all drinks are the same here. Unfortunately, I felt this Starbucks lacked the service I normally get from others. There weren't that many people in store but you could tell they were pretty backed up on their drinks. The perk of this Starbucks is that they do have a drive through so you can stay in the comfort of your car as you wait for your drink. Wanted to grab a quick coffee before the gym sesh but unfortunately ended up waiting for almost twenty minutes (and finished our banana nut bread too). For the space itself, it's pretty quiet and empty so it would make a good study area if you wanted to study here. Update: finished this review while waiting and they actually messed up the order (I definitely said iced but it came out hot). When we told the waitress, she was visibly annoyed. First, the only pro at this location: front is always energetic and is very welcoming; probably the only reason why I still came back here next to convenience of a drive thru. Now the cons. I gave this place a few tries and the experience has always been a disappointment. I don't know who teaches them to make drinks, but the Frappuccino is always awful. Either the drinks completely lack of flavor and taste of just milk with ice, or they add too much ice. "Baristas" simply do not know how to even BLEND ICE and leave chunks of that for the customer to bite down while sipping. Tried their burrito consisting of bacon, eggs, and sausage for the first time a few days ago and I kicked myself on the foot for being lazy and not going to chick fil a next doors. Potential customers, only go here if you are in an absolute HURRY and need to do a drive thru. I was having a bad morning followed by a bad night. Hated the world kind of feeling...until I got to the drive through of Starbucks at broadway mall this morning. I was greeted by a very enthusiastic barista who was very nice and said "heck yea" to my "extra shot of espresso" to my already double shot grande latte. Seth at this location is an absolute pleasure from the moment you hear his voice through the drive thru telecom. He is absolutely energetic, courteous and the most infectioctious personality. He is sure to put a smile on your face. If Starbucks doesn't realize the treasure they have with this employee, and put him to bigger and better use within the company, it would be a great waste on his skills. Ordered a frap on mobile app, arrived 11 minutes later, no cars on line or pk lot early am- drink not ready. Still in blender, girl poured but a bunch still stuck (supposed to be double blended it wasn't). She put in more ice put back on blender, lol still wouldn't pour. She put in something from pump, blended again finally poured. It was the worst frap I've ever had! So watery, large chunks of ice. I was already at work or I would have returned it. There's not many Starbucks I wouldn't walk into since they all have good service and are consistent however this Starbucks just made it to the top of the list for best Starbucks. Even though it was a short encounter, the barista made me feel noticed. When taking my order she asked how to spell my name "Derek" as either "Derrick" or "Derek", small tiny thing that doesn't bother me at all whichever way people spell my name but the fact that she thought of it and gave me an option really made me feel like they cared. On top of that I ordered a breakfast sandwich and when it was done the same barista came out to hand deliver it to me. This Starbucks is tucked away inside Target- right next to Pizza Hut. When I luck out on finding a seat at other locations, I know that I'll always be able to get a seat at this location. The seating space fits probably about 25 people. There are large glass windows so you can people watch when you get bored and need a break from studying- hahaha. 10/25/19 at 6:09pm drive thru ... just needed coffee after hard working day. Made a stop where you give an order through speaker. Was no response from speaker so I drove to pick up window. Guy who was in charge rudely told me that I have to go around and give an order through speaker. I told him that I stopped there but nobody was on speaker so he decided to argue with me it best way. So after 2 minutes back and forth he got order from me with hunger face. I have ordered coffee with milk and sugar. But after driving away I realized that coffee has no milk and sugar. Drove back to Starbucks. Again this rude guy started to argue with me that He didn't hear anything about milk and sugar(which was a lie). Finally some other female staff has changed my coffee. I drove away and realized that coffee has milk but don't have sugar in. And coffee was cold(probably very cold milk was added) and still NO SUGAR! I didn't go back again because didn't want destroy my everything. And this rude guy not even ashamed to tell me that don't come to this Starbucks anymore. Do you imagine? Music is always TOO LOUD here and staff gets pissy when you tell them to turn it down. One associate told me "we had to turn it down 2 times today" . Well that's because it was too loud, Morton! And it was not like they were playing loud jazz or soft lounge or "chill" music.
