Staff was very rude to me and my granddaughter. She was taking a drive through order the same time she was taking my order. She got my order wrong and basically said it was my fault. Not sure why the negative reviews but mine was very normal and stress free. I used the drive thru since it was blazing hot outside. It only took a few minutes geok order to pick up. On Jan 10, I placed a mobile order for Coffee and munchkin's @ 6:34pm. When I arrived at the store, at 642pm I went thru the drive thru to say I was there for pickup. No one came to the window for 1.5 minutes and when she did, I asked where my order was, she stated we are working on it. She walked off then came back when I blew (it was taken a while) I asked her what was the point is of using the mobile app If I have to wait for my coffee. She stated oh we like to make it fresh. I said but I have been sitting here for 5 min she said no its only been 3 minutes (in a smart tone). She finally came back with my coffee at 6:47 and said have a goodnight. I then said I also ordered donut holes, so she went to fix then and did it in a slow manner (to annoy me) .I finally drove off at 6:49. I frequent this shop at least twice a week for the last 2 months and this is not the first time my order wasn't ready when I arrived (last time the young man was out back smoking) But i was unconcerned, thought maybe they were cleaning up or something and the workers were pleasant. These 2 young ladies on this night were rude and snobbish. I assume they didn't even know my order popped up on their machine. I drove from Jacksonville and put my order in as I passed Baptist south. Drive thru only location. Double lanes merging into one. Generally pretty fast in the mornings, however check your order. Due to the double lanes merging, the staff are easily confused and will give you the wrong order. It happened to me twice. Took my little boy to Dunkin' Donuts today and was very impressed with the service we received from a young man named Dom. At one point while we were eating, we saw him go outside to bring food to car that had ordered at the drive-thru. As he came back in, he was clearly in a hurry and my son asked "why is that guy walking so fast?" I said "that's what a hard worker does when the restaurant is busy." I miss the old Dunkin Donuts when the focus was on donuts. If I want healthy I'll go somewhere else. This location is always clean with friendly employees. Some Dunkin Donuts really fill the donuts while others will give you a little bit. This location consistently gives not enough filling leaving too many bites of just dough. I've only been here once but I don't see why they're getting all the bad reviews. Place seemed clean, staff was kind, respectful, and helpful. The guy who made my order did messed up on my coffee and gave me a small instead of a medium. But when I asked about it he didn't argue or give me an attitude like I've gotten at other locations/franchises. He owned up to the mistake, offered to make a new one for me, and even upgraded me to a large for messing up. The dude who made my order deserves a raise, mistake or not. I go here almost every day, an almost every day, my order is wrong...or, they give me someone else's order. It is impossible to express my frustration in words. For example, If I order my coffee with no sugar, it will have sugar in it. As a diabetic, I can't have sugar so it is very serious. If I order a breakfast sandwich, I'll get donuts instead and they'll charge my credit card for donuts leading to a lengthy process of crediting me back for the donuts I didn't order.. The mistakes the staff make are almost incomprehensible. They're so bad, one would think they're intentionally messing with you. Then there's the equipment failures. This is place is horrible. I had given it plenty of visits before writing a review to see if they had a bad day or something. First we walked in and the cashier was on the phone? Don't mind us but ok and we see her walking around kitchen with flip flops!! She had poor hygiene ( finger nails, hair, clothes etc) and had a lady friend just hanging out on the other side of the register just talking to her. I had a second, third and more visits. Every time so something different. They either burn the bagels or they don't even put them on the toaster. I used the drive thru and the lady was rude.
