The most consistent of the 3 Jacksonville Dunkin's. My children only go here. Their donuts are consistent. Their drinks are correct. There's some newer guys in there who haven't been on point with my drink but it's ok for my kids! They are nice here and not rude. Service is good. Ambiance is like the others! I'm shocked this place usually is solid. Ordered through DoorDash and got my order wrong. Bagels are great, donuts are delicious, would6 loved my missing bacon, egg, and cheese on everything bagel. This is by far the worst experience I've had with this Dunkin location. I had placed an online order and arrived here no more than 5 minutes later (I live 3 minutes away). When I got there there were a handful of cars in front of me but nobody was moving. I was there from 9:55 and didn't receive my food and my hot chocolate until 10:18am. I was upset that at this time, the whipped cream (that I paid extra for) is gone, the sandwich is cold and they had said nothing can be done. The man at the window had said "lines are long sometimes it's not our fault". I don't appreciate that, because as a customer it's not my fault that the line is slow and I shouldn't be told to basically take the cold items and deal with it. -50 stars The employees are rude af. I went this morning with my mom who's from out of state. The 2 women at the window were rude, had zero customer service skills. I told them they made a mistake with my moms coffee and they gave me an attitude. When the lady handed me my "new coffee" back, she gave me the same cup, didn't re make my coffee, just added the espresso to the top of the old drink. Which, if a drink is already handed through the window, it's suppose to be completely remade. Also, the bagel on our sandwiches were soggy and not toasted. 10/10 don't recommend this place. Maybe invest in a staff that don't hate their lives. SMH read more

I wanted to get a dozen donuts and a drink, when I started ordering my donuts the girl cut me off, she said "you're getting donuts? okay wait a second." then I waited at least a minute for a guy to come in the speaker, the guy asked what I was getting and again I started ordering my donuts, and he cut me off. he said anything else besides donuts? One of my favorite places for donuts is here so far as commercial brand.. The coffee here is good and alway hot each time I have come. They usually keep their variety of donuts out but on occasion they are out of Strawberry glaze! Argghh! Lol But, its okay many more to chose from. Going inside and experiencing drive thru I have not experience anything bad. Though the location of it is a bit weird getting in and out. Early mornings cars are really backed up with no where to go without your vehicle tailend sticking out on the highway. So, I've learned to go a bit later to prevent this near traffic jam at dunkin donuts lol The donuts are good I cant complain about that as its not a gourmet donut Shoppe ;) Employees have always been professional and rather chipper! Lastly, keep up the smiles and friendly service at this location...We need that more often :) Slainte! read more

Posting on this door for the first time after my first visit today & came to this location after a poor experience at the location on Western Boulevard. My initial impression upon walking in the door that this was a more spacious & less cluttered store Lobby. At the time there where to guess inside, one which was already sitting down at a table with his order and the other that was waiting for his order and was being social with the staff. I myself however did not receive a greeting or any attention to my presence until about 3 minutes after waiting at the counter so that I can place an order. The employee working the counter was in the process of making a beverage item for the guest that was socializing with the staff and instead of anyone else coming over to assist me or address me the other four 2 to 5 of them carried on with his individual in a manner that gave me the impression that they knew him well, or of him, or that he is or was an employee. During my time there in the store which was probably about 10 to 15 minutes there were only about one or two cars that came to the drive-thru and when I left I drove around passing the drive-thru and there was no line outside. This was right around 2 in the afternoon give or take 15 minutes plus or minus. Once I was assisted by the cashier working the counter though, she was very polite and attentive so no complaints with her whatsoever. In the end I did receive my sandwich and it was brought out to me while I was waiting in the lobby but I think because that employee was in the process of moving about the store for some other reason. Not a favorable first impression of this location but the turnaround time for my order was pretty good. read more

I've worked at dunkin before and I understand when you are busy things get hectic. I know sometimes the printer for the walkins don't work. but this morning when I order online it didn't go thru (no problem) the only issues is that I order 1 XL black with 10 sugars and one small coffee with 5 creamers and 5 liquid sugars( I asked the girl to please make sure it had the liquid sugars In it) but both coffee was wrong. The XL creamer and no surface in it and the small coffee had no liquid sugar but regular sugar in it. read more

I understand due to Covid people not being allow to sit inside and order however all other Dunkin doughnuts in town have the option of order through the app and walking in for your order instead of waiting 20+ minutes on line . They constantly get my order wrong. Today they got a raisin bagel wrong. That's all I wanted. I got to my work and it had seeds and it looked like a multigrain bagel. It had ZERO raisins. I went back to correct the issue and they said I was wrong and that it was a raisin bagel and that it just looked different. They then said "yeh we are going to need the same bagel sliced" when I got my bagel it looked like the normal raisin bagel I get everyday. So I wake on my Wednesday morning and think to myself wow I really want dunkin right now. Obviously that was not a good decision on my part because they don't know how to spread cream cheese on a bagel which I think personally is pretty simple. No dunkin I have ever been too has been such a disappointment. This is the worst location for service i've ever seen from this chain. Their drive though has a horrible design and I've received the wrong order three times in a row (and they aren't hard, black coffee and a toasted beagle with cream cheese). The staff is hit or miss. Some of them could care less while others are trying hard. I've been at the window and seen up to 14 people behind the counter, creating a ton of confusion. Someone should tell the management that more isn't always better. My advice, drive 2 minutes down the road to the south and visit Port City Java. Much less busy and haven't had a problem with the orders yet. read more

This is my main source of coffee in Jacksonville. Yeah, it's pretty freaking busy in the morning, and the line stretches into the road most days, but it does move along pretty quickly, and they always make my order accurately, so I can deal. I prefer this Dunkin over all other simply due to their accuracy with my orders, and the customer service personnel at the window are always nice and polite. read more

I've never had an issue with this location. They've always been polite and accurate. I usually stick with the hot breakfast sandwiches, oddly enough if I want a doughnut I'm going to an actual bakery, I've learned my lesson with ordering doughnuts here. They said to pull forward so they can make the proper drink. They brought me my drink which was 90% ice. I usually love this place as it seems to be the 'better' Dunkin in this god forsaken town. But the other day it was extremely hot out and I thought I'd take my two dogs w me through Drive thru to get a coffee and whipped cream for them. As I ordered my drink I asked if I could get two espresso cups filled w whipped cream & I was cut off mid sentence with "we don't do that anymore". So I said okay, can I pay for two shots of espres.. "I'm sorry we don't do that anymore" and then a third time onto me explaining how I'd pay for the espresso even if you give it to someone else bc my dogs just want some whipped cream at this point lol and once again "yeah we don't do that anymore, do you need anything else" (w a piss poor attitude) and I drove off. read more

Great place to grab a coffee or some ridiculously "sugary" drink. Although I think some of their menus items are a tad overpriced for what you get, it's still a lot better than spending $20 at Starbucks. I come here a lot because I'm a student and need the caffeine! I really do like their fresh brewed ice tea. You can't beat a large iced tea for $.99!
