My "hot" chocolate that lost its whipped cream and apparently wasn't filled up correctly.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with this Dunkin location. I had placed an online order and arrived here no more than 5 minutes later (I live 3 minutes away). When I got there there were a handful of cars in front of me but nobody was moving. I was there from 9:55 and didn't receive my food and my hot chocolate until 10:18am. I was upset that at this time, the whipped cream (that I paid extra for) is gone, the sandwich is cold and they had said nothing can be done. The man at the window had said "lines are long sometimes it's not our fault". I don't appreciate that, because as a customer it's not my fault that the line is slow and I shouldn't be told to basically take the cold items and deal with it. I will NOT be going to this location again and corporate has been contacted.

They charge you for pup cups..... a small cup of whipped cream.. that's absolutely ridiculous.

Really improving here. The drive thru is well figured out and moves fast. Friendly staff... I come here often and it's improved a lot.

The best Dunkin around from Richlands to Jacksonville, unlike the other locations they serve fresh donuts.

A little slow on the service but the donuts were fresh. Overall happy with my visit here, but definitely nothing impressive about it.

With the multiple sitting areas, including a comfy corner with a sofa, soft chairs, and coffee table, it would be easy to sit for a spell and enjoy an espresso, coffee, tea, or smoothie, while nibbling on a pastry, bagel, quiche, or breakfast sandwich. The service was top notch, with a heaping dose of friendliness and kindness. We sat and talked for awhile, and during that time, I noticed the steady stream of customers coming in and others who had arrived before us, continuing to plan next year's school curriculum (or something) and children playing. The shop is definitely family-friendly. My wife and I will definitely stop back in the next we visit our friends. Note: If you're in the area, ask for a punch card towards a free beverage.

The ladies behind the counter are really nice and great with recommendations. I had a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and an iced caramel latte. Both were so good. I haven't had the best luck with local coffee shops but Milk Road has given me so much hope! There's a little toy kitchen for kids and my toddler had a really fun time.

The AWESOME latte actually contained espresso resulting in a more coffee forward taste rather than the muddy milk flavour that many other places try to pass off as lattes. We stepped inside (to escape the heat, at the minimum), and checked out the menu. We found the food menu interesting enough to order and stay. In addition to food, coffee and tea (matcha & chai) and adult beverages are served. My wife and I each ordered the Hug-A-Hero sandwich, that with each purchase as the menu states, the store donates a portion of the proceeds to the Hug-A-Hero organization, that "brings comfort to military families." We ordered it because the sandwich components looked tasty. And the sandwiches arrived impeccably crafted and sliced, with the flavors we hoped for. The goat cheese and house-made creamy pesto aioli really set this sandwich apart from just being another turkey sandwich on some fancy bread. For sides we chose the creamy potato salad with pieces of potato -nicely blended and smooth taste- and the pasta, Arugala, pine nut salad. Service was good. (Side note: First time I've been named "Blue Shirt Guy Couple" on my order ticket and it made me smile). Seating in the narrow (but normal layout for this building) space is organized by tables on one side and chairs and a counter down the other side. Business was steady during this lunch time and the bistro definitely deserves a return visit.
