Got in just before the crowed. 8:30 am on a Tuesday. Grabbed coffee and my free donut. Tried the mini bagel. One plain one Everything. They are filled with cream cheese. I did not care for the plain, too much cream cheese and not enough distraction on the plain bagel. I did enjoy the Everything mini bagel. All those spices with the cream cheese was just right. Service was good. Store was clean. read more

I come here pretty regularly; good service, friendly workers, never had a bad experience since I started coming by. Not to be corny, but growing up in New England I'm psychologically hardwired to find comfort in swinging by Dunks. Stuff happens, rushes come & go, sometimes mistakes happen; big deal. But consistently just handling it & keeping stuff moving is what matters. The older woman in the morning is one of my favs, I don't think the rapture would faze her. Some of the other crew members have connected & given me recommendations for various services in town that were great as well. There's a reason Dunks was labeled an "essential business" during COVID. Might just seem like a coffee & a donut, but it's really a necessary pillar in our community. Again, not to be corny, but I wanted to show some appreciation after seeing reviews that don't reflect the location or its workers, but rather a ton of things that are just out of their control. Some reviewers need to get a grip. Keep up the good work y'all :) read more

Dunkin' - Great work - Donuts Near Me - Jacksonville, North Carolina

this place annoys me almost every time i go through. The ladies have nasty attitudes and act like i'm such an inconvenience for being there. i waited literally 25 minutes in a drive thru w 3 cars for a coffee. like don't get me wrong the coffee is made well but the experience is just garbage without fail every time. I work in customer service myself and people actually acting like that to customers stuns me. read more

Staffs and the night/evening manager I believe her name was Stephanie was amazing! So friendly, kind, and just overall outgoing and very welcoming. She was so sweet. The cookie butter cold brew with vanilla syrup and extra cold foam was soo delicious!! The manager made sure we were satisfied with our orders and we were! I recommend this location! read more

Not surprised when I saw average review was 2.2 stars. Improve your employees, and their detachment from peope/customers. Not a single person said hello or acknowledged our presence upon entering. As the inly customers ordering (inside) we waited over 7 min before we were even acknowledged, bad form there. When picking up my coffee I expressed "thank you out loud wuth not even so much as eye contact. Other than the older lady who looked like she hated her life no one even looked me or my family in the eye. Your crew sure was happy to talk to each other and joke and laugh why we were waiting to be served/ acknowledged to exsist. I don't blame the employees as much as I blame the management. Know your people, lead by example, and control the product you push. Unless your fine with average 2*s. read more

literally so slow. waited 30 minutes to even get my order taken. then they didnt even have croissants.

I wish 0 stars was a rating. This is the worst dunkin I've ever visited. The staff is rude, and careless. My coffee order is very simple, very hard to screw it up but somehow they manage too. My sandwich orders are either wrong or I just don't get it. The drive thru takes forever, I've given this location several tries, and they've lost me as a customer. I'm going to n marine for now on. read more

Post face lift this Dunkin has on tap tea! They have a baskin Robbin's here too! Ok but seriously I wasn't the biggest fan of this location at first but it's improved over the year! Love the new look! This location is way friendlier than a certain other DD that I won't mention! Customer service here is pretty decent! I love seeing smiley faces!! Parking is plenty!!! read more

I would literally give zero stars if it was an option! This morning I arrived at the western blvd location at exactly 4am which is what time they open for service. I was immediately greeted by the gentleman that works there with the glasses, I believe he is a manager. He took my order and then the intercom cut off right before he told me my total. I ordered a medium iced mocha with cream and sugar! I waited a second and pulled around placed my car in park and waited patiently. Around 4:05am I was trying to figure out what was going on, I was the only customer. I saw the gentleman come from the back and grab something and go back to the back. He never spoke to me nothing so I had no idea what could possibly be the hold up seeing as I was the first customer of the day. At 4:08am I'm irritated so I laid on my horn to get his attention. He then comes to the window with an entire attitude like I did something to him! The thing that people should understand when they're working in customer service, especially if you're in a management position. First, you're there to provide a service if you're not trying to provide that service, especially during the hours in which you were supposed to be providing that service then maybe you should get another job if you cannot do your job. I have submitted many complaints about this same manager several times. I've called the 1800 number, and no one ever does anything. He used to be late consistently and the place wouldn't even take orders until he arrived. They would literally have workers in there before the manager who would look at you like you were crazy and not take your order until he got there, It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my life. I go to the Dunkin' donuts, off of gum branch Road and that facility operates so much better. The product is better. Everything is so much better. The only reason why I go to the one on western is because it's the only one that is open at 4 o'clock in the morning. But I'm telling you now the people who you have running that place suck. I was not a nice person this morning and I don't care I sure let your manager know he sucks at his job, period! You need to do better before you lose all your business! read more

Their peanut butter and chocolate ice cream gave me food poisoning. It tasted off and almost like cleaning product. Not great.

The slowest Dublin I've seen in a while. After sitting in the drive-through for a little bit, I decided to go inside soon as I got inside I realize exactly why the drive-through line was taking so long. The staff seemed completely out of it. There were three different people sweeping one area behind the counter. The lady at the drive-through window was cursing other employees out, saying things like "I don't know what the F is going on." It just seemed extremely chaotic, and no one knew what was going on. All I wanted was a large coffee with milk and sugar and I couldn't even get that. The coffee was burnt. There was no sugar. It was a drop of milk I just had to throw it away. read more

Not enough cream in the donut! Didn't reach any cream until donut was almost gone. Unacceptable! Coffee never filled all the way either.

Usually a long wait, god forbid someone ordering 80$ worth of coffee and food isn't in front of you, average wait time for a large caramel macchiato is about 20 min and that's at the drive thru.....pretty much all the Dunkin' Donuts here will have you upset. Best to go at odd times maybe 9:30 am UPDATE.....Never got my coffee ended up pulling out of the drive thru line took way too long read more

This is what the ham and Swiss croissant looks like from there. Tastes burn and just disgusting overall and to top it off customer service is truly the worst in town. They all have an attitude with their long annoyed faces. They act like they're doing you a favor. Never going back. I do not recommend. Wish we had more family owned places to go. read more

The DD on Western Blvd in Jacksonville NC was my favorite donut shop. They were the only DD in NC that made their donuts onsite. They have gone to hell. We have been DD fans for over 50 years. No longer! Zero stars read more

What can I say, I love doughnuts and I've been to plenty of Dunkin' Donuts but this one was different. The decor was pleasing. They have a section that you could sit and mingle. Several nice comfortable chairs where you can sit and meet up for coffee and good conversation--- like one of those fancy coffee shops. Not one napkin was on the floor or empty tables. Everything was in order. The doughnuts were delicious and fresh. read more

This Dunkin NEVER listens, especially the night crew. I don't know how hard it is to have a crew who listens and will not interrupt you while your ordering. Then they make you repeat yourself 50 times before they ring it correctly. It's not hard to press a few buttons. They also, NEVER make the coffees right. Ever since they went to this tap system, it's been horrible. Also, with it being 24 hours, why are they always out of munchkins? The night crew is very unfriendly and very rude! These people need to be trained on how to correctly make coffees and to listen. read more

Customer service is garbage. I asked what a banana royale was and one employee said it's a banana split. Yet below the banana royale it had a banana split also for sale. So I asked what the difference between the two were. The employee decided to get snappy and ghetto because she had to explain what the difference was. Clearly they need new employees and some better management/proper training. Also, the drive through menu needs to be updated. You have to break your neck to even read it. Corporate Penny pinching much? There needs to be a list of ice cream flavors as well. read more

Went to the location on Western Blvd. Arrived at 11:25p. Tried to order. Systems were down. No problem. Was asked to give about 15 to 20 minutes. Sat in the parking lot. Went back through the line 20 minutes later. Same excuse. Have another 15 minutes. This time it's shift change and I can't order. I even offered to overpay, and allow them to keep the change as a tip so I could get my wife what she asked for. Nothing. This was an awful experience. read more

I have never seen such awful customer service! The drive thru line was ridiculous so I masked up and went inside. The employees inside were unmasked or wearing their masks under their noses, and not a single one made eye contact or said "Be with you in a minute" or anything. One man who appeared to be management was chewing out a customer over the phone, blaming the customer for being in the wrong spot while waiting for their too-slow order from the drive thru. I waited a good 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. This did not happen. Went down the road to Panera where there is much better coffee, food, and service. Recommend you do the same. read more

This is the WORST Dunkin I've ever been to. I order through the app and always choose walk-in. When I arrived at the door I saw a scribbled note saying "Drive Thru only" and a locked lobby. The drive thru is PAINFULLY SLOW and jammed packed. I'll never be back to this location because of it's unreliability. By the time I make it through this line (15min+) I know my iced coffee will be watered down and my avo toast will be a soggy mess .... thanks for nothing Western Blvd Dunkin. Hmm, so I've heard a lot about this place called Dunkin Donuts. Being from the west coast, I never really got the opportunity to try it. I must say, now that I have tried it, I'm a little hooked. 12/29/2015: I still think that this place should be rename Dunkin-no-Donuts. Again, we stopped by for a late-night snack (1150pm this time) and found that they were out of most varieties of this wonderful, round, tastiness. It's probably for the better as we went to Krispy Kreme. THEY had what we needed. 1/5/2015: They really should consider changing the name of this business to Dunkin-no-Donuts. I stopped by late in the evening (11:30pm) to grab a six-pack or so for the family's weekend breakfast of champions. Regretfully, I found a total lack of choice (much like the night before when I was with my family searching for donuts. NOT the first time at this store nor any store in this area. This is honestly the only Dunkin worth going to! They have the best donuts regardless and the customer service is definitely improving. I will say, it's hit or miss based on who is working but usually if you are respectful, they're very respectful back. I came through the other day thinking they were running a specific special, it ended up being the wrong day for it, but they still honored the special for me. Kindness goes a long way. During this pandemic, give people a break! Dunkin' has been the only coffee place open, we all know if you're a coffee person...you NEED it. So thank you as well, for remaining open even during complaints and the crazy rush **ALSO THANKS FOR THE FREE DRINK & DONUT FOR HEALTHCARE/NURSES DAY!! read more

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, considering the other reviews. I usually go to the Dunkin on Marine Blvd, due to them being the only ones that can accurately make my request (which it's simple and the same every single time). But to my surprise, they nailed it right on the head, deliciously! My XL French Vanilla with a shot of Blueberry, cream and sugar, came out spectacular! I was pleasantly surprised, as to people usually forget to add the cream and/or sugar, or it's just flat out disgusting. The only reason this restaurant didn't get 5 stars is due to the service. The woman at the microphone had an extremely uninviting tone when she welcomed me with "what do you want?" I was almost ready to pull off, but I really wanted my coffee. Glad I stuck around for it though, cause it was delicious! read more

My family has had several instances at this Dunkin with them, either making our stuff wrong, giving us attitude or refusing to accommodate to allergies. As a manager at a fast food chain, I can't fathom how they treat their customers and don't care about the customer service that they have. Their manager, Mirah is no better. Amir refuse service after an allergy was brought to his attention all because my father with the allergy could've died if he would've touched it, or drink it. Just because a customer gets upset doesn't mean you should treat them like garbage just because they don't want to die. And Amir continue to do be rude because my dad was wearing my sisters Dunkin hat and assumed he already knew it was in everything. read more
