Surprised to see the extremely low ratings, but it is not that bad! Wife and I are not looking for a gourmet experience at a DD/BR. We drop in for a doughnut/pastry or some ice cream. Certainly not for any food, per se. It is a busy place. Two distinct offerings, each with many options that require a person to fill you order. Add to that their drive-through that competes with the inside servers. And not only do the staff have to serve, they have to continually prepare coffee an iced tea, restock doughnuts and keep the place clean and picked up. I would not like to work here, but do like to eat their products. Not necessarily 31 flavors of BR, but enough to give you choice. You can get just plain ice cream, but also sundaes, cakes, sandwiches and other ice cream-related items. Prices are OK. The array of doughnuts is not as extensive as a full scale DD store that only does one product line. The standards are here, along with some slightly different items. I am not a big doughnut eater, so there is plenty for me to choose from. Have your expectations adjusted when you come in. You will get what you want and the servers do work pretty hard to see that you are satisfied. read more

Ordered from the app a medium iced pumpkin signature latte minus whip cream! It's so good. I also ordered an apple fritter, which they didn't have upon arrival. The manger on duty was wiling it accommodate me two donuts or a cinnamon bun. Great taste as well on the cinnamon bun. read more

Food is always good and good timing in pickup never cold but who The hell is dumping the whole damn syrup bottle into the rockstar energy drink mixes. This crap was thick top to bottom like I just sucked it out the syrup bottle it's awful highly don't recommend getting those drinks the last times they might as well have passed me the syrup bottle. read more

Came here for some donuts on Thanksgiving. Felt so bad for calling to see if they were open on the holiday as they reluctantly said "yes" in the most annoyed tone possible. We got there around 10am and were surprised to find that they were already in such low supply of most of the flavors yet they did not seem busy at all. Still, it was a fairly quick visit, we got what we came for, and the donuts did not last long in our house. We got a dozen donuts for $11.49. I see why so many have rated this spot low.... I stop by with my family on the way to my brothers house from the airport. I ordered the 2 for $5 Bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich and asked the cashier to not add the bacon. She stated that without the bacon I could not get the deal. I was taken aback and asked why??? She said that's how it is.. I've been to plenty of Dunkin's and always order the same thing. I've never encountered this problem except once and the manager was there and corrected it. I remembered this and asked for the manager. The manager came over and I asked if they could not but the bacon on my sandwich and was straight up told "No" the deal is only with bacon??? I have placed 5 mobile orders at this location and every single time it hadn't even been started until I pulled up to the window. I have even gone so far as to order 25 minutes before arriving and it still isn't ready. I have also received incorrect items in my orders on multiple occasions. I was in the Dunkin' Donuts in Indian Land today. While the young people behind the counter saw me, they made no attempt to come to the counter to wait on me. I ordered a latte that was advertised both online and by a sign besides their drivethrough as being $2.00 after 2:00 PM. It amazes me how someone can invest their money in a business and not keep their eye on the prize. I've been going to DD for 40 years and was excited to see one opening in my area. This one has some issues. They don't open on time some of the time, baked goods, i.e bagels etc are not available because the baker didn't show up or the oven was broke. When the oven was fixed the bagel I ordered looked like a bread blob with no hole. I was told this is how they always make them. So sad. I take my daughter here on Friday's, I would say in the past year, we have been here 40 times. It used to be ok, but recently it has taken a turn for the worst. One day - the inside wasn't open due to lack of staffing Another day - no wraps in stock for the breakfast sandwiches Today - No EGGS!!?? and hardly any donuts and also a lack of staffing to keep up with orders. Maybe if the woman making the food orders would stop complaining to the other employees, she could get the food out faster. We pull through the drive thru as the app said, and the manager tells us to go back through the VERY long drive thru line to put in our request for our order as they have not begun to make our order yet. The manager was extremely rude about it. We try to walk in to grab the order but the inside was closed for some reason. We go back through the drive thru to try to grab our order and the manager was rude to us yet again about giving us our order. I've never seen a restaurant with more poor customer service. The app states that the location will begin to make your order once you check in, and they never did. As you see, I ordered at 7:05 and didn't receive it until 7:51. This location is terrible. It is the only one near me with a drive thru. I drive 20 minutes to get to this location on the weekends, and they never have what I want so I always have to leave and go somewhere else. They never have any everything, or onion bagels, cheese, bacon or the flavored coffee that I want. Their coolata machine is always broken. They never have the donuts or sandwiches they offer on the menu. The girls at the window are rude. They take 35 minutes to go through 4 cars in the drive thru. I called in an order the day before I would be picking up 7 boxes of Joe and some munchkins for a teacher appreciation breakfast. Mind you I have not had the best luck at this location in the past and have often had to wait 10-15 minutes to receive my order. This time the order was to be ready by 7:00 am, and I did not walk out the door with my items until 7:45! Absolutely awful customer service. People who had ordered just a drink heading to work or school were waiting forever for their orders. I will no longer be placing orders at this location or even going for personal orders. I stopped coming here a while ago because the service was so awful and slow but recently my friend informed me that it had gotten a lot better. I started going again regularly (every morning) and was impressed by the turn around! Unfortunately, the last three mornings my "sugar-free" coffee had so much sugar in it was like drinking sweetened sand - even after confirming in the window that it was sugar free! I then explained that the drink wasn't mocha - she argued with me.. literally no chance it was correct. This location has consistent issues. This morning (for the second time this week) we received Lattes that were barely even warm. One was supposed to be caramel and there was no flavoring added. Indian Land, SC location. Today I waited at the drive thru for about 3 to 4 minutes before I had to drive around to make them aware I was there. Prior to that I was speaking into the machine asking for help even tried beeping my horn as cars were lining up behind me. When I got to the window I was greeted with an eye role from the gentleman that was now just taking the order for the car that was behind me. When he finished he opened the window like i did something wrong. I told him I had been waiting for awhile and he took no accountability and made it seem that I did something wrong. After a minute of him saying he heard and saw nothing in his monitor he then stated "so what do you want then" I politely said nothing I was just making you aware that I was there for some time. I have always been a huge fan of DD however this location has just about changed that for good. Just like other reviews have said, they NEVER have anything that is listed on their menu. This morning my son and I hit the drive through and they are out of flat bread breakfast sandwiches, they are out of OJ, they were out of the pretzel breakfast sandwiches. Then when I asked what they did have she told me so I ordered that only to get to the window and for her to tell me they were out of those as well. I politely asked for my money back and left. I don't know about anyone else but I don't have a half an hour in the morning for this type of service. This is not the first time, the lack of service here is pretty consistent. Last time I went I ordered a flat bread sandwich only to head off to work and open up a ripped up, burnt piece of flat bread. Seriously you served this to me?
