I am usually a Starbucks girl but decided to try something different today and stop at Dunkin'. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker box I asked for a blended chocolate coffee. I was told they do not have chocolate but have mocha which was fine with me. Then I was asked if I wanted sugar or cream which was strange because blended drinks usually do not get either. The person on the speaker did not seem to know the difference between iced and blended. Another voice came on and suggested the Frozen Mocha Swirl which sounded exactly like what I wanted. I appreciated the help ordered that with whipped cream and asked for a chocolate donut. I could not see the donut menu because a temporary sign in the grass was blocking it. I was not given a total at the speaker box. When I got to the window I was handed a blended drink with no mocha swirl and no whipped cream. I did not have time to have them remake the drink because I was on my way to work. If I could suggest something it would be to teach the difference in coffee types to all employees and include mention of what other coffee shops may call them. I would also suggest thinking about where temporary signage goes. For those of us in low cars the sign could be placed off to the side so it does not block the menu for the drive thru. read more

Everyone I've encountered at this store is very nice and they gave my pup a Dunkin' version of the other places pup cup! She was thrilled! They have been out of a couple of things each time I've visited but this isn't uncommon at Dunkin if you go in the afternoon. They always replace it. This location gave me the wrong item on one occasion and then left something out on another but they are very apologetic and throw in an extra donut. Awful customer service and terribly slow. Do not waste your time it's not worth it. I had to pull forward to wait for two glazed donuts and one iced machiatto, after waiting five minutes a girl comes out and asks me "what kind of donuts did you want?". So this place is so close to me that I love going here when I get my gift cards. The staff that I have had encountered have been great but today out of all days the cashier, even though she said hello because it is customer service, didn't get a great experience. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it wasn't done traditional and my hash browns were hard. It felt like she rushed it all and I was the only customer in there. That's why I gave it a 4 star. Other than that I love this place and there's one staff member there that is always happy and helpful and just great. Love the food and rewards app! The only problem I have is the rude service that does not listen sometimes and gets us the wrong order.

Went though the drive through and was rushed to place an order even though I was the only one in line. The worker called me "little man" three times and it made me very uncomfortable because I am definitely not a man. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be demeaning or what his deal was but he was very rude. As someone who works in customer service I am appalled by the attitude from this establishment. read more

I took my son here today before school. Was suppose to be a special thing that we had not done before school before. Not a good experience at all. Lobby closed due to lack of staff. Had to use drive through. They gave me the wrong donuts, a milk that was expired and was warm and tasted bad. That was all we ordered and they did not get anything right. read more

The workers are constantly on their phones, not serving your food, and forgetting about it. We waited 20 minutes for a singular donut and 30 for hash browns, we had to ask for the donut because it was taking so long, she had forgot about it. I make Dunkin a regular stop at least once a week. The staff is always very polite and courteous. The one reason this is not a 5 star review is that consistently they are understaffed at the morning rush. Usually I am willing to wait but other days I need to move on. Today was an awesome day. Let me tell you, me and my husband are Dunkin' obsessed and we've pretty much been to all Dunkin's in Brevard county and this is the best one. We drive all the way from Palm Bay (even with one across the street from where we live) because our order has ALWAYS been right. Never have anything missing, they have better variety munchkins and what my husband loves is the frozen hot chocolate which no other Dunkin seems to offer and they make it GOOD. One of the best dunkin locations I have ever been to! I normally do not write reviews but I had to for this one. I was staying nearby for a trip and stopped here three days in a row. They refused to open The dining room at 5:45 when they open at 5am. Told us they didn't have enough food done. We only wanted coffee. They then told us to walk through the drive thru If we wanted to be served. The lady who told us this said she refused to serve us but somebody else could. We stood in a drive thru to get coffee. With a car line behind us, we stood in the drive through. In the dark may I add. I see the positive comments on this place and apparently we got the bad batch of employees this morning. Do not EVER come into the store unless you have 30 minutes to wait in line. They have three employees working the front. One working the line and two working drive through. I'm watching cars that pulled in 10 minutes after I got in line inside drive off with their donuts. Management needs to understand that customers inside the store are just as valuable as their drive through customers. read more
