Place was dead, wasn't even sure it was going to be open. waited at the counter for about 10 minutes while staff huddled in the back chatting it up ... me and 5 customers later and these derelicts are completely overwhelmed..we don't have this drink we only have 3 types of bagels. Just close it down whats the point

Everyone I've encountered at this store is very nice and they gave my pup a Dunkin' version of the other places pup cup! She was thrilled! They have been out of a couple of things each time I've visited but this isn't uncommon at Dunkin if you go in the afternoon. They always replace it. This location gave me the wrong item on one occasion and then left something out on another but they are very apologetic and throw in an extra donut. Somehow that glazed donut makes me feel much better about it! Smart! Ha ha ha... Grab your coffee and donut fix here and head across the street to the beach!

Pumpkin spice latte without the whipped cream. I expected the drink like the picture shows on their menu

So this place is so close to me that I love going here when I get my gift cards. The staff that I have had encountered have been great but today out of all days the cashier, even though she said hello because it is customer service, didn't get a great experience. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it wasn't done traditional and my hash browns were hard. It felt like she rushed it all and I was the only customer in there. That's why I gave it a 4 star. Other than that I love this place and there's one staff member there that is always happy and helpful and just great. Once I get her name I will update because she makes it a good experience

The one perfectly cooked piece of bacon

Guess it's time to sit in line at Starbucks....Dunkin has "burned" me 3x in a row. Eat here practically daily & this is the worst bacon I've ever gotten. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. So disappointed to think that because I eat there frequently they thought they could serve me this crap & I'd be fine w/it. Done trying! I'm so mad I can't even stop payment b cuz I used a gift card...so done!

    Happy birthday donut #dunkin

Kelly went above and beyond in making my husbands bday breakfast special. Thanks Kelly!!

New location on A1A. Clean seating areas and bathrooms, friendly staff, good WiFi signal. Plenty of parking. They also have a drive thru! Donut selection was average but pretty decent for later in the day.

Love the food and rewards app! The only problem I have is the rude service that does not listen sometimes and gets us the wrong order.

I ordered a chai and an everything bagel with cream cheese, then settled in with a book. The chai was excellent, and the bagel was lightly toasted just right. Even though it was a bit busy, it stayed quiet enough for me to read a full chapter, which made it perfect for a solo self-care moment. One quick note: it felt more self-serve when it came to napkins and paper towels. I did not receive any with my order and was not expecting to have to grab them separately, so I made a small mess before realizing. It was easy to clean up, and it did not take away from the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this spot if you want a cute, relaxing coffee break near the beach, especially if you are looking for a peaceful place to read, reset, and enjoy some time to yourself.

Plenty of seating and the area near the counter seems to be a bit cooler. An extensive menu with plenty of choices. I settled on the T Street wrap which was chicken salad in a spinach tortilla with carrots spinach and avocado. Flavor was pretty good and plenty of crunch from the carrots. The chicken salad was a tad dry for me so next time I will ask for extra mayo to add in. It came with tortilla chips (from a bag I would imagine and they tasted like it) and some of their homemade beet hummus. A hard pass next time. Not my thing apparently. Also it says it comes with tomato. Missing on my wrap. Just noticed reviewing the menu. That may have helped with the dryness. They had a cooler that had drinks in it, but the bottle of tea I grabbed was warm. They also have a thing of water you can help yourself to. But it could have used some ice. It was room temp. But free. Busy cafe and they were pumping out the food and drinks. Coffee drinks appeared to be very popular from my vantage point. Gonna have to give it a go again and try a bowl. Normally I would have only done three stars but the staff was very friendly and smiled when they brought my food to me, extra star for the vibe.

They have a pepper "salsa" on their roasted tomato that was very good. My omelette was large and very good. Very well balanced ingredients ratio. The two egg breakfast was also very large and well done. As we finished up the owner started playing guitar. Electric acoustic version. A little loud. So we let him know as did another two top. Whoa that went over like a lead ballon. If he had lost the amp it probably would have been pleasant. Pretty pricy but I do think it was a good value. That said, at the prices you're charging, the sandwiches need a little more substance. My nova bagel had very little cream cheese, one extremely thin slice of tomato and onion, and only a couple very thin slices of nova. My wife's plain bagel with egg whites was similar -- the egg portion was extremely small. If you're going to charge premium prices, customers are going to expect a "real" sandwich with a bit more substance and value behind it. A little extra would have completely changed the experience because, honestly, we left feeling pretty disappointed for what we paid. One other thing I noticed -- turning away the group that wanted 9 sandwiches probably wasn't the best business decision, especially for a new place trying to build repeat customers and word of mouth. Just wanted to give honest feedback because the place has potential and we'd like to see you succeed.
