I came in on a Saturday morning around 8am and noticed the drive thru line was nearly 12 cars long so I went inside. I walked in to see at least 12 people in line and only one person on the register, one making coffee and one making hot foods. The rest were off where I couldn't see so I can assume they were drive thru. I stood there for 10 minutes and only moved 3 spots. The staff appears to be pleasant just from my observation but since I had an appointment and I was already late I decided to walk out. The manager should bring in extra people if they are that busy in the morning. I felt bad for the guy fulfilling the coffee orders because he had to fill the donut orders too which prevented him from putting out coffee. Not sure where management was during all this as I watched at least 4 people walk out and 2 or three walk in then back out. Never got have my morning breakfast, which I normally get at DD 2-3 times a week. This place needs significant improvement on the front end as it seems money was walking out the door then going into their register this day. read more

if you want to get your morning coffee greeted by rude staff who will get your order wrong 50% of the time you came to the right place! I drive by this Dunkin' Donuts every day on my way to work, this is my morning coffee and the staff is constantly rude and constantly getting my order in correct. I am flummoxed at the fact these people still have a job with the amount of inconsistencies in their work. I am sure every coffee drinker out there knows how important it is to have their morning pick me up and have it correct. On top of that while receiving my coffee today the lady checking me out could not even be bothered to look at me or respond with a "you're welcome" after I said, thank you three times. There is nothing worse than starting your day off on a sour note. I would love nothing more than someone in management to train their staff on appropriate workplace behavior, and how to work the coffee machine. read more

Ok I just went through the drive through and usually there is such pleasant people working however today the woman who was in the drive through window handing out the food was a miserable soul, I handed her the cash , she never even acknowledged me, just sort of threw it back at me , gave her the coins and a dollar bill as a tip , because that's what I do. She never acknowledged the tip ( which was optional) so I said YOU ARE WELCOME , to which she SAID NOTHING!! she handed me my drinks with out even looking up, then was rude when I asked for straws, she then handed out my bagel while turned around talking to another employee, she shut window while I was asking for napkins, I sat for a min or so waiting for her to open window so I could ask for napkins , when she did she and the other employee rolled their eyes like it was a big inconvenience to give me a napkin!!! I repeatedly have to go back and have my coffee remade. The line is the longest and slowest moving on cape. The employees don't seem to understand how to make coffee. Constantly forgetting parts or all of my order and not very apologetic about it. Entrance to the drive through is super wonky. The parking lot is striped with directional traffic arrows. But the drive through is way to the left. Maybe if I had more experience driving in England, then I would have had an easier time navigating this drive through. read more

DD on 132 in Hyannis. When they get an order wrong from drive-thru once (they forgot a bagel that I ordered and paid for), I give them a pass. But I went back to let them know -while they gave me the bagel, they got the rest of my order wrong (gave me the wrong donut). I had to get back in the drive-thru line to let them know, and mentioned very politely, "this is the 2nd time in two days that my order was incorrect," they replied, "hey, you got a free bagel. and now you get a free donut," in a very snarky voice. 1) the bagel wasn't free. I paid for it the other day when you FORGOT to put it in my bag and 2) a jelly donut is very different from a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles. my kid would have been very unhappy. First time at this location and was extremely surprised at the lack of customer service. The woman on the register was very short and actually looked up at the ceiling to let out a deep sigh when my boyfriend ordered our food as if we were asking for the world(for reference we had two small coffees and two bagels). She then continued to give attitude, put our small order in the wrong, and took about 10 minutes(not exaggerating) to put the order in the computer. I saw about 5 people walk out behind us frustrated after waiting for so long. It was around 6 am so i can only imagine how many more disappointed customers experienced the lack of customer service for a simple coffee. Normally this is a great dunkin'. I went outside of my house during this corona to get a coffee. I ordered my iced coffee with mocha, i get home to taste my drink to see no mocha! The only thing I asked for in my coffee. I have been through the drive thru at this DD and the employees are always great. Today I decided to go inside , was that a big mistake. The older gentleman who waited on us was so rude, his tone of voice, facial, expression and body language was very angry. I made a comment to another customer and she said that the employee is always rude. I ordered a dohnut which he gave to another person and I ordered a bacon egg cheese wrap. I watched them make the cheese wrap, the employee did not put on gloves until he was halfway through making the wrap, he placed the egg and cheese directly on the dirty sandwich cutting board instead of placing it on a piece of deli paper. I did not eat the sandwich. We received our coffee drinks and wrap, when I asked for my donut the employee came over to me and yelled at me saying it was in the bag, I looked in the bag and it wasn't there he then yelled at me look in the bag I told him I did and it wasn't in the bag. The donuts I paid fir was no longer on the shelf, he had given it yo another customer. The employee did not apologize about the donut he told me to choose something else. There selection was very limited I ended up with a stale cinnamon roll. I think if a person is so miserable in their job they should look for another job, something they would enjoy doing. I'm still shocked about my experience inside this DD, I've never been treated so badly in a place of business. Upper management needs to give some extra training inside this location fir customer service, cleanliness and food prep. Wearing gloves while preparing food needs to be enforced to prevent cross contamination which could cause illness. I don't plan on going back to this FD. read more

I am a Massachusetts girl, I love my Dunkin Donuts. But they need to make some changes to keep their customers happy. First off, charging twenty five cents for a hot cup?!?! I always order a hot cup with my ice coffee because it keeps iced coffee cold and the ice doesn't melt. Depending on who I deal with sometimes I have to pay extra. Not fair!!!!! The other thing is the prices are outrageous considering you can get any size coffee at Cumby's for ninety nine cents, and the coffee is just as good, and Honey Dew has better donuts. read more

Normally I like this dunkin donuts as its fairly fast and usually they get the orders right. However, today, the service and food was pathetic. I ordered two bagels toasted dark with cream cheese. Once I got to my office, my coworker and i open the bag and neither bagel has cream cheese. I went back to the store and brought the original bagels with the order number and item description that they stick on the bag when they give it to you. I couldnt bring the receipt because they didnt give me one when I paid... Anyways, I go into the store and tell them that my bagels didnt have any cream cheese, the first question I'm asked is "were they supposed to?". Yes, thats why I drove back here and am bring this up to you right now. I show them the order that clearly says with cream cheese and they go tell the bagel makers and say to me that they "are going to remake them", but what they really should have said was "that instead of remaking two fresh bagels at minimal cost to the store, they were going to microwave my original bagels for 20 seconds so that they appear warm, but are soggy as sh$t and then slap some cream cheese on those and hand them back to me".
