I don't get Honey Dew where I'm from in Philly. So I try to hit one when I come up this way. Basically, the iced coffee is on par with Dunkin. But the breakfast sandwiches are superior. Much better bagel texture and overall flavor. Plus, prices in general are a little cheaper than Dunkin for the items I like. read more

I got a sausage egg and cheese sandwich from here and got completely inedible mush. The sausage inside had completely disintegrated and it tasted terrible. Not to mention the servers don't even try to sound like they want to be there. Never coming here again. read more

Rude to Dashers. There should be 2 lines one for pickup and one for ordering. It's incredibly disrespectful of the Dashers time and work flow to request them to wait for 15 minutes behind people who are ordering in house. This can actually cause the dasher to lose their account if they receive a violation for being late. And for some of us this is our only income flow currently. Please have some respect for your fellow service workers. read more

We come here every year for the Linguica breakfast sandwiches and pistachio muffins. If you check out my other cape cod reviews you'll see that there is a running linguica theme (we don't have it at home so we get it every chance we can lol). The sandwich is pretty bland it needs mayo and spicy mustard, I'm not sure if I love it or if it just reminds me of home but I always get it. My sister tried the steak breakfast sandwich and she loved it. We usually get hash browns and coffee. Im not sure if the Avocado toast is new this year but it was soooooo good 10x better than Dunkin Donuts the bread was cooked perfectly, the seasoning was really good- I'm assuming it was everything seasoning, which I'm not usually a fan of but it was great on the toast with avocado. I love going in to order the locals are always so friendly and cashiers usually are as well! There was an older woman working there this past weekend who was pretty rude and Impatient. Other than that the younger women were very sweet! I gave them four stars because EVERY single time we come here which is about 2-3x during our week long vacation, the tables are ALWAYS dirty it never fails. We're not early risers so it's not like we come when they are slammed, it's just always a mess. read more

I discovered this yummy Donut shop on one of my trips to the Cape. Been here a few times. I would rate them a 3.5 of 5. First the good. Donuts are quite yummy and I like them better then Duncan. We stopped here several times while in the area. They have this one type..cannot exactly remember the name but think it is chocolate coconut..anyway..they are better then Duncan. We LOVED these donuts. Second plus..They offer a wide selection of donuts and the taste is fantastic. My favorite besides the coconut were the chocolate glazed. Another plus..They seem to be opened fairly late and never had any issues with service. I have no problem with Duncan Donuts, their good but Honey Dew's are better in my humble opinion. BUT..lots of negatives! Negatives..It always seems kind of dead inside. Staff seems a bit robotic. It did not seem that clean..which according to a review or two on here it isn't. Place has an odd feel..it isn't a great atmosphere inside at all. I'd say if you want them , get em to go. They really have a great taste. But honestly Duncan seems cleaner and just has a better atmosphere overall. It is these other things that cause me to rate them 3.5. (Well..I would if Yelp had half stars.) The best little donut shop on cape, the girls are amazing, as soon as I pull up the know my truck and know what I want! Kristen and the girls are always soo sweet and friendly and always have treats for my puppys,(which is huge if you know my puppys) and once during a power outage the owner Tony even gave me my iced coffee he had pre made which was great, lets see DD do that! would not go anywhere else, and the sandwiches are always changing and delicious! thanks for making my morning commute even better!!! read more

This place looks like a copy cat of Dunkin Donuts. The setup looks exactly the same. Nonetheless the donuts here are very good. I had the Jimmies and honey dip stick. Jimmies is a big donut full of sprinkles all around. The honey dip stick is like a crueler dipped in honey. Big donuts at reasonable prices. Honey dew donuts is my favorite donut shop on the Cape bar none. There jelly donuts are vastly superior to those found at Dunkin' Donuts. Dunkin' Donuts has only a small amount of jelly in the jelly donuts, where at honey dew donuts, there is a huge amount of jelly, which is awesome and delicious and frankly unexpected. The service is always friendly. I think the only downside is that there is always a large number of people loitering inside the shop, customers, but come on now, there's got to be something better to do than hang out in the donut shop all day! read more

VERY rude employees there. Went for a late night snack and they were advertised as being open until 10PM but when we got there just after 9PM, the woman and the man inside totally ignored us like we weren't there as we tapped on the window in front of them. Told this story to a guy working at our hotel and he wasn't surprised, saying that we'd be better off going to one of the Dunkin' Donuts on Main Street instead. I'd recommend the same. read more

I had to try this place since all I know of are the other super famous chains. I just had a small coffee which tasted pretty standard. Didn't taste like it's been sitting for a long time which is a plus. What makes this place stand out is the coffee cream filled donut covered in powdered sugar. It was soft and pillowy but substantial - make sense? It was worth the traffic by the rotary. I will be stopping by again next time I'm in town. read more

I came here after spending a night at P town. The person I was with remembered Honey Dew donuts many years ago when he came out to Cape Cod for his job in the summer. He said back then, Honey Dew was a small quaint donut shop so it was a nostalgic experience for him. Now when we went back to visit, they renovated the place.
