So here we go again... I pull up to Dunkin' Donuts this morning before work confidently ordering my everything bagel (because the slip literally says everything bagel) with veggie cream cheese-- only to drive off with a plain bagel with veggie CC in hand. Shame on me for not checking my order before leaving the window -- rookie mistake -- but seriously, how does "everything" turn into "nothing"? The order was literally printed correctly, folks. There was no crowd, no chaos, no confusion ,just me at the window and yet somehow my everything bagel came back as a plain bagel. At this point, I'm seriously considering starting a bagel order support group because consistency here is clearly just a suggestion. Every time I ask for the same thing, I get something else. It's become almost a personal tradition to share my reviews when it happens, so if Dunkin' insists on being inconsistent, I'll be consistent with the reviews. Of the, like, 17 Dunks in my area, this one is my favorite! The service is swell. The donuts are fresh. The iced coffee is definitely the best-tasting! One handicapped spot right by the door. Free parking. Shop is completely handicapped accessible. They always have non-dairy milks available. read more

Not much of a complainer. And I have thick skin being in the military. But, when you walk in and stand at the register with one employee just staring at you, and another employee working on something and yelling out, "this is ****ing retarded", all bets are off. My sibling is autistic, and that word really doesn't offend me. It's just a matter of professionalism really. To make it worse, I have never had a coffee order come out correct. Apparently I did not know that there is two ways of asking for this sourdough sandwich. Oh ya white cheddar, is not yellow! It's a $.40 mark up for two eggs. So remember ask for a sourdough sandwich at drive thru and NOT a bacon, egg, & cheese on sourdough. read more

Every single time there is something missing or wrong. I try to avoid this dunkins, but occassionally I don't feel like driving further to a different one so I give it another chance, and every time I am reminded why I avoid this dunkins. Avoid if you can. read more

My service there is always super quick, and having DD Perks on my phone makes it even easier! I even did the mobile ordering once and they had my order ready and waiting for me by the time I got there to pick it up. I don't live far from my nearest Dunks, so I was really surprised that they had it there waiting for me! read more

Very disappointing, though it has become a little better since a new area general manager started cracking the whip. Still mediocre, though; I think it's a staff problem. This place closes @ 11 PM, but until that new manager came, one could never get anything but plain coffee after 9 PM - no lattes, cappuccino, nothing, b/c staff had shut down the machines. Iced beverages were hard to get after 9 PM. That's changed now, but I don't make an effort to come here. read more

The lobby of this Dunkins is gross. I normally go here daily and will not after this week. I went into lobby monday tues and today and the same food and dead bugs were on the floor. Drive thru gives out dog bones to cars with dogs which i think is great until i watched the girl feed a dog a bone not gloved then grab a donut to put in bag never washed or anything. If I could give this dunkin donuts a 0 O would. I went on Saturday and waiting an extreme amount of time with no one in front of me. They messed up one of my items which I had to sent back. Silly me for not checking the other bag because once I got home I was missing an item that I did pay for. I called the manager to let them know of the terrible service and she tells me" come in next time and I will take care of your order" Because I was so annoyed I went back the next morning. I ordered a coffee and a donut and the staff told me the manager only approved to take care of your coffee. Dont you know there are 1000 other dunkin locations I could go to? I hope one day this dunkins is taking over by new management who actually cares about customer service!! I will be spreading the word to be ware of this location. How many times does a place have to screw up your order before you stop going there? Apparently a lot! I stopped coming to this Dunkins a while ago because the employees at the drive thru were annoying, talked with silly voices and accents and talked to each other while taking my order. My order was almost always wrong. After I heard from someone that the guy who does the silly voices doesn't work there anymore, I decided to try it again since it is right down the street from my house and very convenient. Guess what? They got my order wrong. Decided to try again and they got my order right. The next 2 times, wrong again. How do you give me a Blueberry iced coffee with sugar when I asked for a Caramel Iced Latte with Whole Milk? I'm amazed that anyone still goes here. Needless to say, I've finally sworn this location off for good. I'm sick of stopping at convenience stores so I can fix my coffee. Oh, and someone there still does silly voices....and they're not funny. Its not a comedy club. I just want my coffee! read more

I just talked with DD customer service regarding my ongoing displeasure with this location. It is two miles from my house, but since it has the worst customer service of any DD I have ever been to - I avoid it! Today I gave them a chance since I was late for work and once again utter disappointment. I ordered a Dark Roast Ice Coffee w/ Skim & Sugar. The girl who took my order was VERY busy talking w/ a friend and obviously NOT listening. As I drove to work I started to get a sick stomach - WHY? Because she put Splenda in my coffee and I am allergic to it!! The customer service at this location DOES NOT EXIST!! I want my $2.50 refunded and better yet for my troubles I should @ least get a $10 gift card from the owner. I have 100 friends in Hudson and I can say quite honestly, 70 - 75 have experienced the same type of poor service and we are ALL boycotting this location. If Starbucks ever gets their act together and gets into Hudson - this DD store WILL be out of business! read more
