I just ordered the $6. meal.....egg, cheese & bacon sandwich on English muffin, along with the hash browns and med hot coffee....drove to nearby home in the pouring rain, came in and started to eat.....some moron DIDN"T PUT THE EGG IN THE SANDWICH, GRRRR....course tried calling and calling on the phone, but only got recording...so now have too go out in rain once again and do the return...... I don't think this review deserves the one star, wish I could give it ZERO read more

Worst service I've ever been to! Not only at a Dunkin Donuts but, ANYWHERE!!! I'm writing this still waiting in the drive through line. I've now been in this line for 19 minutes!!! The line had 5 cars in front of me when I got here! Every time I come to this Dunkin, I wait more than 10 minutes! Doesn't matter how many people are here. I forgot about it because I refused to come here for the last 2 years. I drive out of my way to go to another one. Just left, got to the window after waiting 21 minutes and my coffee STILL wasn't ready and waiting!!! How is that even possible?! It didn't even look short staffed inside. My boyfriend and I just got home from Dunkin' Donuts and it was ridiculous. It is a 24 hour store and we first went through the drive thru and nobody answered. We then went inside and started asking if anyone was there. We heard someone in the back and they were not answering us so we then started yelling hello really loud. We got in our car and tried the drive thru again and beeped. Nothing. I parked out in the front and we were about to give up and then I finally saw someone. I used to drive by this Dunks quite often, so I tried to frequent it based on convenience. Not only did the coffee consistently taste terrible, but the poorly designed drive-thru caused delays and aggravation. Arriving in a line before 2-3 other cars, and watching them cut you off just because they can, all the while dodging cars as they back out of their parking spaces is not a good morning. read more

Absolutely incompetent people. Went to the drive thru and ordered a black coffee and two plain donuts. Got to the window and was charged for a coffee. I asked about the donuts and the girl came back and said that they didn't have any. I got back to my office with my coffee and it definitely has sugar in it! I'm diabetic and the sugar is not a good thing for me. So, this Dunkin Donuts has seen me for the last time. This is not the first time at this Dunkin Donuts that this has happened to me. The staff are too distracted by their conversations with each other to be concerned about their patrons. If I ran my business like this I'd be out of business. read more

This is the WORST Dunkin' Donuts EVER!!! I waited over 10 min in the drive up saw my order ready 3 people walked by me including the manager and one girl looked at me twice. I have never had such horrible service before. I sat at the drive they window for over 4 minutes completely being ignored by the girl with a massive line behind me of cars. And all of our drinks/ food just sat there. And then she had a nasty attitude when I finally got her attention. Very disappointed seeing it's on my way to work in the morning. read more

The parking and drive through situation here does not work very well. It is hard to get in and out of the parking lot to walk in because of the drive-through line. Sometimes the drive-through line is backing out onto the street which is dangerous. It is a busy restaurant and the servers are friendly and professional. Still, it is always a hassle during any busy time to get in and out. read more

This is the worst DD's ever. Staff is very polite, but that's the only good thing I can say. As others have mentioned, the drive-through situation is the worst. You're supposed to merge from two entrances, but it just doesn't work. To avoid the traffic and the inevitable wrong order (more on that later), I've tried ordering inside the store. They take your order pretty quickly, but it takes FOREVER to get your food as the priority seems to be the drive-through. But the one reason I'm not going back is the food. For the past month, I've been using gift cards (12 or more times total), and they got my order correct TWICE. I ask for the power sandwich with just a regular egg (not the egg white - it's gross). It's a crap-shoot as to what the sandwich is going to look like as I've received every variation but almost never the one I ask for. I'm done. read more

Went there at 5 AM this morning. HORRIBLE. After placing my specific order, drove up to window . They were offended with my specific order---very normal order---and the girl at the window proceeded to TELL me HOW and WHAT to say when I order. What to CALL my coffee order. And told me it was NOT necessary for me to ASK if the muffins were fresh AS THEY ARE ALWAYS FRESH, according to her. I left furious, proceeded to come home and I called the manager. the last 5 times i came to this dunkin donuts its been terrible. i ask for splenda in my wifes coffee because she is a type 1 diabetic and on a few occasions the coffee has been loaded with sugar. just this morning i got an ice coffee with NO ICE in it and when i complained it seemed like it was somehow my fault. it seems that the majority of the time the coffe is very bitter the drive thru is rediculous. there are 2 entrances and you can go from 5th in line and wait while 3 cars cut infront of the line. you will have see it to understand read more

The classic "Regular Large" I'm accustomed to being from the Boston area. The staff is very quick and remembers your preference quickly.

I frequent this place often- morning staff is usually awesome although half the time my coffee is wrong but they will always fix it. it's like they aren't listening to my order sometimes and I have to repeat it over and over. Night staff isn't always friendly and it feels as though your bugging them. read more

If I could This Dunkin's I no stars I would the only thing that saves that is sometimes the night crew is good. The wait time is extremely long even know there's tons of employees sitting inside. Instead of speaking to customers they speak to themselves in Spanish and play their music. They are constantly getting orders wrong and the wait is astronomically long. Even when using the app they do not put the whole order togeather. I would recommend not going to this dunkins and to drive down the road to the other one at the blsck cow gas station. read more

Worst experience ever!!!! I pulled up to the window to get my coffee and the girl that was standing there holding a coffee ( obviously NOT the coffe I ordered) because it was a small chocolate something or other and I ordered a medium regular iced coffee. Anyway, I asked her " that isn't my coffee right? And she said no it isn't, and then closed the glass window and proceeded to talk about me to another girl. I then said to her " you know I heard everything you just said" and she said"I know" and I then proceeded to tell her that she was very ignorant". Have been trying to call the donut shop to speak to a manager about this but no answer. I will be going there again tomorrow (not to order anything) but to speak to a manager about her.
