I have had their breakfast pastries multiple times and most of them are awesome. I think their main stars are the doughnuts and dessert pastries they are always fresh, flavorful, light, and delicious. I would reccomend the lemon crème doughnut, I crave it at least once a week. They are are experts at making cakes with cool designs and make a very cool cake for a ramen obsessed recent masters graduate. Their cake is dense and moist with their fruit filling being sweet and fresh. I would reccomend to anyone looking for a cake with a unique design. They are also reasonably priced for the work they do.

I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts this morning before work and placed a simple drive-through order: a…read moremedium iced coffee with two creams and an avocado toast. There was no one behind me in line, so the experience should've been smooth and efficient. The employee at the window was polite and took my payment without issue. However, the quality of the order was disappointing. First, she handed me a small box, the kind normally used for Munchkins. I immediately told her it seemed like the wrong order, since I've been getting avocado toast here for years and it usually comes in a wider, flat container. She insisted this was correct. When I opened it, the toast had been folded in half to fit the box, with avocado smeared across the lid and flaps. It was messy, hard to handle, and clearly not packaged with care. It felt like they either ran out of the proper container or just didn't bother. On top of that, my coffee wasn't stirred at all--they clearly just squirted in two pumps of cream and poured in the coffee without mixing it. No finesse, no effort. I had to stir it myself while driving, which isn't ideal during a morning commute.

Door is blocked so no one could go in. So I got in the drive thru line and 15 minutes later I got my order. No need of not allowing mobile orders to enter the lobby to pick up an order.

Shame on me for not checking my order before leaving the window -- rookie mistake -- but seriously, how does "everything" turn into "nothing"? The order was literally printed correctly, folks. There was no crowd, no chaos, no confusion ,just me at the window and yet somehow my everything bagel came back as a plain bagel. At this point, I'm seriously considering starting a bagel order support group because consistency here is clearly just a suggestion. Every time I ask for the same thing, I get something else. It's become almost a personal tradition to share my reviews when it happens, so if Dunkin' insists on being inconsistent, I'll be consistent with the reviews. Let's slow it down and Do Better!
