Lobster was perfectly cooked. And plenty in every bite. Second order 1 large medium roast coffee. was a breakfast of champions. Corned beef hash, String potatoes. Choice of sausage, bacon or chorizo. Choice of toast and a fruit cup. The lobster omelette was delivered and eaten while the staff miscommunicated and never placed the order for the breakfast of champions. I waited until my wife was done with her lobster omelette before mentioning I was forgotten. I brought this to the attention of management explained that I was traveling through and needed to be back on the road. She apologized and offered to expedite that for me. She also gave us a couple of sweet treats as another apology. She did and I am glad I did. My breakfast was excellent. Just had to eat it on the go. Which I'm used to with all the traveling we do. So the miscommunication happened and the recovery was great. The ambiance is great open seating built with a homage to the town's industrial heritage. Definitely recommend Cafe 641.

That space in itself has many vendors inside. We then checked out the lego space upstairs which was awesome too. They had so many mini figures and sets to look at, and for purchase too. Open for leasing space, the building offers historic charm within walking distance of the foodie trail that our town has been come to be recognized for. Office space, yoga, wellness classes and services, tech-based industry, etc. it is a multi-purpose destination for anyone who wants to have a city-town-city-town-like zen-to-work in community. Hudson has many charming things to offer, but its people and community, fueled by the visionaries from The RailTrail Flatbread Co. and their renaissance-Hudson. The Landing at Hudson Mills is smack ripe to take their place in the reinvention. A couple of times a year, they will host events, that are not your cra-y crafty crud. Oh no, the local artisans from Hudson and adjacent towns will knock your socks off! I met the incredibly edible Jaimie and her partner, proud owners of simply scrunch (currently a farmers market/fair and online elves) - https://www.simplyscrunch.com/ - at the May event. And I am smitten. Visit her website, she has the most beautiful olive-wood cheese boards encrusted with flowers and fruit, that are simply delightful. Her photography is delirously beautiful and her scrunchies are hand made and so adorable. Seriously, The Landing had them rocking their stuff along with other artisants, GLASS ARTISTS, AERIAL YOGA, Fine Party/Bridal couture. There is also a small museum to ode Hudson, and beautiful walking/running/biking trails right in its back yard. Rummage through the building for consignment, health and beauty, 2, yes 2 Cross Fit centers, and wonderful breakfast/brunch/lunch water holes that will leave you craving for decadence at the Wild Hare or "health nut" "clean eating" at Good Earth. They will tickle your professional fancy AND welcome you. The people are treasures! You want to work here. You NEED to be here!
