Place has gone down hill fast. Use to be great and now not so much. Never can anyone get a coffee order right. Charged different price every time. Grounds in the coffee most days. Never seems to be able to keep inventory up cups etc... list goes on and on...... It's to bad i use to go every day close to my house. Now I have to drive 10 minutes out of my way. Got sick of the poorly run operation can't keep going there if the can't get a coffee order right. read more

Great service, convenient location, and the coffee tasted good. They didn't have all the flavors on the menu but I liked what I got instead.

If you fancy a beautiful drive out to "the country," this is a nice destination. The donuts are ok, but admittedly we came at 12:30 when most were gone. Let's call them "mid-day fresh." I don't usually write bad reviews but I got an extra large iced tea this morning that tasted like soap. I got it around 8am this morning and took my first sip around 10 and realized it tasted like soap. I tried calling the store but the phone number is disconnected. I've never had a problem here before and the staff is always very nice, but my tea literally tasted like straight dishwasher was used to brew it. read more

1. I am not a big coffee drinker but the coffee here is great. Tons of flavors that are not sweetened at all so my husband can always get his mocha cinnamon coffee, black with 1 sugar. 2. Staff and owners are wonderful. 3. Breakfast sandwiches are so good. Egg is cooked fresh and it makes such a difference. 4. The donuts are really good too. Everyone in the family plus the dog agrees. We go to this establishment exclusively for our morning beverages. Specifically the one in Lunenburg on Mass Ave. The products are great, but we also go there because the service is amazing. Cindy and Riley are two of the friendliest people you will meet on any day and make our mornings that much happier. my all time favorite coffee shop. this company. this location. for some reason, everything at this specific one is the best. luckily it's directly on my way to work, so quick and convenient! the prices are reasonable, a large iced coffee equaling just about $3 and breakfast sandwiches are around $3 as well. there are tons of delicious coffee flavors like Milky Way & maple French toast. I haven't had one that wasn't amazing. the breakfast sandwiches are also amazing, my favorite being a sausage egg and cheese on their specialty cheese bagel. not low cal but super good! read more

Smaller version of an A+ chain of donuts shops particular to Northern Worcester County Massachusetts. Extremely clean. Staff is superb, always willing to help. Breakfast sandwiches made to order, yum. Coffee orders are always right! Donuts are outstanding. read more

Try this place and you won't bother with DD, McD or Cumbies for coffee ever again. Without question, BEST coffee around AND Best breakfast bagel sandwiches. I don't know what has recently happened to this shop,but the customer service has gone down hill dramatically. I was an avid customer up until about a month ago, when I encountered a very rude employee who greeted me with 'I f**cking hate this place' right off the bat. Then proceeded to yell about how hot it was in the shop and how she couldn't find the AC unit. Proceeded to roll her eyes and act like my order was an inconvenience and pretty much expected me to not want change back. Okay,fine. Everyone has a bad day, hopefully I could catch a different worker the next time. Tried them again a few more times and have noticed that although the OPEN sign is on and the employees are all set up and standing,waiting for customers, the door is locked. I understand you want people to go through the drive thru at 5:30 am,but put a sign up so people know that because if you're OPEN sign is on, folks are going to try and enter your store. Just rude weekday morning staff is very offputting to customers who have been supporting the buisness right along. I liked their coffee and the variety of donuts offered. I'd purchase donuts for coworkers after racing about the donuts to them. But lately it hasn't been worth the struggle of dealing with rude, inappropriate employees who seem to think it's okay to laugh when a customer pulls on a locked door or act entitled to a "tip". I really don't know what's going on with this place but it was much better in the spring -- at least those ladies in the morning were upbeat and friendly. read more
