I believe they can do a better job keeping up with certain flavors of bagels (like poppy, and probably others) that are more desirable and run out faster on their peak days. Sure, I'll eat an onion or a cinnamon raisin, but I'm not thrilled when I walk out. And it's a real disappointment when I come in after noon and only plain are available.
