I routinely come on the weekend and by 10:30 / 11 am (or sometimes as early as 9:30 - like today), they are out of poppy seed bagels. I believe they can do a better job keeping up with certain flavors of bagels (like poppy, and probably others) that are more desirable and run out faster on their peak days.
