Great donuts and coffee. The chocolate frosted coffee roll and chocolate cruller are both too good to pass up. Service is very personable and friendly, I've been here a few times. The inside of the store is simple and could be improved, but didn't negatively impact my visit in any way. There is some seating available. It was warm and clean. I recommend this place on a good day if it was actually good today, but it was not. 2 o'clock in the afternoon they're completely sold out donuts. Had to take our order four times in order to get it right it was two iced coffees and a hot chai. Once the order was taken, she still had to ask again what my third drink was. I drink A LOT of coffee! Too much to be honest! When I work from the office Gourmet is close but the days I work from home I give myself extra time to drive the 20 minutes to come here! Aside from the selection of flavors alone, the coffee is better than any other coffee shop by far!! And since they don't have a speaker, the wait can sometimes be a little longer but absolutely worth it!! Today there was a man working I've never seen before and had the best customer service I've ever experienced. Even when they were out of bagels, he went out of his way to find an alternative that would be comparable. Love Gourmet Donuts! When I have the option to choose, this is our go to place for the best coffee around! The donuts are not bad either, made fresh will many varieties! If you want something more than sweets they have breakfast sandwiches too. I opt for the bacon egg and cheese on Portuguese muffin. Almost every time we go to this Business they are out of what we ask for, I'm not talking about late morning or afternoon 6:30am on a Sunday. This one girl that works there has blond hair in a ponytail and is slender, I ask for two bismark, we are all out how can that be 13 weeks in a row. What do they order 1 bismark a day. I used to go everyday and pick up donuts for my staff however they start by we don't have that flavor donut ok, I understand however I once was there and they give another customer the flavor donut I asked for, maybe you thinks I'm to fat and don't need the calories. that one girl (brunette) that's always working is always so rude and LITERALLY rolled her eyes at me today because she forgot my coffee. I'm not sure why she continues to work there because she is undoubtably miserable and in a constant state of annoyance. I go to the same gourmet donuts every day and have her every time, there is simply no way she does not recognize me and yet she continues to be blatantly rude. not to mention, today she made 4/5 coffees COMPLETELY incorrectly. There is another woman with a septum piercing that i have occasionally and she is SO SWEET. she accommodates for my reusable cups and is happy to do so and even always gives my dog a treat. she is certain to always get my tip while the other woman will never have a tip. if you go i certainly hope you will not have this worker. best of luck read more

Best donuts and bagels around. Seriously, they are SO good!! Drive thru is super slow - it's good for coffee and donuts, but if you're ordering multiple sandwiches you should really get your lazy a$$ out of your car and go in, it's just courteous. Especially during morning rush! I'm sure the staff would appreciate it as well. Love all the girls that work here, they're super polite and happy to help, with exception to that one older lady who is a total sour puss. If I see her stick her head out the drive-thru I'll pull out of line just so she doesn't ruin my good morning vibes with her woman-hating miserableness. If you are a male this will not apply to you since she only seems to be rude if you're a remotely attractive woman. I have to admit it- I was hoping they'd have a nice promotion for National Coffee Day and they were the only Gourmet Donuts that I hadn't been to so my friend and I took a trek out to Winchendon to check them out. Nice building, kind of in the middle of no where. Same great flavors, prices, and service. No special promotions though which was a bummer. I got a cookies n creme iced coffee with real cookie chunks. Yummy. Great selection of muffins too; we tried a pistachio and it was very tasty. read more

Some people know how to make my coffee but most people dont. Every time I order the same cookies and cream extra extra ice coffee with cookie pieces. I very rarely get what I ask for half the time I get handed back some kinda ice coffee that tastes like a ice hazelnut coffee. I ordered a cookies and cream . Prices are good def get more for you buck than the other big chain coffee place in town. They have lots and lots of flavors of coffee to pick from. Not to mention the sandwiches, donuts, muffins, smoothies. The staff is super friendly, will say hi to my kids when they see them in the back see at the drive though. read more

I really like their peanut butter donuts(seasonal I'm told), hot cocoa and the hot apple cider. They are very friendly (though sometimes a little slow). Definitely worth the couple extra minutes to enjoy their offerings versus, the other donut place in town. They offer drive thru service as well as counter service. read more

All the servers are friendly and happy and what better way to start your day. No talking to a scratchy speaker at the drive-up, instead you see a smiling face at the drive up window.
