I have been to Dunkin Donuts from Boston to Providence to New York to Texas. This is, by far, the worst. There is always some flub up in an order. You can order a bagel with cream cheese and get a pretty sad, naked looking bagel. You can complain to an employee and obviously nothing comes of it. The next day you order a caramel macchiato, only to find it was a regular coffee with milk. How difficult is it to smear cream cheese on a bagel or add flavor to a caramel macchiato??? My dad has to get extra shots on the side just to make sure that at least that part of the order is correct. This Dunkin Donuts desperately needs either re-training or new management. I ordered the wrong donuts on accident online, when I walked inside, whoever the woman was working at 9:00 am on August 16th was extremely rude to me. She put the receipt in front of my face and had me read it out loud in an effort to embarrass me in front of other workers and customers. She then charged me an additional $7 to get the donuts I originally meant to order. Terrible coffee. I've come here twice, the first to get an iced hazelnut coffee. What I got was watered down cream and sugar. Decided to give it a try again today. I asked for the pumpkin iced signature latte and got something entirely different that was hot and I asked for a regular black iced coffee which looked more like iced tea and tasted like garbage. The drive thru experience is horrible, takes foreverr to get a simple order out (I ordered 2 bagels and a coolata). It's 2020 we shouldd not be assuming someone's gender when you can't see their face. There was little to NO cream cheese on either bagel (see photo) For $5 I would expect to get more than this. 3rd time coming here hoping the customer service would improve but once again it was a great disappointment. This last person that served me was rude and communicated poorly. When I asked for items that were missing on my order that were paid she became defensive and stated that I should've told her before returning to the window and when I told her that these were items she charged me for she denied it until I showed her my receipt. She then wouldn't accept she was wrong and instead of apologizing, she continued to blame me for not saying something on our initial encounter. I was amazed at how she mistreated her customers. I was frustrated but politely told her I would not have known those items were missing if I had not checked before leaving the drive-thru window. I surely won't be returning. This breaks my heart because I really really love dunkins but this location needs some help they got my coffee order wrong which was ordered online okay cool I love coffee not a problem I'll drink it but while I was already in the drive through line I decided I'm going to order a dozen of the blueberry glazed donut holes I order pull up to the window total was like $3 with some change pay and leave I get to work it's busy so I don't open my dunkins bag until I'm done helping all the customers to find that they gave me a chocolate glazed donut with filling on the inside y'all don't understand how much it sucked to get that donut instead of the blueberry glazed donut holes and then I tried to call which I never do because I know what it's like to work in fast food and I know how customers can be but dammm I was really looking forward to that and now I've had to settle for coffee that was okay and a chocolate filled donut I didn't even like and they don't answer the phone!!! read more

Stopped by here three mornings in a row because it's the only thing on my way to work. This morning the food was horrible. English muffin was hard and the hash browns were literally stale. This location is pathetic. The one star is for the coffee being good. Like the other reviews, this DD is Slow and the employees are rude. I went the other day and it took 20 mins for an English muffin and then when i asked about it no response 10min later they put it on the counter for pickup. I work in the area so i have been here multiple times and its been worse every time. The inside of the store is setup pretty nice but its always messy. Hopefully the drive-thru is not as sad as dining in... "Hopefully"... Hate to say it cuz I'm a dunkin fan but recommend going somewhere else. read more

Ok so what the hell is with Dunkin' Donuts in Houston Texas these days they used to be good. In other places there still are in fact on the other side of the world they're good at least in Seoul Korea they are I go there every so often and every time I will make it a point to go to Dunkin' Donuts at least twice. I go to this Dunkin' Donuts at least 3x a week sometimes even more. Enough to where some employees know my drink order from the second I walk in. The service is usually always great. This review is strictly about an employee. I ordered an iced coffee plain like I always do and the guy who made my drink literally put 3 ice cubes in the cup and didn't even fill it up with coffee all the way. Then as I was leaving the same employee had his entire butt hanging out. His pats were practically to his thighs. All you saw were black underwear. I love Dunkin'! I grew up on Dunkin' so having one close to us was great news! However since they've opened there's been nothing but problems. We stopped going for almost a year and decided to give them a try again last week. Trouble with the orders both times. My husband is an immigrant and came here at age 7, he speaks perfect English and has far more patience with other immigrants than anyone. We both strive to understand what is being said and often insert ourselves into conversations where this seems to be a problem. Therefore we've learned quite a few phrases in approximately 15 languages. The Manager at this Dunkin' should know that by now! He started screaming at my husband yesterday morning in front of the children and others there and thought my husband didn't know what he was saying. My husband jumped right in and told him exactly why we're always bringing food back! We don't eat raw bacon, turkey sausage, hard eggs, burned English Muffins, etc.! This isn't the first time we've taken orders back, actually of all the orders we've placed there there has been only one that we haven't taken back because it's hard to screw up a cup of coffee, right? Wrong, the coffee usually tastes burned too! I'm tired of trying to be nice to someone who can't keep his help because he can't communicate with them and screams at them. This guy cares about his money more than having the right to use the Dunkin' name and loyal Dunkin' customers! I'm getting my refund from the main offices and reporting this jerk! Expect problems if you get anything but ice cream at this store and even that isn't great. I always get the bagel with cream cheese. This second time went off from the usual. Last time was white egg with peppers on muffin. Today hash browns and a kolache. Both times the food seemed as it was microwaved wet and soggy. The hot dog had that eat me today because tomorrow I will kill u taste. This is convenient because I work so close but I wouldn't suggest going in the morning. They never fill up my cup. I took one drink out of my latte and noticed it felt really light, opened it and saw it half empty. I don't know if it's because they made me a cappuccino when I asked for a latte and MAYBE the foam went down but that's still not what I ordered. Wait. WHAT!?!??! A nice new Dunkin' Donuts WITH a Baskin-Robbins inside it, close to my house?!?!?! Nice and clean. Friendly staff. So this review is based on that good stuff. Nothing really to complain about there. Really came, however, to write about the Chicken Biscuits. Got a mailer with a DE-LISH looking picture of these. Knew that wouldn't be as good as they looked but I didn't expect how BAD they would be. Stick with the donuts. :) Biscuits weren't bad but the chicken was awful. Low-grade chicken patties full of filler. And one of my two -- because they are on sale @ two for $4 right now -- was basically grizzle. Not good at all. Good donuts though. read more

Overall I love Dunkin but this location sucks. They always mess up my order unless it's one certain guy, he is the only decent employee and he is super friendly. I don't understand how the other employees manage to mess up online orders. The location is also SLOW. When they are busy there is no point in ordering through the app if you go inside to order the employees don't even look your way you basically have to stand in line which defeats the purpose and the drive thru gets backed up easily. read more

I go to this location on average 2-3 times a day for their coffee. When I go most of the time my experience is good, there is one employee that I'm having trouble with, I don't know if it is just that person or management has not trained correctly. I was caught of guard by asking if I wanted to leave a "tip" at the drive through. I said yes, kinda confused but yeah. Today I went in and was prepared to pay 3 and change for a large coffee and handed 4 dollars to the individual at the window and she knew it, it was 2.89 ( by her body language) I never agreed to tip her a dollar or donate a dollar, she gave me back my 20 cents in change. I thought, I just got screwed out of a dollar, figured she needed it more then I did, so I let it go. We'll now I'm not having a good day cause I Allowed her to get away with it, if management doesn't catch it she is actually embezzling money. Don't think she may understand that though, hopefully when they close out tonight they will catch they are over by a dollar. Honestly people see a dollars, I see that I'll never go back.
