Anyway, this Daboba location is spacious with 6 booth tables + 2 standalone tables + a couple of outlets + free wifi. You can conveniently order either at the kiosk or cashier. My go-to order is the cheese milk tea (black milk tea with cheese foam on top) and black pearls (boba). I find this to taste perfectly sweet and decadent. I'm excited to try other drink options, including their honey golden pearl milk tea, vanilla coffee frappuccino, and Vietnamese egg coffee.

If you took a panoramic glance of the strip mall after parking, you'd barely notice this shop over the more lavish, modern-looking DaBoba a couple stores down. DaBoba undoubtedly looks nicer and offers more traditional food options associated with milk tea (e.g. popcorn chicken), but their drinks are significantly smaller and more expensive. I typically place my order via the app, but I ordered at the window. I asked for the Matcha Latte, cold, light ice, with almond instead of oat milk and lavender cold foam. In person you can ask for the cold foam to be thick. Online this was not possible. This is the first time after ordering this drink at other locations a Starbucks got it right! It was well balanced and as requested a thick lavender cold foam. Since coming here no one else compares to this location when ordering this drink. The chai, pink due to a variation straight from India, was delicious. Smooth, not overly sweet, and refreshing. The fries were well seasoned and hot enough to make me do The Thing. You know the thing (hafhafhaf) you do when the food is too hot to eat immediately but too yummy to wait? Yeah, that thing. The woman who helped us was so sweet and attentive. Picture it, Wednesday morning at 8:20 AM only one customer working on her laptop. I was the only customer in line, and the young lady working behind the counter did not acknowledge me for -2 minutes. She was walking back and forth behind the counter, but no "good morning" nor greeting nor "be with you in a minute." This is a cafe in the morning hours after all. I walked out and went to damn Starbucks instead. Ugh. After experiencing bad service upstairs a while back and now this experience tells me this establishment needs to better train their employees even if they are college students.
