I also tried the frappé, which unfortunately tasted more like ice and milk than coffee or flavor. In hindsight, I probably should have ordered it over ice. It was also the last thing I finished. As for the sandwiches, I'm not sure they were quite my cup of tea. They were on the dry side and didn't have a lot of flavor beyond the pickles. Maybe that's more traditional to the Cuban style, so I can understand that it may appeal to others, but it just wasn't what I was expecting. Overall, I'd give it 3 stars. The food and service simply didn't give me the "wow" factor I was expecting after reading so many glowing reviews. I also think the customer service could be a little warmer. If customers are ordering at the counter and being prompted for a tip, a friendly greeting, a smile, or even a little guidance for first-timers would go a long way.
