I should not get a protein drink every day at Dunkin, but I do. So I am spending close to $200 a month coming to this location. They are so inconsistent. I order a bagel with extra cream cheese. The cream cheese barely even covers one side of the bagel. Also, I ask for it toasted and it's barely warm and very chewy. I work in Dacula and before I moved here, I would get my breakfast there every morning. Never had an issue with that location. The location here constantly gets the order wrong. Also, if I order a bagel with butter, why are they charging me $.50 for butter? Doesn't that just naturally come with a bagel? If I order extra cream cheese, I know I'm going to be charged for that and that's fine. But when you only get enough to halfway cover one side of the bagel, that's ridiculous. But they always make sure that I know I'm able to tip. I'm just going to drive past this location and go to another one from today forward. It's just aggravating. read more

I love Dunkin', but this location is extremely inconsistent. You never know if your coffee will actually taste right. I always order an iced coffee with cream and sugar. Half the time they use granulated sugar instead of liquid sugar -- leaving it gritty and barely sweetened. The staff is usually friendly and the drive-thru moves quickly, but the quality control on drinks needs serious improvement. read more

I am a huge Dunkin fan so this review might be biased. I am in love with their matches, cold or hot, and they always have a great deal going on. This location is good, but you know mornings can be a little crazy at a coffee shop. Typically staff is nice if they are not frantic, but people can be mean if they don't get their coffee. 10 stars for Dunkin. read more

The new Dunkin managed by Zach was a terrible experience. My first visit at the drive through. A young man greeted me and offered a special beverage and didn't say more. I waited, then parked and went inside. A young man emerged from the back with thick dark curly hair. He was in the back. There was a tip jar with cash. I called out for help. He asked how I got in. The door was not locked. I asked if they were open. No. I thought they opened. It was delayed. The young man had few customer service skills. Went again a few months later. Two young, slender blond cheerleader types had a big better personality, but not great listening skills. I ordered a half dozen and Kris having to repeat the donut selection. Seems employee training is not great. They opened in early 2025. read more

The coffee is a hit or miss and most of the time my order is done incorrectly. It's fairly close to me so it's a quick and close caffeine fix but, the coffee isn't usually made that good. read more

I have 30 min lunch break so I decided to treat myself to a coffee since I had points for a free one and this location (I've never gone to) was closest to my job. I pull up and asked for my order and asked if I could get whipped cream because it doesn't let u on the app I don't mind paying the difference they usually never mind but this kid was already in a bad mood when I got there and just said "sure" very obviously annoyed. He handed me my coffee that was spilling all the way out of the cup everywhere and I nicely asked for napkins to clean my cup up before bringing the mess to my car then I also noticed he handed me the smaller straw and that's a little hard to drink out of with the dome lid so I added if I could get a straw as well and he threw it at me and was very obviously annoyed this interaction would not have been as bad if my coffee tasted good. It was not made to my liking... kid with the frosted curly tips was very rude to me, and my car is sticky from the messy coffee... do with that what you will. This was my first experience in this Dunkin and probably my last lol. No thanks I'll drive farther for better service and good coffee. read more

Cheryl and Tori are the best. I've been a regular customer 5 days a week since this location opened a few months ago. Each and everyday these ladies greet me with a pleasant good morning and smile. Worst service and food of anywhere I have even been. Our order took forever for them to get into register, we thought we would have never were going to get and then the drinks and food was terrible.
