The service needs to be re-thought. I was there at ~1245. There was a line wrapped around the shop. There were a large number of workers standing around behind the counter. It seems everyone was getting sandwhich. The 'kids' behind the counter were standing there, seemingly not knowing what to do. I walked up to the cash register and stated I only wanted 3 bagels in a bag. Nothing else. Can I get them? Kid asked the owner (?) if he could sell me 3 bagels. Yes. WTH?? Got my bagels and was gone. The set-up is 2 cash registers in the front (or back, depending on your perspective (!)). Everyone was lined up behind the right cash register. Leaving plenty of room to hang a sign above the other register stating "bagels to go" or something similar. This will accomplish 2 goals: the store sells more bagels, people don't have to wait in line for something they only need to drop in a bag. Everyone wins.

I ordered it uncut and untoasted because I was going to take it home with me and it will be a struggle to make it have any life in it because if I toast it, it will just be terrible since it's already burnt and bitter. Apparently $.92 is not good enough, so I got the crappiest bagel in the bin and there were lots of nice ones. We grabbed the maple bacon, blueberry, apple cinnamon bear claw, Fruity Pebbles, glazed, and chocolate cream. Every single one was delicious.
