I enjoyed an outing with my cousins here and treated myself to a dozen rolls and a vanilla shake. There's space to just hang out, enjoy some other sweet treats available by a food truck, and sit down on benches. Leashed doggies we're here to accompany and made some friends along the way. The menu has stayed the same with pies, rolls, and breads. Not all veggies are available they use to have but still the mos5 "popular" veggies remain. They still seperate the baked items from the shakes and drinks. I came on a weekend and there was practically no line which was unusual for me but appreciated. The smells, tasted, and feels are still the same. I'm glad someone took over but kept the tradition.

Upon…read moregetting there I thought it was cute, but honestly I am not sure where all of the hype stems from. We waited 40 min in line on a random Thursday to try their cinnamon rolls. While I thought it was a pretty solid cinnamon roll, there was nothing really overly exciting about it. It was just a decent cinnamon roll. We also tried the strawberry milkshake and I will say that was also pretty good, especially on a hot Florida afternoon. I appreciated the real strawberry flavor. Additionally there wasn't a lot to do when we got there. Maybe it was because we were there at the end of the season, but from what I could tell there wasn't really only the bakery and milkshakes. Again, solid option but I had heard so much about this place and just don't quite understand the viral nature of this place. But overall a good thing to do to spend an open late afternoon

I ordered a large iced coffee with caramel swirl and two extra pumps of liquid cane sugar. I get to the speaker state that I'm picking up a mobile order and I'm told to pull around to the window. Whenever I get to the window, the associate is preparing my order and does not come to the window until she has in her hand a HOT coffee cup and explains that there were no large iced coffee cups available and there's also no liquid cane and would I like my powdered sugar on the side or in the cup. I asked her is the large hot coffee cup comparable in size to the large iced coffee cup and she said she checked and yes, they are close and that is a BIG lie. The large hot coffee cup is 20 ounces while the large iced coffee cup is 32 ounces. She stated that they only have small iced coffee cups available; small iced coffee cups are 16 ounces. Why would she not just give me two small iced coffees to replace the large iced coffee since they are the same size. When because I had already paid for my order, there was nothing that I could do to not drive away with nothing that I paid for so I took the cup and I drove back around to get enter the line, but the line was very slow. I went and ran my errand and came back and when I got to the window, I kindly explained to the associate instead of taking a large hot coffee cup because that it is not comparable in size to what I paid for I would rather take two small iced coffee cups to replace the fact that there are no large cups available. She then says to me that they were not given instructions on how to handle those situations with there not being any large iced coffee cups and she gave me the size cup that was closest in size and that she cannot give me twosmall iced coffee cups because then she will be using more product. I asked her when a manager would be available and she said maybe around 9 AM to 10 AM. I asked her what the manager's name was and she would not give me a name. She said I can speak to anyone that is available. This is highly unacceptable, your staff should know how to handle these situations. It doesn't make any sense that the app rewards you for placing your order in advance, but that could very well cost you whenever the store does not want to make good on the order that they've already received money for. You need to put some type of system in place because locations have been running out of large ice cups for a while now order more cups or remove the option to order large on the app when it's not in stock!
