Great place to enjoy some dessert. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating to enjoy with the family. My kids enjoyed the ice cream and shakes. Service was quick as there was no line around 3pm on a weekday. It was not crowded so it was great.

These cinnamon buns are famous for a reason!! I'm sad i havent had a chance to pop over to the farm yet, but one of our company reps brought in a few dozen to the office. They were still warm, soft, and dripping with gooey cinnamon. It's one of the best things you will ever eat. It's not a trueee cinnamon bun, i think more like a sticky bun... Insider tip: throw them in the microwave for 12 seconds and thank me later :) Well worth the trip down to homestead

Yay! I was in the area and figured I would pop over to the new Knaus Berry Farm for some cinnamon rolls. I was pleasantly surprised that on a Saturday morning at 11 AM there were only a few people in line. I walked out with three dozen cinnamon rolls in less than 10 minutes. Staff was delightful and efficient. I lucked out and was able to park in the parking lot. There are a few picnic tables to sit at and enjoy your shakes or cinnamon roles. I also bought some dinner rolls which were equally fresh and delicious.

Just visited the new location of Knaus Berry Farm and it's even better than before! There's plenty of parking now, and they finally accept credit cards The cinnamon rolls are still absolutely amazing( definitely worth the trip. Pro tip: go early to avoid the long lines! The place looks great and the service is quick and polite.

I came on on a Friday evening at 2pm and there was no line to get cinnamon rolls. I bought a half of dozen for $8.90. I also bought cheese bread as well. They sell pies and shakes. I love the beautiful rainbow Eucalyptus tree that is in the eating area. The cinnamon rolls are always super warm and delicious. They now accept credit card to pay for the food because when they were in the other location it was cash only. The parking was easy to find and it is free. I took my dog there and they were welcoming.

I haven't been to Knaus berry farm new location which is located in Krome. I went on a Friday afternoon and there was barely no line. We only had two people in front of us. We ordered the famous cinnamon roll. We purchased a 1/2 dozen which was $8.90. They accept cash and credit card now. I was chatting with one of the employe and she said always come during the week the line is never really that bad. Knaus berry farm is open everyday except on Mondays from 8:00- 5:30 pm. I didn't get the chance to try the shake but I heard they are pretty good. Overall the experience was great and there was plenty of parking.

Delicious cinnamon rolls! You do have to wait quite a bit but it's worth it. And once you get there, you get your order super quick. They also have a stand for shakes, coffees, and sundaes. Other than cinnamon rolls they have pies, breads, and fresh veggies. I will come back again! Make sure to bring a hat or umbrella if you're going to be standing in line. There's not much shade before reaching the actual roof. I wish they had more tables to sit at.

After hearing about this farm from my parents who used to visit 25years ago I decided to look it up and took the trip after a visit to the Miami Zoo. It's about 25 minutes from the zoo and worth the drive through many farms. We stopped and picked up a back of fresh cinnamon rolls and while they didn't have much for produce at the time called it a win and drove the hour+ back home... for 1 hour we smelled freshly baked cinnamon rolls and herb rolls. We arrived home and each had one and saved the rest for the week. The cinnamon rolls are similar to monkey bread with sticky outside and a soft inside and are worth the drive. We look forward to the next visit with more produce and some self picked strawberry's.

Stop what you doing and go and try these cinnamon rolls you will not be disappointed. I had the opportunity today to finally try them . And I have not regrets about it

"I drive over an hour once a year just for these fresh-baked cinnamon rolls. Sure, I could get them locally, but it's all about the experience here. While you're waiting in the (often long) line, grab one of their fresh smoothies--they are delicious. Also, don't miss the u-pick stand nearby; the strawberries are HUGE. They're only open seasonally, so get your fill while you can.

Frozen Cinnamon Rolls? What?! Went to check out Knaus Berry Farm under the new ownership. I was lucky there was no big line! I was craving their cinnamon rolls with a key lime smoothie. Went to get the smoothie but they don't have that flavor so I picked a coffee smoothie and it was delicious! My surprise was when I went to get the cinnamon rolls. They gave me FROZEN cinnamon rolls that were one or two days old. I was told to heat them just for 30 seconds and then to enjoy them. I was having a bad feeling already. But when I got home and put the rolls in the microwave for 30 seconds and tried them... wow! They felt fresh! They were the same rolls I've been eating for years! They were soooo good! My feeling was wrong and I was happy!! I'm out of rolls...need to go back!!

Couldn't wait to try a cinny roll!

Still the OG only in a new location. On a weekday afternoon, the parking availability and wait time were not bad. Shakes are sold at a separate place from the baked goods, so I got to enjoy the ever awesome strawberry shake while waiting in line. The cinnamon rolls are just as fabulous as always, I dug into a warm one as soon as I got back to the car! For 2 large shakes, 2 dozen cinnamon rolls, 10 pecan rolls, and a loaf of mountaineer bread, the bill came out to $84 with tax and gratuity. All in all, an enjoyable visit at the new location, though I probably wouldn't go on a weekend.

If you like cinnamon rolls, you should really try these. They are not like the Pillsbury dough boy's!

Ask the Community - Knaus Berry Farm

Do the cinnamon buns or pecan buns contain honey? Asking bc I can't have honey but feel like I taste it in them?

I think you should call them directly and get the ingredients.

When is strawberry pick up season open this year? Thank you

Do they accept credit cards or are they cash basis only? I will only be purchasing their cinnamon and dinner rolls.

Cash only always

Do the cinnamon rolls freeze well?

They do. I kept some in the freezer for the couple of months when a farm is on break. But it didn't last long because my family devoured them! While in the bag I put them on a ziplock freezer bag nice and tight. And I just break off the piece I want… Read more

Has anyone gone recently on a Saturday? What time would you recommend to arrive?

We came at 10 am and got our cinnamon buns at 12:30.

Are you open during corona?

They are closed during the summer. They are open November to mid-April

How much is it for strawberry picking?

It depends on how many strawberries you pick. I believe that they charge per pound.

Do they serve coffee drinks? I see it on the menu but I'm not sire if it's a drink or for a bag of coffee beans.

Hello, they serve shakes and you are correct the coffee listed in the menu are beans.

Can you bring dogs?

On a leash yes

Is Knaus Berry Farm dog friendly?

You can stand in line with your dog, lots of people do. There is no 'inside' so a dog could be anywhere there. It's a fruit stand with a cover. That's what the place is. No tables or chairs anywhere, maybe a bench somewhere.

What time do they open?

8:00 am to 5: 30 pm

Are the cinnamon rolls vegan? are there any vegan options on the menu?

The cinnamon rolls are not vegan but some of the pies like the blueberry, cherry, and raspberry pies are vegan

Can i come to pick up strawberry on this season?

Yes

How do you open all year round every day of the week?

they are closed on Sundays

Are they open on thanksgiving?

Agree with the above. Knaus Berry Farm is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Does anyone know if these are vegan friendly?

They have loads of strawberries and fresh produce, which is certainly vegan friendly. But the good stuff like milkshakes, pie, cinnamon rolls are clearly made with offensive ingredients (milk, butter, egg).

Is it open year-round? On the website it says they are open every November to mid-April, not sure if that's just for the farm. I am visiting in June and would like to try their cinnamon rolls.

They close around mid April and are closed until November. Unfortunately in June you wouldn't be able to try the sticky buns.

Many restaurants do an up charge for breakfast after a certain hour. I asked for eggs at 11:40 am and the manager said she couldn't make them for me. I didn't have appetite for lunch at that time so I drank coconut water for breakfast. :/ I love that the owners made a place for families and people to meet and take the kids. I am not a fan of keeping animals enclosed so anything to give them more space or land would be a plus for the animals. I'm also not a fan of seeing animals used to carry people and pretty much labor, they have no choice, they are captive and also have to work restlessly. The roads would be much better if they were paved as opposed to dust. It would make the experience a little more clean. The decorations could use a fancier upgrade. Either way it seems a lot of people enjoy the place. It's not a place I would frequent too often.

We had breakfast--steak, eggs, hot Cuban toast with butter, and café con leche--and we were stuffed by the time we left. Absolutely delicious. There's also a small, kid-friendly playground further into the property that requires a fee to enter, but we didn't check it out this time--maybe next visit. Head over to By Brothers for breakfast. It's amazing!

The owner answered my call within 2 ring. She spoke English that I understood well and she was friendly and helpful. I forgot her name but both she and her husband came out to greet us and a couple other families. She pointed us to some buckets with wheels and gave us a cutter. She will also weigh the fruits for you. She is very fair with her prices. It's easy to get carried away and pick 20-30lbs of fruits but for just the 2 of us, we hauled out 13lbs of Longan. Yippee!! There's other fruits too such as bananas, sugar apples, jackfruit, mango, milk fruit but sadly they weren't ready yet. They do allow you to walk around on your own and take photos which was a lot of fun if it hadn't been so hot & humid. Do bring plenty of water. Maybe a bottle of spray water if you have it.
