We arrived at 7:30 and had them in our hand 2 hrs later. Worth the wait. You get them nice and hot. I also got myself a mango shake. Delish.
BAck again before end of season which is May 10. Get your now. Smell is out of this world. Waiting time was 30 minutes worth itttttt. Enjoy people. REMEMBER THEY ARE NOW IN KROME and 168 street.
These cinnamon buns are famous for a reason!! I'm sad i havent had a chance to pop over to the farm yet, but one of our company reps brought in a few dozen to the office. They were still warm, soft, and dripping with gooey cinnamon. It's one of the best things you will ever eat. It's not a trueee cinnamon bun, i think more like a sticky bun... Insider tip: throw them in the microwave for 12 seconds and thank me later :) Well worth the trip down to homestead
Yay! I was in the area and figured I would pop over to the new Knaus Berry Farm for some cinnamon rolls. I was pleasantly surprised that on a Saturday morning at 11 AM there were only a few people in line. I walked out with three dozen cinnamon rolls in less than 10 minutes. Staff was delightful and efficient. I lucked out and was able to park in the parking lot. There are a few picnic tables to sit at and enjoy your shakes or cinnamon roles. I also bought some dinner rolls which were equally fresh and delicious.
Delicious cinnamon rolls! You do have to wait quite a bit but it's worth it. And once you get there, you get your order super quick. They also have a stand for shakes, coffees, and sundaes. Other than cinnamon rolls they have pies, breads, and fresh veggies. I will come back again! Make sure to bring a hat or umbrella if you're going to be standing in line. There's not much shade before reaching the actual roof. I wish they had more tables to sit at.
I came on on a Friday evening at 2pm and there was no line to get cinnamon rolls. I bought a half of dozen for $8.90. I also bought cheese bread as well. They sell pies and shakes. I love the beautiful rainbow Eucalyptus tree that is in the eating area. The cinnamon rolls are always super warm and delicious. They now accept credit card to pay for the food because when they were in the other location it was cash only. The parking was easy to find and it is free. I took my dog there and they were welcoming.
I haven't been to Knaus berry farm new location which is located in Krome. I went on a Friday afternoon and there was barely no line. We only had two people in front of us. We ordered the famous cinnamon roll. We purchased a 1/2 dozen which was $8.90. They accept cash and credit card now. I was chatting with one of the employe and she said always come during the week the line is never really that bad. Knaus berry farm is open everyday except on Mondays from 8:00- 5:30 pm. I didn't get the chance to try the shake but I heard they are pretty good. Overall the experience was great and there was plenty of parking.
Great place to enjoy some dessert. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating to enjoy with the family. My kids enjoyed the ice cream and shakes. Service was quick as there was no line around 3pm on a weekday. It was not crowded so it was great.

There's plenty of parking now, and they finally accept credit cards The cinnamon rolls are still absolutely amazing( definitely worth the trip. Pro tip: go early to avoid the long lines! The place looks great and the service is quick and polite.
After hearing about this farm from my parents who used to visit 25years ago I decided to look it up and took the trip after a visit to the Miami Zoo. It's about 25 minutes from the zoo and worth the drive through many farms. We stopped and picked up a back of fresh cinnamon rolls and while they didn't have much for produce at the time called it a win and drove the hour+ back home... for 1 hour we smelled freshly baked cinnamon rolls and herb rolls. We arrived home and each had one and saved the rest for the week. The cinnamon rolls are similar to monkey bread with sticky outside and a soft inside and are worth the drive. We look forward to the next visit with more produce and some self picked strawberry's.
Stop what you doing and go and try these cinnamon rolls you will not be disappointed. I had the opportunity today to finally try them . And I have not regrets about it

I don't get it? Cinnamon rolls are good, and these cinnamon rolls are as good as any others I suppose, but I've heard that people will stand in line waiting on these particular for over an hour. We ordered a half dozen, ate the first one fresh and hot, and yes, it was tasty, but it was just a cinnamon roll. The service was fast and friendly, not a lot of ambiance to speak of, bathroom were clean, and I'm glad I can say I tried it, but don't know if I'd need to try it again... read more

Frozen Cinnamon Rolls? What?! Went to check out Knaus Berry Farm under the new ownership. I was lucky there was no big line! I was craving their cinnamon rolls with a key lime smoothie. Went to get the smoothie but they don't have that flavor so I picked a coffee smoothie and it was delicious! My surprise was when I went to get the cinnamon rolls. They gave me FROZEN cinnamon rolls that were one or two days old. I was told to heat them just for 30 seconds and then to enjoy them. I was having a bad feeling already. But when I got home and put the rolls in the microwave for 30 seconds and tried them... wow! They felt fresh! They were the same rolls I've been eating for years! They were soooo good! My feeling was wrong and I was happy!! I'm out of rolls...need to go back!! read more
Still the OG only in a new location. On a weekday afternoon, the parking availability and wait time were not bad. Shakes are sold at a separate place from the baked goods, so I got to enjoy the ever awesome strawberry shake while waiting in line. The cinnamon rolls are just as fabulous as always, I dug into a warm one as soon as I got back to the car! For 2 large shakes, 2 dozen cinnamon rolls, 10 pecan rolls, and a loaf of mountaineer bread, the bill came out to $84 with tax and gratuity. All in all, an enjoyable visit at the new location, though I probably wouldn't go on a weekend. read more

I was under the impression that the cinnamon rolls flavor would change at the new location, but it did not. Online I also heard that they were smaller but I found them to the same size. The cinnamon rolls were just good as before and a must have to have at least once while they're in season. read more
Went to their new location under new management and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The store itself is nice and we went around 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday. The biggest issue was the line. It was about three hours long and there is zero shade, so you are standing in direct sun the entire time. Definitely bring an umbrella or something if you go during peak hours. There is a milkshake trailer outside which helps while waiting, but it is still a long wait. The food itself was delicious. I tried the cheese bread and the herb rolls and the herb rolls were especially good. The quality is just as good as the old location. That said, I am not sure the food is worth a three hour wait. Hopefully once the hype dies down the lines become more manageable, because if that happens I would definitely come back more often. Overall, nice spot and great rolls & breads, but the wait needs work read more
Late post! Unfortunately this local jewel is temporarily closed, but make sure you check it out once re-opens. Known for having the best cinnamon rolls in Miami they also offer amazing strawb shakes. Can avoid long lines if you visit on off hours/days. They roll fresh batches out on the regular but probably better to get there on earlier side. It has a couple small benches and chairs if you want to enjoy your treats in the area. read more

A little bit of cinnamon, a little bit of bread, and a lot of history. Ask anyone about classic Miami food and the cinnamon rolls at Knaus Berry Farms will always come up in the conversation. And they have good reason to. The rolls are baked fresh everyday and there are plenty of other carb forward options to take a bit out of as well. Cinnamon rolls aren't your thing? Try the herb bread hot and fresh. That is an experience worth driving an hour for. Even the chocolate chip cookies deserve praise, not because they are the best in the word but because they are intentionally made and a consistently delicious treat. The cinnamon rolls aren't the star but if you wanted my honest opinion they are good. But not the best in the world that you need to plan your entire day around them. I do love the charm of going to a farm and snacking on bread next to strawberry fields. But it also does suffer a bit from the great amount of attention it gets. The line is usually always long even at 8 am right when they open. And there are just so many other games and things to eat in the area that it's a shame this is the only place people stop. I do love this place and recommend as a one time thing to see the old barn and try some pastries but it's not going to be a regular habit for me at least. read more
I love me some Knaus Berry Farms. It definitely lives up to the hype, and so worth the drive. Those cinnamon sticky buns are EVERYTHING! I drive all the way to homestead for those. The staff is amazing. I waited in line only to find out they do not take cash. The cashier allowed me to get cash at a local ATM and come back to see him so I didn't have to wait in line again. He was amazing!!! Lesson learned! They have everything from fresh baked breads, pies, cakes, and desserts made daily. It's hard to choose with all the baked goods they offer. The ice cream, shakes, and slushies are also pretty good. Definitely worth the hype! read more

The line was there for a reason. These rolls are addicting. And giant strawberries!!!!! And don't skip the milkshakes and the key lime slushy. Oh man, now I want to go back but alas I live far away. Really good cinnamon rolls and really great, friendly, and efficient service. They have seats around where you can sit and eat vs just a pick up and go. Very fresh fruits and veggies are also sold here. They also have specialty pies and additional sweets that I haven't tried yet but look really good. read more

Had to see what was causing such long lines, I came early morning, I was safe from the long lines. Early bird gets the worm. I got a dozen rolls , they are so delicious!! Melt in your mouth delicious, I also got a strawberry milk shake which tastes good as well. I loved the location, seemed like the middle of no where lol. read more
Got these in for a work event, first time trying the cinnamon rolls and they are pretty darn good! I don't live near Homestead area so timing on when to get these can be strategic. Took some advice from a coworker when coming here. If you come on a weekend, best to just show up before they open and get in line. If you come on a weekday, come after 10am and the line will be shorter and the process will be fairly quick. A dozen cinnamon rolls is $16. They are made on-site, I liked them, not overly sugary, not that gooey, just a good homemade style cinnamon roll. You know how to do it....slowly peel those layers off and enjoy! Be sure to check out their online menu so you know what to get when you arrive, they offer a few other items so that may pique your interest. Shakes, pies and cookies do look tasty, may have to try that another time. Been around for decades, worth checking out! read more

Knaus Berry Farm has been on my bookmarks for over a decade, and I was so excited to stop by earlier this year. Based on other reviews, we were anticipating a long wait, but were happily surprised there were less than 10 people in line on a 8:45am on a Friday in early January. I loved how there was a slight crisp to the top of the cinnamon roll, but the inside was soft and fluffy. The cinnamon and sugar combination was perfect, and it wasn't too sweet or rich. This was perfect with a warm coffee- highly recommended! They offer discounts for purchasing a half dozen or more. -Mango Milkshake (Large/$7.50): The milkshakes were actually a separate line, and you order and pay at the window next to the parking lot. The mango milkshake was smooth, creamy, and had great mango flavor; however, it was a bit too sweet for my preference. Note: It's cash only to purchase anything from this window. They had so many different pastries and breads; I was just bummed that we were heading to the Keys and couldn't purchase too much. I noticed that they now sell their cinnamon rolls through Goldbelly, which is a great option if you don't want to fly into Miami and then drive for an hour! I hope that they add more options to purchase items a la carte/sliced versus trays and loaves. I thought prices were reasonable, but I'm also used to paying an arm and a leg for pastries in the Bay Area. I would definitely come back if in the area, and hope to be able to try more items next time around. There were a few benches to sit on in front of the storefront if you want to enjoy your pastries there. I visit Knaus Berry Farm once a year during their open season. For the past two years, I arrived early and was first in line to avoid long waits. However, this past Saturday, I went at noon and was pleasantly surprised to find that the line was short and moved quickly. The employee who helped us was very kind, and the overall atmosphere of the farm was clean and welcoming. While I usually go for the cinnamon rolls, I also enjoy their bread rolls and milkshakes, all of which are high quality and reasonably priced. Additionally, Knaus Berry Farm offers a fun day activity for those who want to pick strawberries. With great food, fair prices, and a friendly environment, I highly recommend visiting. read more

It depends on how many strawberries you pick. I believe that they charge per pound.

You can stand in line with your dog, lots of people do. There is no 'inside' so a dog could be anywhere there. It's a fruit stand with a cover. That's what the place is. No tables or chairs anywhere, maybe a bench somewhere.
Are the cinnamon rolls vegan? are there any vegan options on the menu?
The cinnamon rolls are not vegan but some of the pies like the blueberry, cherry, and raspberry pies are vegan

Agree with the above. Knaus Berry Farm is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Does anyone know if these are vegan friendly?
They have loads of strawberries and fresh produce, which is certainly vegan friendly. But the good stuff like milkshakes, pie, cinnamon rolls are clearly made with offensive ingredients (milk, butter, egg).
Is it open year-round? On the website it says they are open every November to mid-April, not sure if that's just for the farm. I am visiting in June and would like to try their cinnamon rolls.
They close around mid April and are closed until November. Unfortunately in June you wouldn't be able to try the sticky buns.
