First of all, the service is painfully slow. I live three hours away and the Dunkin around the corner from my house is able to get my three item order out in three minutes. This Dunkin had me waiting 45 minutes for a large caramel craze, a glazed chocolate donut, and a turkey, egg and cheese croissant WITH cream cheese. The lady making my sandwich was unreasonably slow and tried to hand my order off to a lady who clearly stated the food wasn't hers. To add to that, my sandwich didn't even have cream cheese, BUT they did charge me an extra dollar for something they didn't even add. As someone who works in service, this was terrible service and actions need to be taken. read more

Worst service ever! Took 15 minutes in the drive though just to place my order after I place it the attendant doenst even greet me or even look at me in fact had an attitude the entire time as if my business is an inconvenience. Terrible read more

This Dunkin location is open 24hrs, so I have stopped there many times on my drive into work (4:30am) and have always had great coffee and service. At that hour, only the drive thru is open so it's hit or miss if there is a line, but they do a great job of moving things quickly. While I have no complaints about the service or the quality of the food, I do think there's room for improvement in their ordering system. It's a bit dilapidated and Investing in updated technology could enhance the overall customer experience read more

This Dunkin Donuts has the best coffee rolls in Dade County!!! The employees in drive thru have been amazing the last 4 years!!! I came for an iced coffee but was charged higher price than advertised, verbally assaulted with profanities, discriminated against with racial slurs all in front of my 7 years old son! It's unbelievable and I will make sure it will never happen to anyone here again! I have contacted their corporate office, better business bureau, and filed a false advertising complaint with Federal Trade Commission and Florida attorney general. Take a look at this face and do the same if you are a victim of this racist, foul mouthed employee! I have a video of her cursing at me in front of my 7 years son which I sent out together with formal complaints to the state and federal consumer protection agencies. read more

After the aforementioned back-and-forth with Dunkin' customer service, in addition to the account credit for the first order (which was not for the right dollar amount, but close enough), I received a refund to my credit card for the second order. It's unlikely that I will return to this particular store given my repeat bad experiences, but at least I was able to get my money back. read more

Another piss poor experience at this location. In drive thru behind another vehicle (that vehicle got drive thru service by the way), pull up to the order box and they tell me the drive thru is closed....um, not for the guy you just took an order from in front of me! When you go inside, it takes a minimum of 10 minutes just to get your order taken, bad service all around. Best advice would be to tear it down and start over again. Maybe just fire the owner and manager and everyone that works there and find someone who actually knows what customer service is. This place is so bad, it makes me want to go to a Starbucks (yuck!) You better go to this location with a retiree's amount of time, and monk's level of patience. You have been warned. read more

Was craving something sweet, so stopped in for a coffee and donut. I've been very careful during the pandemic, and am just starting to go back out. I walked in to see at least four employees with their phones out, laughing loudly with each other and their masks all under their chins. Now, I have no problem with people having fun at work, especially when there are no customers, but to see all those people breathing all over the donuts, that are not a hot food.... no thanks. I left immediately. read more

Drive through a-holes We drive by and ask for two coffees and one toasted bagel with cream cheese and tomatoes (yes, it is actually good). We're given our total, nothing else said and we move up to the window, we get our coffees and a bag with bagel and drive off. Once on the road we see that there is no tomato, we turn around right away to get our order right and the girl at the window is clueless about our order -of course- and says that the don't have tomatoes. She calls whoever took the order to the window and then it gets ugly. Mind you, no one said anything about no tomatoes when we placed the order. Two girls (one of them took the order) come up to the window and repeat that they don't have tomatoes and we just ask them why no one said anything about it when we placed the order. If they had said something we would have just moved on and not turned around to get "our order right", right? Well no- at that point a guy working in the back walks by laughing at us and says "they have tomatoes at Dunkin Donuts in Japan" then everyone laughs like we are the joke here. I am not a Dunkin Donuts fan to start with and I have always said that if you want customer service done right you go to Starbucks. I couldn't be more right. This man who jokes and laughs at the customers expense is called Abelino- and he along with everyone that laughed with him as jacka**es that deserve to work there, where customer service doesn't matter. Bottom line: we ask for something, just say you don't have it so we don't have to turn around. Now that we turn around please apologize and we all move on. Customers questions are always valid and openly laughing at someone when they're paying for a product or service is just poor 1. Customer Service, 2. Bad Business 3. Bad Person PS: the bagel was not toasted, it was microwaved so it was chewy within a few minutes. read more

Brand new Dunkin Donuts in town! I think Homestead has the highest amount of Dunkin Donuts per capita in America--we are the Canada of Miami-Dade! The place is clean, employees were nice and attentive, coffee was fresh and hot, breakfast sandwich was great. Let's be honest-you know what your getting at a Dunkin Donuts and they would have to try pretty hard to mess it up. Drive through is ready for you lazy people. read more

One of the worst experiences I've had at a Dunkin' Donuts. The one staff that was working there was so rude. Whoever was working the register at 11:00 AM on Wednesday April 7, 2021 needs to be checked! They gave us an attitude because they got OUR order wrong. and when I told her Hi you gave us the wrong type of munchkins she rolled her eyes and went to the back, lord know what she did with them, don't even want to eat them now. Two of them looked bitten too. Talk about free donut Wednesday huh? she "forgot" to give us the donut twice before that even happened. overall wouldn't come to this Dunkin' EVER again. read more

Best Dunkin' location in the area. Knowledge & helpful staff. Excellent location & great parking.

I empathize with the person who said it was disorganized. The cashier was a space case. I had a problem with getting the 2/$5 croissant, bacon, egg, and cheese deal. First, I didn't specifically ask for it because there was no signage in the store or on the door entrance. However, when I came out and saw the sign on the left of the building (not the way I drove in), I went back in to ask for them to fix it. Excuses followed, (1) they don't tell people about the deal; you have to ask for it (2) there was a sign on the door I should have seen (there wasn't - see pic). (3) I had ordered one without bacon so it didn't qualify. This made no sense because it was cheaper for them or they could have put it on the side. It took me starting to explain to the people waiting behind me to get attention to fix it. I will give lots of credit to the manager who was uber nice and fixed the issue (of course, that was after twice through with the cashier and one other employee). Food was good but not worth the hassle. At this point, it is moot to mention the long wait or the cashier told me I had to wait to get my drink with the order. Turned out she was responsible for making the drink regardless of when she ha exit to me. read more

I downloaded this app mainly to read the reviews and all i have to say is that everything is spot on the manager is never there so when i asked to speak to him they say he is never there also he doesnt allow the employees to do anything or give out refunds anymore. I am namely writing this because I saw a really bad review on this yelp. Personally, I've only been to this Dunkin' Donuts once or twice. But both times, I was served well, greeted warmly, and received my food and beverages the way I requested them. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato just yesterday, and the lady walked me through everything. She asked me if I wanted sweetener and such. I also asked her about the term "fancy donuts" on their menu, and she explained it thoroughly. I also ordered 1 Boston Cream (not a fancy donut) & it tasted perfectly fine. It tasted like it had been made that morning. If I had any complaints, no napkins were offered. But the service and the products were so great. I think I can get over napkins. In all honesty, compared to Starbucks, (which isn't THAT great) the macchiato isn't as good in my opinion, but for the cost it's worth the compromise. Around $2 cheaper and more drink, too. Like Arnold, I'll be back. read more

I use to like this place because it's right around the corner from me, but the staff is horrible. They are always under staffed! The other day I had the cashier helping me fighting with his boyfriend or (friend I don't know) which was on my side of the counter, going back and forth with each other and cursing right in front of me like it was completely normal. Super unprofessional. I rather drive the extra 3 minutes and go to Krispy Kreme. Hopefully they get better management soon! read more

Hit the store at about 9:15am on a Tuesday. Didn't expect it to be busy but to my surprise it was. The drive thru was packed too. I chose the lesser of two evils and went on. I saw the displays for the holiday flavors advertised and sadly nothing caught my eye, but the menus were big enough to see from even a bit back where I was in line. The team on shift had a very good system going where after placing your order, if it wasn't too big, you would be out in less than five minutes for sure. I ordered a food item and decided to try the vanilla chai. It was great all around. Some places skimp out on the food items, but this one was very well made. The chai was amazing. With the bit of froth is literally reached the brim of the cup. All in all it was a good breakfast start to my day. Would definitely hit it up again. read more

This place is the worst Dunkin Donuts in history. Lorenzo the manager is unprofessional and rude to his employees and customers. The coffee taste like dirty water (must be because they don't wash properly the coffee container) and the hash browns are always soggy and not thoroughly cooked. Apparently these employees do not have a manager or supervisor because they work as they wish, they only taking drive thru orders and when you go to the drive thru they take a while to answer because guess what? This DD has terrible service on a consistent basis. The young man always greets you at the drive-thru with "you're going to have to give a minute because I'm the only one working" . He says this every time! Then he takes about 5-6 mins to come back to take your order. I usually order a medium latte with two flavor pumps instead of 3 but he ALWAYS gets it wrong. Not sure why I keep going back in the hopes that the service will improve. It's been like this since it opened. read more

They are consistent in messing up orders. Every time I get a coffee, it's not right! Also the drive thru easily takes 15 min

Came to this dunkin they're relatively close but will probably switch to a different one. I came at around 9:00 (an hour before closing time) thru the drive thru, and there was no answer. After about 5 minutes waiting, I pulled up to go inside and find the worker having making coffee and having a lengthy conversation with a gentlemen (had to be her bf) and ignored me for another 2 minutes until I was greeted. When she finally greeted me, I asked for two lattes, ONLY for her to tell me that they just "turned off the water" so there was no way to make coffee which was a complete lie. If that was the case, why did she bother asking me what would I like? And if the water was off and coffee can't be made, how come the gentlemen in the store was having coffee made for him as i was walking in? It seemed obscured that the water was off an hour before closing. Horrible staff and horrible behavior. read more
