They are also very kind and patient with the wave of students that come in every morning and afternoon--as a parent I really appreciate this! The management has always been very sweet to my daughter which I am very grateful for. Now let's get to the donuts: amazing variety and super addicting. They have an onsite bakery where you can literally see them being a made from scratch every morning! I usually get the traditional glazed and the avocado toast of I'm trying to be healthy. The decor of the restaurant is super chic and very clean! It's definitely has the vibe of "come in and hang out with us for a while" I definitely plan on making The Salty a staple!

The brioche is incredibly fluffy, and that thick-cut, salty candied bacon on top creates the perfect sweet-and-savory profile. * Guava & Cheese: A total Miami classic. The whipped cream cheese and guava swirl are so nostalgic but elevated. * Boston Cream: Hands down one of the best I've had. The chocolate ganache is rich, and the filling isn't overly sweet--it's just right. * White Chocolate Tres Leches: If you want something decadent, this is it. It's soaked to perfection and topped with that toasted meringue that looks as good as it tastes. The Vibe:

I was actually in a bit of a rush to get to an event, so I didn't have much time to look around or check out the other flavors, but I'm really glad I grabbed one before leaving. The tres leches donut was so good. It had the perfect level of sweetness and the texture was amazing, soft, light, and really well made. Even though I only had time to try one, it definitely made a great impression. Based on that alone, I'll definitely be coming back when I have more time to explore the other flavors.

I ordered the cinnamon toast iced latte a few weeks back and it was so sweet and strong I had to toss it. I felt brave and decided to return for my favorite donut and as a matcha lover thought I'd try. I was impressed with how dark green it was until I took a sip and felt ghastly ill. I cannot begin to explain what I put into my mouth, no drink or meal I've had has come close to how rotten this tasted. Perhaps they mixed old coffee water to make it or the powder went bad? I was just baffled with how horrible this tasted. I sadly had to spit some out around the corner and felt ill afterwards. Developed a headache from the taste. I don't know what's going on with their drinks but I highly suggest sticking to their donuts.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely concerning…read more We purchased the glazed, Biscoff, Boston Cream, and were given a complimentary Key Lime donut. Every donut was tough, dense, and almost biscuit-like rather than light, fresh, and airy. Even the classic glazed lacked the soft texture you'd expect from a premium donut shop. The Boston Cream was the biggest disappointment. The filling had a sour taste and a curdled texture instead of a smooth, rich pastry cream, and the chocolate topping barely tasted like chocolate. It was unpleasant enough that we couldn't finish it. The complimentary Key Lime donut suffered from the same dense texture and didn't change our overall impression. What concerns me most is that these donuts were also sampled by a local executive chef who had high expectations for The Salty Donut. We both reached the same conclusion. The sour-tasting pastry cream inside the Boston Cream wasn't just disappointing--it raised concerns about quality. I'd honestly recommend Krispy Kreme or even Dunkin' over this experience. Their donuts have consistently been fresher, softer, and more enjoyable than what we were served here. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I cannot recommend The Salty Donut.

It's been a while since I've gone to a restaurant and the service and food quality was so amazing that it literally made me stop in my tracks but here we are! I started with a hot mocha latte. I am a coffee snob and this drink was made to perfection! Absolutely delicious and I didn't want the cup to end! It was the perfect balance of smoothness and warmth and it was sweetened perfectly! For breakfast, I decided to get the mushroom toast and it was amazing! I was skeptical about the ricotta addition but it was spread on the toast like butter, very plentiful and tasty! That along with the other ingredients used made it taste exceptional! Perfect price point too! I was more than satisfied! Last but not least the service by host staff and waiters was top tier. Very attentive and lots of smiles! They genuinely seemed happy to have me and treated me like a guest in their home. I genuinely can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu!
