I have come here two times in the last month or so because I could not get what I needed from the Dunkin' Donuts near my house. First time was because my nearest one was closed (it closes at 10 pm) and the second time they didn't have the donuts I wanted. Sometimes you need some coffee and donuts late at night because your working or reading...thankfully this Dunkin' Donuts is always well stocked with what I need and it's open 24 hours. Completely disgusted. The only plus about this location is they're open 24 hours. I stopped by this location on a Monday morning and I placed my order on the app as I always do as I am a loyalty member. I ordered a large iced coffee with caramel swirl and two extra pumps of liquid cane sugar. I get to the speaker state that I'm picking up a mobile order and I'm told to pull around to the window. Whenever I get to the window, the associate is preparing my order and does not come to the window until she has in her hand a HOT coffee cup and explains that there were no large iced coffee cups available and there's also no liquid cane and would I like my powdered sugar on the side or in the cup. I asked her is the large hot coffee cup comparable in size to the large iced coffee cup and she said she checked and yes, they are close and that is a BIG lie. The large hot coffee cup is 20 ounces while the large iced coffee cup is 32 ounces. She stated that they only have small iced coffee cups available; small iced coffee cups are 16 ounces. Why would she not just give me two small iced coffees to replace the large iced coffee since they are the same size. When because I had already paid for my order, there was nothing that I could do to not drive away with nothing that I paid for so I took the cup and I drove back around to get enter the line, but the line was very slow. I went and ran my errand and came back and when I got to the window, I kindly explained to the associate instead of taking a large hot coffee cup because that it is not comparable in size to what I paid for I would rather take two small iced coffee cups to replace the fact that there are no large cups available. She then says to me that they were not given instructions on how to handle those situations with there not being any large iced coffee cups and she gave me the size cup that was closest in size and that she cannot give me twosmall iced coffee cups because then she will be using more product. I asked her when a manager would be available and she said maybe around 9 AM to 10 AM. I asked her what the manager's name was and she would not give me a name. She said I can speak to anyone that is available. This is highly unacceptable, your staff should know how to handle these situations. It doesn't make any sense that the app rewards you for placing your order in advance, but that could very well cost you whenever the store does not want to make good on the order that they've already received money for. You need to put some type of system in place because locations have been running out of large ice cups for a while now order more cups or remove the option to order large on the app when it's not in stock! read more

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for years, and they never seem to disappoint me. My husband and I moved to Miami and have gone to several Dunkin Donuts, but they all fall short on customer satisfaction. Our drinks are always made wrong. I also work in Downtown Miami and have visited Dunkin locations in the area, along with locations in Brickell and there's always issues with food items not being available or "sold out". I attend school in Doral and have also been to many Dunkin locations in the area and I end up with the same issue, drinks made wrong, lazy service, sold out items, etc... This Dunkin Donuts in Homestead of US 1 rarely has these issues. My husband and I drive from Miami to Homestead on the weekends and it is always a priority to make this a stop. read more

I am always in hope that I will do a positive update review,especially when I have given a negative one prior. Unfortunately this is not the case. I had originally left out the nightmare of trying to use their App for purchases. I wont draw this out, but the entire store was clueless for months. I even complained to the Corporate. They were apologetic and said that they will have the franchise owner call me. It never happened and I stopped going for two months. When I finally returned they had one person who knew how to use the App and I began using it. The service was still slow and the staff seems they were and are confused. Today I waited 30 mins in line at 545 in the morning for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. When I asked for them to put mayo on the sandwich they said they would put a packet in my bag. I said I am driving and would not be able to do it. They said well thats what they do, so I said they can cancel the sandwich. They sounded annoyed and replied well then I guess we have to do it. I'm beyond pissed off with the service I had today 10/24/2020. I placed an online order at 10:27am and showed up at or around 10:40am to get my products and nothing. I kindly showed my receipt and they told me there's nothing they could do because they didn't receive it in their end. I rarely write reviews on chains because I personally feel that people visit them based on their prior experiences regardless of poor reviews; however, this Dunkin Donuts is an embarassment to the brand. I have used this Dunkin over and over again based on convenience, but after repeatedly being ignored by the staff (mostly because they are understaffed and don't have enough man power to work the pick up window and front register), long wait times (literally only person inside the chain and still takes 10 minutes to be acknowledged), and horrible coffee... My family has tried every way of ordering they never get it right, we've tried calling and ordering, we've tried drive thru and inside these young ladies working there expect you to know the names of every donut there. Different people from my family have tried and they never get not one donut right. It's stressful because just today I decided to get my daughter donuts her favorite are glazed chocolate donuts. This was my order I wanted the combo of 13 dollars which is two boxes of 12 each box should have had 4 glazed chocolate, 4 dulce leche, and 4 glazed chocolate with the vanilla inside. If I could rate this Dunkin zero stars I would. This used to be my go to Dunkin but over the last couple of years the things they have served are regret and disappointment. Today my son really wanted to come here I typically tell him no because I dont like to come to this location, he begged me to and since we had gotten some bad news decided "okay well they can't mess up more then they already have" and was I wrong. I've visited this particular Dunkin' Donuts twice now. My first experience was phenomenal but this morning was downright awful. I understand waking up early to work isn't for everybody, but when you have customers that come specifically for a morning pick-me-up, you would think there would be a more respectable prompt at the drive thru that wasn't "Can I help you?" I then repeated my order 4 times (very simple mind you) just for the individual to still respond with an attitude. Once I pulled up to the window, I handed my form of payment to the cashier and received my order which was only half correct. Honestly, been coming here for a while, and I just "tolerate" it really. The alternatives are the other fast food chains or to wait forever somewhere for a tostada and cafe con leche. I will be taking my breakfast to work from now on. The service has declined dramatically, and the drive through line moves terribly slow. The people in the window handle everyone's money and then handle the top of the coffee - handing it to you by the cover, with fingers all over where your going to put your mouth to drink from the cup. Today, I was almost finished with my bagel and I noticed a big hair sticking out of it. HOPING it was my own, I tugged on it but sure enough the whole long thing came out of the inside - buried in the cream cheese. Yuk, I'll never go back.
