The employees there with the exceptions of the very sweet manager were so rude. I got the this Starbucks at the drive through and was literally the only customer in the establishment because it was slow at the moment. Not another soul in front of or behind me. The young girl on the loud speaker was very snappy, trying to rush me out of there before I can even get a word in. And when I went to pay I asked if I could redeem my 100 points for a free bakery item and she told me "but you didn't order it?" And I said "well my I please redeem my 100 points to and order a bakery item" repeating myself. And she told me no because I'm at the window and I have to go around all over again, and speak to HER again but through the speaker. Which is the same exact thing. And I said "but there's nobody else her" long story short they ended up telling me it was "policy" but they lied. Starbucks is always getting me right in the morning and / or mid days. Coffee yes has gone up slightly in price but that nitro cold brew is its own type of addiction. Nitro is definitely my go to coffee. But you can't discount how delicious a white americano is or when in season a pumpkin spiced latte. I wish "professional coffee drinker", was an actual position; I would definitely make that my job! I drink coffee more then I care to admit, and as silly as this sounds, I am grateful for our neighborhood Starbucks. The employees there worked hour after hour during the height of Covid providing that bit of normalcy that made me (and many others) feel comforted. They had great attitudes, were kind and of course, made great coffee! Although it was only the drive-thru open for a few weeks, maybe even months, the employees still sounded chipper at the mic. It was as if nothing could bring this crew of people down! While I am an avid coffee drinker, I never really acquired a taste for the fancy drinks. I did, however, try their Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino once and it was really good, but a bit over the top for my simple tastebuds. My go to's are their hot Americano, cream only, or their Iced Doppio Espresso in a tall cup, add cream. Both are straight forward and always made perfect! Now, the name on the cup.... well that is definitely a hit or miss! My name, Madelyn, has been approached from many angles lol. I giggle when the barista attempts to call out my name....I never correct them. It's the little things in life that some of us find truly important. This is my favorite Starbucks in Homestead. The service is usually good. The drive thru can be a little slow on some days but for the most part there is rarely a line. This place just got renovated and it looks great. They've added outdoor seating with umbrellas and everything which is nice for the south Florida "winters" when you can actually sit outside and enjoy the weather while working. They always get my order correctly and are super patient when ordering those complicated orders. read more

This place is not puppy friendly, I brought my 3 month old dachshund, fully vaccinated and in my arms all the time, and a barista lady made me feel I had brought in a germ bomb; even though I have walked into this same location with my 90 pound husky and never had a situation like this unfold. I will say this store is not on my list of favorite SB. The store is super small and they have a limited supply of electrical outlets. The store has a drive thru and is rather difficult to access. I've been going to this Starbucks for about a year. I loved it when Jose (cool kid with glasses) I really like when I would see him in the drive up. Always smiles, fist bumps etc. Good dude. Oh ya, and the one girl.. I forget her name.. sorry sweetheart, you know who you are! Most of the staff is super friendly. I've never had any issue at this location at all. I think maybe missed whipped cream, but of course it got fixed. When they are busy though, you can't even get in their parking lot. Again, I've had a great experience here. I know what times avoid this location, because it seems EVERYONE packs up in their shop between 3-5 SO... if i'm really feenin' i'll wait it out, if not i'll go laters. Double Star Wednesdays are definitely what's up at this Starbucks. I moved out of Homestead.. now in Miami Beach.. but before I rate and blast Miami Beach Starbucks for messing up my whole order with an attitude..
