There are more Dunkin' donuts than there are Starbucks in Chicago (200 in the city, over 700 across the state of Illinois), so pretty much one within a mile from wherever you are. This one was the closest to my wife's aunt (located with a Shell gas station, but in a separate building with drive-thru), from whom we were borrowing her car during our short Chicagoland trip in June '26. Dunkin' is one of the few vendors that currently use Paze as a payment platform, where there is a special right now (get $10 in credit for spending $10 or more). So used the Dunkin app to order a half dozen donuts (which unlike in California, is still less than $10), added an extra donut to make it over 10, being able to choose the flavors I wanted. The donuts were ready when I stopped in, but this time, their special Fourth of July was not available, so just got another Long John. The donuts were good, perfectly fine for the convenience. read more

My mom had a bought a coffee and was disgusted to find a piece of rat poop at the bottom. It's absolutely disgusting and unprofessional from the workers for not double checking their products. Never again buying from this location or any location a matter of fact. read more

Ordered avo bacon toast, grilled cheese, donuts, apple fritters, iced drinks and a cappuccino. All of it was brilliant, the 2 girls in here done a great job and dont skimp on the avo and bacon which is great read more

Super fast service with a smile. Just what you need to start the morning. Staff is well trained. Beast mode.

I just stopped by to get a coffee and a sandwich and the , I will try to be nice , the ignorant person that was taking the orders was so rude that I decided to leave... I stopped by the window to try to talk to the manager and let the manager know that the person was extremely rude and she was not available.. I usually stop by there every once in a while because is on my way to the office, but I will never stopped by there again. read more

This is my stop every morning on the way to work. I pass a few different Dunkins but will only go to this one. The drive thru line can be long at times-as in winding out into the street-but they are fast and always so very friendly. It's been over a year of visits and I have yet to have a bad encounter here. I've gone inside a few times and receive the same great service and the place is spotless even on a messy winter day. Not to mention that their prices are a bit cheaper than other locations and the donuts are a LOT fresher! read more

I've been to this location multiple times. I can't speak highly enough. Ordering through the drive-thru is fantastic. They speak clearly and nail the order each time. I never have to repeat myself. When I get to the window they are always very nice, very quick, and NEVER give off the impression that they dislike their job. The staff are great and whoever is manging them is doing a good job. If I didn't know any better, everyone there acts as if they are paritial owners and take the delivery of good service personally. I will go out of my way even though the Berkeley Dunkin is 2 minutes from my house. read more

this location is the worst- the floors were soaked from the rain and I slipped on the entry mat and scrapped my knee. When I informed the cashier about my fall and the drenched mat, she showed no sympathy or made any comment, just asked for my order. I was wearing a dress and am pregnant-the fall could have hurt my unborn child. read more

I LOVE this DD! Every time I come here in the morning, the woman taking orders through the drive-through is so nice. She makes it a point to be clear, prompt and always says "you're welcome" after I say "thank you" at the end of my order. It's the little things! Also, it seems to be pretty consistent because there is a young man who was just as courteous recently! read more

How the heck are you going to offer a big and toasty with NO toast.

The service reps here fast and efficient and very very very friendly. I even downloaded the app for DR because of them. I like my coffee very sweet, like Hot Kool - Aid, and they make it perfection. I also like the chocolate frosted cake donut, and theirs are of much lestablishmebarger proportions than others establishments I frequent. read more

This location is so very poorly managed. Save yourself an unpleasant experience and go somewhere else. The staff is extremely rude. While getting my order in the drive thru this morning. The employee mumbled what I thought was my order, after realizing It wasn't I apologized and said "I'm sorry this is not what I ordered. Here came a very hostile what I'm assuming store manager or leader in red. Cursing and yelling at me for hearing her employee wrong and them having to refund and rerun my card for the correct order. This lady was completely hostile, rude, and berating. she even refused to hand me my food after paying for it. From reading other reviews this seems to be a common thing for them. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Management if your reading this listen to your customers and clean house. These people are representing your business and bringing it down. We go where we feel welcomed and respected. read more

Yesterday I placed a phone order for a large order for a work function. This morning in the pouring rain, I drove through the drive thru and even though it was a large order, the service was fast. They needed to fill another box of Joe for my order, so I pulled around and an employee quickly brought it to me with a smile despite the rain. Upon arriving at our conference location, I noticed that the cream cheese for the bagels wasn't in the bag. I called, and the person I spoke with offered to bring them to me. Less than 10 minutes later in the pouring rain, an employee brought me a bag with the cream cheese as well as a complimentary half dozen donuts and a box of Munchkins. What fantastic service!! read more

VERY quick. First time here the line in the drive thru window was to the street and I still got through the line in less than 2min. Went back a second time and it was just as fast and the staff is very friendly read more

If all Dunkin' Donuts were as clean, friendly, and courteous as this place Dunkin' would blow their competition away... The coffee is always fresh and so are the donuts. Their sandwiches are very good (which is rare for DD). The service is definitely superior to other Dunkin's I been too. The service is fast and the people are friendly, I've been multiple times and everyone I've dealt with seems to really enjoy working there and it shows... read more

I am pained to give this store 1 star. Worst. Service. Ever. Gets my drink wrong every time and staff acts like I'm bothering them. Done with this location. read more

Easy access drive through. Service was quick and our orders were correct. Forgot something at the store and management held onto our item until we were able to come back. This location had run out of select Doughnuts a few times, but nonetheless this will be a regular coffee stop. read more

Good service most of the time unless you get the wrong one at the wrong time and I got that one twice in one week... and didn't know until I got to work... how hard is it to make coffee read more

If your credit card machine is not working don't give make it seem like it's the customers fault,Your attitude unnecessary.

Horrible customer service in the drive through. I had asked for 2 coffees and when I get to the window I get one and I nicely said to the lady I had asked for 2 and she gets hysterically with me saying to me and to her coworkers I had asked for only 1! She never apologize and she kept shouting how I only order 1 coffee . This was my closes Dunkin' Donuts but I am not going there anymore! read more

Probably one of my favorite Dunkins in the area. They make my coffee correctly each time and are always so up beat and nice. The manager even fixed my iced coffee from another location FOR FREE then when I spilt it on my way to my car she made me a totally new one FOR FREE as well. Love this dunkin and the morning crew! Keep it up! read more

I live very close to this location. I spend an average of $75 a month on coffee and food. I do field sales so get to go to many locations. This has to be the worst customer service ever, and orders are always wrong. My wife was yelled at by an employee, I will never go to this location again. I will make sure that I let any of my neighbors or friends that live near by to go to another location. We live near 3 other locations. Mannheim & 290, St. Charles Rd & Taft, Mannheim and Butterfield, way better locations. read more
