Dude as much as I genuinely HATE posting bad reviews, there's been too many times I go there and something is messed up. One time no one answered to take my order, the next time we asked for bagels, they weren't toasted. Didn't know I should clarify that??? This morning I went there my iced coffee was kinda sour -- y'all are the closest to my job that's why I continued to come but after todays coffee, I don't think I'll be back. I like DD - the coffee, the donuts, the sandwiches - what I have an issue with is Customer Service. This location lacks any type of decent Customer Service. I've had several trips ruined when I was running through the Drive-Thru where something was out of stock, or there was an issue with the item prepared incorrectly, or burnt entirely. I can forgive if the situation is handled correctly, but when the Manager sends you an email from his personal account and is totally rude about it, that's the last time I will visit this location. The location in Hammond on Kennedy Avenue is the BEST in my opinion with service, quality, and speed. Not to mention they are more efficient and even do their best to recognize their Customers. I gave this location three chances to make up for the mistakes but they are still left unsolved. I even complained to the corporate office, who only refers you back to the franchise location. So I get nowhere. Don't visit this location if you are looking for a good experience. read more

The absolute worst establishment I've been in. Not only were the employees totally incompetent and seemed like they didn't know how to do any parts of their job, nothing was frozen and they still made us pay for it. We ordered ice cream from the Baskin robbins side and the labels were all wrong. They only had small kids cups so the girl literally put an adult double scoop into a kids cup. It overflowed and made a huge mess and she just handed it to me as is. Then they only had sample spoons to eat it with. The ice cream was melted and got everywhere. read more

Poorly managed and extreme lack of efficiency...and respect. Sat in a line of 8 cars for over 30 min. I only stayed bc I ordered OnTheGo. Rude guy on intercom. Then appears to be same rude guy, quite disheveled looking with his Apple earbuds in who messed up my order. Then wanted to know what I had. Then said I should've told him what I had from the beginning...which is just OnTheGo for Mark at several other DDs. Ridiculous attitude. Then I'm given what was once a hit sandwich in a bag with no napkin. I open the sandwich and it's cold and soggy. 45 min later I have a pile of garbage that a bird would walk away from. I have no idea how this place is still in business... If I could give zero stars I would. I stood there for at least five minutes without any acknowledgment from anyone that was walking by the register. Then They're out of everything and don't tell you until after you pay, and when I requested a refund they had no idea how to process a refund and had to call somebody to figure out how to do it. Today I bought my last cup of coffee from Dunkin. In beginning of the year an extra large coffee cost me $3. I used to stop at least once a day sometimes twice. Since then they have had 4 price increases. And with every price increase my consumption has dropped. Today I stopped (the first time in weeks) and my extra large coffee was $3.52!!! So from the beginning of the year 1/1/21 to today 12/7/21 an extra large coffeee went from $3.00 to $3.52 a cup. And with that price increase they just lost a loyal customer. The cook that you have working there is a rude disgusting individual. Today was my second encounter with him and he stared my children and myself down as he walked out a order. The first encounter was a few months ago. He brought my order to my car, I watched him take hashbrowns out of my bag and eat them. I rolled my window down as he was stuffing napkins in the bag with his bare hand. There was words exchanged. He was rude as ignorant. I requested a refund the manager acted as if she didn't care. Awful service. They seem to constantly be in a hurry to get me out of the drive thru, which would be fine if they actually listened to my order. I cannot even tell you how often I have said "NO SUGAR. PLEASE. CREAM ONLY." and then got my drink... filled with several heaping spoonfuls of sugar. Worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. I have complained to the owner before that the staff is untrained and can't make a good cup of coffee to save their lives. Ok, so they are better costumer service than the one on Indianapolis Blvd...... HOWEVER, what hours are they open are closed are up to who works that day. I went the other day in the morning and they decided to open 20 minutes late.... ok fine maybe a legit reason. But I go through the drive thru and it is 8:52pm.... I knew they closed at 9. But an iced coffee is all I wanted and she says "Sorry just closed" WHEN 8:51????? If you are open until 9, then that means you close at 9! I don't typically complain about food service employees because I've worked in food service. They were very rude while taking my order in the drive thru, when my friend and I received our coffee they also managed to give me plain coffee instead of mocha peppermint, what I paid for. At least if they are going to act like they know everything they should try to get the order correct. read more

Everytime I come to this Dunkin they mess up my coffee and are extremely rude. They never greet you in the drive through and always seem to have a bad attitude. I used to have a pleasant experience here when one certain employee worked, but I do not think he works there anymore. Okkkkk.....first of all, I am a MALE, a man. This is a small D. Donuts place. Their sign outside is always empty and you can't tell if the place is opened or not. The place looks shady. Their windows are also covered up with posters and ads and you can barley see if there are people inside. Anyway, being that's it's a freezing cold day, I decided to get a large extra coffee, and I went to this place because it is closer to where I live. I went around 1pm and saw that there were cars on the drive-thru. The cars were moving a bit fast, and I gave my order to the intercom. I pulled my car to the window. There is a young guy who collected my money, handed my receipt, and gave me my order: extra large coffee and a Boston cream donut. When I was driving forward, the guys says, "Have a good day, ma'am". I am driving, thinking, "wait a sec - did he say ma'am, or man"? Then I hear someone from the window whistling. I had worn a hat and a coat and sweater, plus gloves, because it's winter, and the temperature was -10 degrees. So What i worn shouldn't have cause anyone confusion if I was a man or woman. And I don't have long hair. Plus the whistling afterwards seemed not professional. I had some gut feeling before telling me not to go to this D. Donuts place. Well as of today, I will not return.
