This is the worst location I have ever been to! Literally the past 2 times I have been there it has taken 20 minutes to get two coffees and there was literally one person ahead of me when I walked in. The employees are sweet but totally incompetent. I could probably sit down at a restaurant, order my coffee and drink it in the time it takes to get coffee from here. Never again read more

The drive thru is extremely slow! I have received the wrong order on two occasions. They certainly need to work the kinks out!

Quite possibly the most poorly managed and run Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The staff is slow and acts "slammed" if there are two cars in the drive thru and one person standing inside. Plan to wait at least 5 minutes for them to fill your order, even if all you order is a black coffee. And if there's something wrong with your order and you want it fixed, expect to get yelled at. read more

If I could have given them zero stars, I would. On a recent visit, my parents (from out of state where Dunkin Donuts do not exist), were excited to visit and get some coffee and donuts. My mother and I entered to order a coffee and use the bathroom. Initially, we were ignored. Completely and totally ignored. When my mother and I cleared our throats, still nothing. We had to literally ask these two women, both in front of us chatting with their backs turned to us, if they were still open and wanted to sell us coffee or not. Rudely, a large black girl spun around, hands on hips, and asked us what we wanted. We asked if we could order a coffee and then my mother asked them what kind of filling was in a specific doughnut. She signed and replied that she didn't know, but that people behind her were waiting. (I explained that we had been waiting as well and that if they had not been chatting, we would have been done by now.) She slammed the register and interrupted my mother to ask if there was "gonna be anything else". My mother never got to order her freaking doughnut. Not only were they unable to handle a simple order of a medium coffee with 1 cream (not that hard, DD!!), they were amazingly RUDE when we asked for the key for the lavatory. This particular place locks the doors to the bathrooms and will only give the key to customers. They wouldn't give us the key (attached to a clipboard with a zip tie, mind you--very unprofessional!) until my mother paid. Fine. Except that they had a problem with the register and it wouldn't open, so we stood there for a good few minutes, waiting for the key AND for them to be able to accept the payment for the coffee. When they handed me the key, they yelled behind me to make sure I locked the door so that it would "stay clean". Can you imagine how embarrassing that was in a decently full Dunkin Donuts?!? To imply that I would be some disgusting slob and make a mess of a bathroom?!? I realize the hiring standards of DD aren't exactly the highest in the country, but THAT?? Clearly Ms. All That's mommy didn't teach her much in the way of manners, either! As for this "lock the bathroom and it will stay clean" policy? Clearly, it didn't work. When I entered the bathroom, there were several urine in puddles on the floor. Not accidental "potty training my son" drips: full blown puddles of urine, half-dried on the floor and the entire seat was covered with urine droplets. Honestly, I have no idea how a woman can get urine on the wall, but it clearly had dripped down from a decently high height and pooled in the corner in addition to being across the floor. It was a urine land mine field. The whole room reeked of urine and feces. Upon inspection of the sink, there was a combination of fecal matter and blood smeared in the sink and on the mirror. This bathroom could, in reality, have been considered a biohazard situation. I have a serious mind to call the Hellertown Health Bureau to inform them of this situation. Upon leaving the bathroom (having not used it, obviously, since I don't want AIDS or any other blood borne pathogen), I asked my mother if she needed to use the room. She was nearly in tears, saying that while I was in the bathroom, the same angry counter girl, and another person, were being "bathroom nazis" and telling her that she wasn't allowed to use the restroom! AFTER paying for a coffee they got wrong to begin with!! The same angry black girl who couldn't take an order properly and an equally angry coworker interrupted my mother's conversation to me that she was "lying" (!!) and that they keep the bathrooms locked to keep them clean. I handed them back their key, explaining the bathroom situation and how filthy it was and how completely appalled I was at their treatment of me and my mother. I was YELLED at that I was lying!! I threw their key back on the counter and told them to go f*ck themselves, because I was done with them. They're disgusting parasites on an otherwise decent town. As I was leaving, another employee yelled at me that I should have "seen it two months ago and that's why [we] started locking it!" How bad was it two months ago? I would honestly never suggest even using the drive through here, either--since I watched someone in the back dealing with doughnuts without gloves on. Given the state of their bathrooms and the fact that they are indignant when you dare suggest you have a clean experience at their facility--I wouldn't chance it. read more

Hello! My name is John and I just want to say thank you to all the employees at the DD in Hellertown,PA! They are the best. Particularly Ruby! I love the Oreo cookie creme filled donuts. They hadn't made them one day. Ruby said, give me a minute! She made two donuts just for me!!! Made my day! It is good to know that nice people still exist in the world! Man where do I start?! I have been going there constantly for years seeing as how it is the closest place to my job so at this point, anything else is out of the way. Every single time I go there, I basically order thee same thing and somehow my order either gets messed up or I have to wait an obscene amount of time for an iced coffee and a bagel withh cream cheese. I hate this place and rarely say the word hate. The staff is unproffesional as well as very rude to the point that instead of saying "good morning how may I help you" they stare at you as if they are reading your mindor they say "what do you need". Umm. . maybe proper customer service. The first few times I chalked it up to maybe they are having a bad day like anyone else in the world but, it kept reoccuring. They simply do not care about their job by any means! Who would want to wait darn near a half an hour for a toasted bagel and coffee. The bagels are never truly toasted, it has always been chewy and the cream cheese is plopped on their as if they threw it from across the room. The hash browns are either iced cold or burnt, no happy median. The coffee often tastes bitter or ends up being the wrong one. When you walk in they all look like they are still in training not knowing where anything is or who ordered what standing with a blank stare as if they want you to do their job for you. Bottem of the line is. You guys kinda suck. Step up your game! I get it, the job sucks, but own that shitty job! Do anything with a bit more pride and you wont have crappy reviews such as this. Very poor customer service. We asked for two black coffees. One hazelnut, and one French Vanilla with two sugars. When the woman repeated the order she had somehow included cream with our black coffee's. We repeated back that they were both black, with no cream, however, the French Vanilla was with 2 sugar. When we reached the window, we had received two iced coffees that were a light brown/beige color. We told the woman that these were supposed to be black, and she said they were. I then told her that I get black Dunkin coffee all the time, and this was not black coffee... dairy makes me sick. She then started to give us attitude, and angrily took the coffee back. She corrected one of the coffees and slammed the window. I have heard nothing but complaints about this Dunkin Donuts. They always get the orders wrong or are giving people poor service. I work in the restaurant industry... I know that it's difficult, and I know it is difficult when you have to deal with rude customers all day long. However, we were not rude when we asked for our corrected orders. There was absolutely no reason to act as this woman did. I'm not sure if it is poor training at this location, or what, but something needs to be done about it. This isn't the first time I have come here and left with an incorrect order. read more
