I am an avid Starbucks customer. I go to Starbucks almost every day. This is by far the worst one I've gone to. I stopped by to get a refresher with water. It was made with lemonade which is entirely too sweet for me so I asked for it to be remade with water, even saying "sorry" because it's the polite thing to do even though I wasn't the one that messed up. The employee took the drink from me, didn't say a word, dumped the drink in the sink & proceeded to make a new one. When I got the new drink, it tasted like lemonade and water. It seems as though they reused the same cup and added an excessive amount of water. I don't ever complain about food or anything because I know how hard people in the food industry work, however, reusing the same cup for a new order is a food safety issue that needs to be corrected. read more

Starbucks are fairly standard so the best way to judge is service and comfort. Service is consistently friendly and quick which is somewhat new for me at this Starbucks. In the past they were more social with each other and unprofessional. Not anymore. It's a roomy Starbucks with plenty of seats. It's rare that I've seen no seats available. A great spacious Starbucks with moderate crowd. The staff is super friendly here. It also has a bunch of tables -- comfortable chairs to work from. I came in to work from here for the day and I was glad to find a nice corner space with outlet and fast enough internet for video calls. The only thing that bothered me here are the flies. First time Ever in My Life at a Starbucks! I went thru the drive thru because I thought it would be fast. I waited in line a good solid 10mins and nobody was in front of me. Then they had chocolatey chip Frappuccino on their menu board, I ordered that. Then was told they don't offer it at this location. So then why have it on the menu. They told me about a cookie crumble one, I tried that. Man was that horrible. I wasted almost 6$ on it, went over to wawa got a mint chocolate chip over at wawa and threw the Starbucks one out. As a sales person in Lehigh valley, I'm always trying to find places to post up and do work for a few hours at a time. That being said, this review is based on several experiences at this location. I always find myself coming here because I like the fact that there are several tables with many wall outlets if I need to plug in. Unfortunately if there's more than about 5 people in the store using wifi, it always becomes so slow that I inevitably just need to switch over to a hot spot on my phone. (Again, this has happened on several occasions). I find the staff at this location to be much less professional that other locations, and based on reading other reviews, I am not alone. On my most recent visit, the manager and her 2 employees were talking overly loudly about a dissatisfied customer, the manager being the one telling the story, and the staff laughing about "how crazy this lady was and how we're so happy she won't be back". A little unprofessional considering there were at least 3 of us in the store sitting and working without and headphones. In the past when I've been here I've noticed that staff speaking very loudly, but honestly this just took the cake. I will probably not pick this spot to come back to. read more

I was in town for the holidays and was desperately looking for a place to get work done while I was home. This was one of the few Starbucks in the valley. A mediocre Starbucks at best. The good: quick friendly service. Got the order right. The bad: the way the place is set up, a big rectangle, meant each time someone came in, a big blast of 20 degree air swept through the place. Young immature staff. At the Starbucks where I live, in Atlanta, the staff tends to be older. These were loud obnoxious college kids. The ugly: at one point they were doing racist "impersonations" of Latinos to amuse themselves. read more

I am an avid Starbucks fan. And I come quite often for my daily dose of caffeine. Today, for the second time at this location, I was greeted with disdain and condescending customer service. Ok for starters I get that Starbucks has expanded to every reach of the globe but customer service is not something they are usually lacking in. But I am simply because every time I have come to this location since I moved to Bethlehem a month ago (and it is more often than I'd like to admit!) there has never been an employee who hasn't been extremely nice and courteous here. Michele was incredibly rude. I pulled up to the drive thru and she asked me to hold on for a moment after greeting me (which I had no problem with). After that I sat at the intercom for nearly ten minutes and at that point I was irritated. I then said "excuse me, how much longer do I have to wait?" (Politely, I may add). She then responded saying that it didn't register that my car was there even though she asked me to wait there for nearly ten minutes while a line of cars built up behind me. When my order was taken Michele was very rude at the window. I asked for a straw with my drink and she didn't respond to me, but she grabbed the straw and kept taking orders on the iPad and holding on to the straw so I had to sit at the drive thru even longer waiting for her to finish. I said thank you when she handed me the straw and she said nothing. After I pulled out and was nearly late to class, I realized my drink was made wrong and tasted gross. I've received poor service from this location on multiple occasions. The staff are rude, apathetic and pay no attention to customers. I've stood in line for 5+ minutes (several times now) waiting to order without even eye contact made by the staff, meanwhile the drinks girl was busy flirting with somebody loitering at the counter and the rest of the staff seemed occupied with prep work. Went today for a Frap. 3 were working. I think they either had got swamped or just finishing the hit. I was there around 5. Place was cleaned and well kept. Took longer for my drink to be made. The 3 that were working were loud. So much that a mistake that was made in drive thru. They expected the driver to come in to get their drink that they fixed right. Yeah at least the person didn't get charged for their mistake. McDonald's at least goes outside for drive thru customers but Starbucks. Not cool. Won't go back to this Starbucks again. I stop here every morning before work through the drive-thru and am always amazed at how efficient they are! Even when the line is long, I am on my way in about 5-7 minutes. I order the same thing everyday (iced coffee) and the staff is so friendly and always asks me how I am doing. Sometimes I bring my dog and they love him!
