This Aldi is one of my favorites because it's clean and well stocked. The Aldi Finds aisle was packed with interesting and unique sundries. They were running a special on Christmas prime rib roasts. read more

Very clean store. It even smelled clean. It's not as busy as the other one in the area. Service was helpful. Quality is good. I haven't been to too many Aldis in the US, but this is the cleanest and most organized one I've been to. read more

While this Aldi is a bit of a hike for me, of the two locations that are closer, one doesn't participate in online pickup likely because the store is in a strip mall with limited parking and the other location is horrific with their selection. IME, with the Whitehall store it's almost guaranteed that 1/4 to 1/3 of the order will be refunded as being not available or substituted which I hate since the substitutions are usually higher priced and poorly chosen compared to what was ordered and listed as in stock. While I have never set foot inside this location, I have done online pickup three times and it checks all the boxes for me: 1. So far, no substitutions which is great because compared to Giant and Food Lion, Aldi is light years behind other chains in being able to tell you what is actually in stock versus what's well...actually in stock at the store which stinks considering how little selection you comparatively have with Aldi to begin with. 2. Orders are usually ready early. I.E., if the pickup window is 10am-11am, the text usually comes 30-60 minutes prior, that the order is ready for pickup. 3. IME, hardly anyone does online pickup so as soon as I send the confirming text that I'm in one of the pickup spaces, a staff member is out within a minute or two with the order. As I said in a different Aldi review, for me Aldi is only going to ever be so good because with them it's impossible to shop for everything you need since their selection for certain items is limited or non-existent and for others they are consistently more expensive. But, for certain things like chips, juice, milk, eggs, breads, etc. - unless another store is running some beefy sale that week, it's good enough for me to get certain things and as long as the substitutions are nil or minimal here, I'll keep coming back. read more

I love this Aldi. The selections are always great. The shelves are always stocked, the store is really clean. I actually prefer this store to the one I usually go to in NJ and drive here instead. Was standing in line and I was the next in person in line. I was standing back to give the gentleman in front of me space. Then the cashier decides to tell us that she is close no after the guy in front of us. When I only had a few items in my hands she tells me to go to the other line (where it was already backed up) then rudely said that she told me before I put my stuff down. In all my years of retail I have never heard it to be okay to make someone stand in a line then not take them and to send them to another cashier who has a line. This is very unacceptable. read more
