Members will recive a wide variety of food harvested at its peak of ripeness, flavor, vitamins and mineral content. We are planting more than 30 vegetables, such as salad green; eggplant; peas; including pod, snap, and snow; tomatores of various varieties; sweet corn; peppers; broccoli; cucumbers; zucchini, along with fresh herbs, etc. A share will consist of enough for a family of four or a couple on a vegetarian diet. You don't have to participate in the program though to purchase their produce. They have a farm stand there with extras which is done by the honor system. Takes you back to simpler times. read more
