Twice I have ordered coffee from this location. Large black coffee, 3 skim milks and 3 splendas. Both times no Splenda. The first Time I noticed that they didn't even get it on the order but the second time it was printed on the label that's attached to the cup and nobody decided to put the Splenda in. So they obviously don't pay attention to detail. I will give them one more try to get it right. But at this point my recommendation is to maybe skip these guys. Or if you do go have a drink of your coffee before you pull away from the drive up. read more

This is the worst DD I've ever visited. The place is dirty and disgusting. And the restroom was just nasty. I had to take my young daughter into the men's room which obviously hadn't been touched by the staff in any reasonable amount of time. You're welcome for helping clean it up. After loving this Dunkin, I just don't know what happened. The last 3 times I've come here, my order has been horribly wrong or they made my drinks and they tasted awful. Also the attitudes of the newer employees kills me. I used to go out of my way to get to this Dunkin, but that's not happening anymore. Just this past weekend we stopped on our way around town. Ordered 2 of the exact same drinks and when they were handed to me i figured they had just run out of medium cups. The coffee was supposed to be iced coffee, it was not. It was hot coffee that they had thrown ice into. Which I'm not entirely against doing. The issue was the coffee tasted more like watered down coffee and it wasn't even cold. More so, we asked for cream and there was either so little of the cream or it was skim milk. We ended up throwing away both of our coffees after this trip. This Dunkin and the dunkin on Jonestown Road are the WORST Dunkin' Donuts. My order is never right and my coffee is always sugar and cream and some coffee. My bagel is never toasted just lukewarm, so I ask them to double toast it while ordering and STILL it isn't toasted. To spend $13 on two coffees we can't drink because they are too sweet and two sandwiches that were cold is very upsetting. Do not waste your time coming here. I don't write reviews, but I was compelled to by the disappointment. This was my worst experience of Dunkin donuts in my life. Came yesterday and at 7 AM they had no bagels, not that they were sold out they had not been cooked yet. Gave it another try today at 10 AM and they had plain or cinnamon raisin. The entire order was trash. The cinnamon raisin was rock hard and the plain bagels were not even bagels at all. It was like someone squished them into tiny rolls. The toasted sour dough was not toasted at all and everything had a burnt taste to it like the warmer or a toaster was dirty or burning something by the food and the burnt taste and smell was all over the food. To top it off after receiving a bag of just trash food they didn't even remember the coffee. Stay far away or just go to any other place because it was just disgusting food. I have had good Dunkin' Donuts and okay Dunkin' Donuts, this place was neither it was just horrible. Frustrated, I went inside to see exactly one employee with his hair on fire, trying to fill all these orders by himself. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts on earth. I have visited this shop maybe three times over the years and never have I ever had efficient quality service without attitude. I went to the drive through to purchase a gift certificate for a friend. After waiting over five min for someone to come over the microphone I drove up to the window. When the two women that worked there, both wearing headsets opened the window, I calmly said "I waited but no one answered..." before I could finish my statement one of the women said "I had to get something in the freezer" while chicken necking and with a ton of attitude. My response was "know what never mind. Good luck with your customer service". This is the store on Union Deposit. I ordered a coffee at the drive thru and left. When I took a sip I realized they gave me the wrong type of coffee. I returned back to the drive thru. I explained that I wanted to exchange my coffee because it was not what I ordered. The young lady asked if I had a receipt. I told her no but I was holding the cup. She said when did you purchase the coffee. I said about a hour ago. I explained who the person was that helped me. She said no i cant exchange it and slammed the window and locked it and walked away. I beeped the horn trying to get her attention. I had pulled up the purchase on my phone. You could see where they had taken the money from my account. She refused to come back to the window. As I pulled off I could see her sitting in the lounge area of the store on her phone. i beeped the horn. She refused to turn around. I was thinking is the store closed because the sign says they close at 6pm but it is 5;35 pm. This young lady is bad for your business. i took her picture hopefully the manager or store owner will have a talk with her. I agree this is the best DD in the area. I live two doors down from another DD but leave the house extra early just to take the trip to this one on UD. What's not to like? Yes, the prices did go up as of January 1st , but so did everything else in life. The quality is unmatched, the food I always fresh, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus when I hit up the drive thru my coffee tastes perfect every time, and the even give my dog a munchkin. Now I see why Dunkins isn't big outside of New England. Once you leave MA, NH, and RI, people seem to lose all sense of how to make drinks and breakfast sandwiches. The quality is shockingly poor. Stopped by on our way to Hersheypark one morning for a quick takeout order, and the woman making out drinks couldn't figure out what everything needed. Whipped cream on an iced latte? And why are you questioning the fact that my 15 year old son is getting an iced coffee? That is none of your business. And they don't carry iced tea...weird. First issue was there were hand written signs saying they were under staffed and only drive thru was open. There was definitely someone laying down in the seating area and another just hanging out on their phone. They also really struggled when taking an order and the donut selection was scarce. This is perhaps the worst DD I have been to. I took my son there this morning for a donut and drinks. I ordered a wake-up wrap which took 15 minutes to come out, and I think they had forgotten about my order. The person preparing the breakfast sandwiches/food items was cursing pretty loudly for all to hear, with my son and 1-2 other younger children there. Chairs were still stacked on tables at 9:00 AM. My wife and I stopped in at 3:30p today for two cold brews on our way to Hershey. We waited for almost 10 minutes and saw no signs of life behind the counter. My wife then ordered her cold brew usong the app to set off the alarm just in case someone was in a cooler or something. The alarm went off for another few minutes before Bridget came in the front door, clearly off the clock to help us. She did a great job stepping in when it clearly was not her time to do so. Another young man came up after our orders were made and claimed he had "just stepped into the back" for a second but that was an outright lie and we made them both aware of it. Experiences like this are why people go to Starbucks and pay for over-priced coffee. Do better. read more

How the hell can you mess up boston cream doughnuts, but they managed to do it. I have not had doughnuts from dunkin in awhile so id thought because I generally pick them up from the grocery store GIANT. I guess I'm spoiled by GAINT of all places. The giant doughnuts are soft and pillowie with and inside of ample pudding and slightly frosted with chocolate topping. I thought dunkin doughnut would be way better because all they make are doughnuts. the dough part was hard it was like a hard cake and the cake portion was slightly sweeten but not enough to get by the over powered oil taste. On the inside not enough filling they put one teaspoon of filling in them pushed to one side of the dough nut. THANK GOD I only bought a half dozen. the threw them in the trash. They must be doing all they can to cut corners but the result is a bad tasting product. I would included a picture but my plan has only talk and text. read more

This place is so ghetto. Went to pick up some drinks and was told system was down to return in 15 mins. Waited 30 minutes returned and staff was rude and obnoxious. One light skinned young lady walked bye and flipped me the middle finger. I buy from Dunkin 3 times a day and about 30 dollars a clip. This is unacceptable. I would recommend replacing the entire staff and starting over or closing the store amid bad reputations to the neighborhood and company. read more

I don't think this Dunkin' location has gotten my order right in the last 2-3 years. This location used to be great, very friendly employees and never had issues with my order. I don't know what happened, maybe a change in management or ownership? They consistently screw up orders, the employees are either standoffish or not even paying attention to you while they're carrying on side conversations. When they mess my order up and I'm able to catch it before driving away, there's no apology or attempt to utilize any type of customer service skills. I've been to this Dunkin' Donuts about half a dozen times since it opened, and it's always an ordeal. The service is incredibly slow, so you usually have to wait in a long line just to have them screw up your order. I went there this morning and ordered a coffee, a coffecake muffin, a chocolate donut, 25 munchkins and a strawberry coolata. The guy at the register brought me the coffee, a blueberry muffin and the munchkins, then said they didn't have strawberry coolatas, just blue raspberry. Despite the menu board saying they have strawberry. So I said forget the coolata, I don't want one, and remind him that he didn't give me the chocolate donut. He disappears for a while then comes back and asks if I want whipped cream on the raspberry coolata. The kicker was when I heard the girl in the back who was making the hot food yell "Everybody stop taking orders until I get caught up!" I honestly don't understand how this place is still in business. The service is constantly the worst of any fast food place I've ever been in. Everyone, including the management, should be fired. Preferably out of a cannon towards the sun. Plus they frequently have people at the door badgering customers on the way in and out about buying Girl Scout cookies. This is one of the slowest-moving DD locations I've ever been to. There is only ever one person behind the counter, no matter how many people are in line. And sometimes they have to help prepare the orders, such as gathering donuts or preparing coffee drinks. Just recently I came in and was faced with a long line but I figured it would go pretty quickly as places like this usually do. I ended up waiting half an hour, but figured I'd stick it out because I needed food and I was already there. There were only about 6-7 people in front of me...I'm sorry but that shouldn't take half an hour. I got up to the front only to be told that they're not making any hot food. The cashier didn't even apologize for having me wait all that time only to not be able to order my sandwich. They should have announced that more prominently to guests so those of us who were waiting on a breakfast sandwich could leave and go somewhere else instead. From now on, I'll be going to Starbucks instead. Okay, so it's a little more expensive, but they're never short-staffed or rude or too slow. They know how to handle a crowd at Starbucks. They don't know how at this DD. That said, I've never noticed any problems with the place being dirty as others have mentioned. read more
