I went to this location this morning when the register gave change some flew out this window the managers said were a penny short and just looked at me i said "I want my penny" i know sounds like Karen but we put our change in a jar for the grandkids.. I stated there is always a problem here she told me "I doubt that" well over the past 2 weeks the front register wasn't working she messed with it and went to hep and employee with a box and did other thigs and I said I'm sorry I need to get to work she did give me my doughnut but she also could have used the other register instead of making me wait and also 3 weeks ago I was in the drive through the person ahead of me still hadn't ordered I asked her is they acknowledged her she said no so i went inside well the person in there was alone he coworker get off and the next person hadn't came in. Go there to order an iced coffee with the cookie butter. I usually order ahead but was driving and forgot to order ahead today. I get this iced coffee everyday and the worker tells me we cannot add cookie butter to the iced coffee, it's only for the cold brew and we have a limited supply. I said okay I'll just order online where I can get it and she says thank you?! If you know I can order it online why wouldn't you give it to me? So I drove around and ordered it and got my iced coffee with the cookie butter. Also, if it were truly only for cold brew, wouldn't it be that way on the Dunkin app which is controlled by corporate? Went to order ahead with the app. The app was not working. Placed order and asked to redeem my coupon and told they would not honor it. Not "could not" but "would not". Full sized Dunkin that is located just off I-81 on the west side of the highway. Perfect if you're headed south. They have a decently-sized seating area and a drive through. When I came through here in the morning, my order was taken quickly and my coffee was ready super fast. The chocolate frosted was excellent. The only problem was that the sandwich maker took my food over to the drive through rather than the counter. That made for a brief extra wait. The drive through seems to move rather quickly. I have been to this location three times. Two of these times I ordered the Avocado toast with the roasted tomatoes... and there was no tomatoes either time!! Is there just no tomatoes? Are they just not giving them to me? I need to know dunkin! Also it seems there is always a 3 or 5 minute delay between taking orders in the drive thru. Best customer service with a smile! Allie is always smiling when I come in there (she interacts with other customers too like this when I'm there) to get my yummy iced coffee and donuts. Their wraps and sandwiches are good, too. Her staff (which I didn't catch their names) are friendly also. The store is always clean when I come in there. Nice seating in there so I can enjoy my coffee and whatever I get while I work on paperwork for work. This store is right off I-81 exit 9 Maugans Ave in Maryland. Sadly I have to give a negative review for this location. We had to repeat Our order multiple times which is usually no problem, however, They had to re-enter it into the system to display the proper flavor... Then the drink that we got was not even what we ordered nor what was on the screen. My oldest child went inside where a customer butted it in front and he was told to wait by an employee. They did finally make the drink right which I do appreciate but I was "mouthed at" by the employee stating that the drink "looked right". We were definitely there for about 15 minutes to get only one drink correct. We will not be returning to this location. read more

This place deserves a zero for the snotty service you receive if you ask for them to remove egg ( I'm allergic). I was told I shouldn't expect to customize a sandwich that I was requesting to make a whole different sandwich and said we don't do that here. She also stated that it was rude customers like me that she should be able to report to corporate after I was overly accommodating in repeating myself at least 10 times. After her co worker told her at least 3-4 times what my order was she still was not listening. It sad was one of my morning stops guess I'll be a loyal Starbucks customer at least they give me no issues with my orders and rarely have to repeat anything there. I was here opening day and had no issues whatsoever. I walked in, ordered my dozen, paid and walked out very happy. Fast forward a few days and service is abysmal. Several people are complaining about long wait times, incomplete orders, wrong orders etc. Every person walking away from the pickup counter has been given a half hearted "I'm sorry about that". I usually never right reviews but I feel the need to save people their time. I went to this Dunkin' Donuts this morning and the drive thru was long and not moving, I went inside and ordered my latte, 5 minutes go by still no latte, 10 minutes go by still no latte and a family that walked in after me already got their 3 drinks. I ask someone where is my drink and they said someone is working on it, another couple of minutes roll around everyone is standing around acting clueless so I asked again where is my drink and they say someone is working on it. At that point I told them just give me my my money back because apparently someone has been working on one coffee for 15 minutes. Not to mention when I first walked in the employees were being extremely loud with each other in front of costumers. They rushed the coffee because obviously no one was actually working on it and it taste like complete crap. Do not go here. read more

Placed my order on the App for curbside pickup. Arrived at 9:24am. Waited for 20 minutes. Went inside to inquire about my order. They finally just sit it on the counter and look at me. Very disappointed with how things have gone the last few times we have ordered from here. This morning was the straw that broke the camels back. Ordered 2 donuts, 1 glazed and 1 chocolate frosted; received 2 chocolate frosted. Ordered turkey sausage with veggie egg white on a bagel with cheese; received veggie egg white with cheese on a bagel, no meat. Also ordered turkey sausage with veggie egg white wake up wrap and received bacon, egg wake up wrap. About the only thing right on the order was the 2 drinks and the 2 hash browns.
