Ordered throught Doordash. I usually don't order Dunking often, but when I do this location use to be the best. I haven't ordered in a while and haven't read the recent reviews when I recieved my order. Apparently they have a new staff that dosesn't give a sh*t and have been giving people either undercooked or overcooked food. Mines was overcooked. My croissant and muffer were toasted so hard to the poin they were hardly edible. I will not be ordering Dunkins again and will start going back to the local Coffee shops of Grayson. Ordered through the drive-tru after placing order in the mobile app. Requested napkins to accompany beverage, and received 1 napkin for the large drink. Not sure if there is a napkin shortage that u am unaware of. But 1 napkin for a large beverage seems a little insulting. Luckily, I had no spills or drips. Window person was not the most pleasant/friendly. I will probably reconsider ordering this beverage again or maybe selecting another location in the future. Always hit or miss. Drive thru is usually fast but the staff is rarely nice. I have been here tons of time but today is my first time leaving a review. Went through the drive through and ordered 2 donuts and a frozen coffee. Got to the window and the cashier didn't know what donuts I ordered. After I confirmed my order with her, I received my drink and donuts and was on my way. Realized that my donuts weren't right so my husband parked and I went inside. Besides the fact that the cashier didn't care, after I explained that I went through the drive thru she took my bag, removed the wrong donut, put it back on the shelf and grabbed a new one. I restated to her that I was outside and came inside with the donut. She asked me if I had touched it. ‍ She did end up throwing it in the trash when I asked about it. Anywho, I won't be back. I Went to this location this morning and the line was long, but that is not the problem. The young man at the drive thru was not necessarily rude, but clearly untrained. I pulled up to the window to get my order and he said, "Here ya go!" -No proper greeting at all. He gave me no straw with my iced coffee and no napkins with my doughnut. I asked for a straw and he gave me a straw, but when I asked for napkins he tried to give them to me all balled up in his hand. I asked him, why would you give a customer napkins like that? It was very disrespectful!!! It looked like he pulled used napkins out of the trash and of course I did not accept them. Managers, please train your young staff to be courteous and respectful. Some of the sweet southern young lady's working there are very pleasant but the quality of the cold brew is disappointingly inconsistent. Some days I love it and some days I do not like it. It was more consistent product a few months ago. I found simple truth organic cold brew at Kroger that is $10 for about 15 servings so I'm resolving to make my own from now on. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in there today to place a good size order for 4 people. Stood at the counter ignored for about 5 minutes. Then a lady walked up and asked if we were paying with cash or card. I told her card. She walked away and pointed to the machine stating we had to use that since she could not take card at the register. Ok. Fine. I don't like these machines but I will use it. I start punching in the order. The interface is not user friendly and you have to keep going home and navigating back. Then I get to ordering munchkins for my daughter and their only option is assorted. At this point I'm frustrated and walk back up to the counter and say I want to order to a person and not a machine. The same lady walks up rolling her eyes and asks the same question, cash or card. I again told her card and she told me she could not help here I have to use the machine. I ended up putting the drinks I grabbed from the cooler and walked out. I go to Dunkin' Donuts all over the area almost daily. I have never been forced to use that machine and the service never tried to force me. Here they just didn't care about service. Today I visited this Dunkin and used the drive thru like 20 other people in front of me. I do not frequent this Dunkin often because of the terrible service and inconsistency of product. Well today they lived up to my reason for not coming to this location often. On the side of the bldg was a huge sign advertising a new coffee with extra caffeine, I want to say it was called hyped but had extra green coffee extract. The sign boasted $2 medium either iced or hot. I rolled around and when it was my turn I ordered the coffee iced and one other item. The lady at the window said thank you and gave me the price that was roughly $6.50. I added in my head the two items and at the most came up with $4.50 and asked why the difference and she stated that the hyped coffee had gone up to almost $4. I politely told her the sign on the bldg window stated $2 she argued with me saying that there was no such sign. I told her to go and look. She closed the window and a very rude Indian woman came to the window and acknowledged the incorrect advertisement and stated the price had gone up more than a week ago and if you looked closely that there was an expiration date on the sign. I told her this was on their window and appreciated her honoring this or taking the ad down and she said that there was an expiration date and refused to honor the advertisement. She would not budge on the price even after acknowledging the discrepancy. Who can see an small expiration date from their car? Besides why is the sign up with a HUGE $2 price circled and very boldly shown when the deal is not longer valid and has not been valid for almost 2 weeks???? This sealed the deal for me I will NEVER go back to this Dunkin. It is run by greedy people. I would give a negative star rating but 1 is as low as it goes. read more

I've been meaning to do this, I literally stop here 5 out of 7 days I work, sometimes I go in, the store is always decorated cute and for the occasion, I love it! I Never order food, My order is always perfect medium coffee, cream only! It's $2.32, I always have exact change and ask for Splenda on the side! I sometimes get to the front and they say it's on them! I just want to say thank you, I'm grateful for your kindness!! Just went here at 8:45 am this morning. Tons of cars in drive thru, parking lot full, and waited in line inside to order. All to be expected. What wasn't expecting is that the donuts do not taste fresh, as if they were baked that morning. Bought two coffee cake (which are like round cinnamon glazed in other places), one chocolate cake and one chocolate Creme. The chocolate creme was heart shaped and Valentine's Day was yesterday, but figured they were making heart shaped donuts all weekend. Except it tasted like it was day old. I have had one before at 4:30 in the afternoon that tasted better. The coffee cake/glazed donut was also stale tasting. All the donuts were cold as well. They almost tasted like they could be frozen and thawed out; just not fresh tasting at all. Hardly ever buy donuts and it was a disappointing trip.
