We got avocado toast. My husband got his with an egg; I had mine plain. He had an iced caramel latte, and I had a plain cappuccino because that's the best way for me to judge the espresso, besides ordering a straight shot. Food was okay. Did not blow me out of the water. It was decent enough to eat, but a tiny, tiny portion for the price. Somewhere around ten to eleven dollars per toast. One slice of bread, a little avocado, a couple of tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. Was it tasty? Yes. Was it worth ten dollars? I don't think so. I bought a full sourdough loaf for ten dollars. I understand service costs and all that, but still. Coffee was actually very good, though. My cappuccino had fruity notes, very smooth. They have different roasts, which is nice. The cups and plates are really cute, and the space itself is charming. The lady working seemed very overwhelmed. The place was full, decently loud, line kept getting longer the whole time we were there. My husband didn't love his coffee, and he's usually not picky at all, so that says something. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. But if I needed a place to sit and do some work and didn't need to be on the phone, I'd probably consider it. I just think there are better places out there. Honest opinion. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.

They were very professional and friendly so great on that. my issue is with the coffee itself - I've never received a latte where the espresso and the milk weren't mixed together, so when I took my first sip, the espresso shots were so overly bitter and burnt tasting that it absolutely killed my taste buds. Even after I tried to mix everything together, all I could taste was that burnt espresso, which after about 20 minutes, made me incredibly nauseated as well I am a regular five espresso shot latte drinker pretty much every day so for me to get sick from it it really comes down to how bad the espresso was What's frustrating is that my drink cost $10. Sadly, it's a $10 drink. I ended up having to throw away after a couple of sips because it was undrinkable. I'm not understanding from the reviews why the coffee is considered to be so great and maybe it's just a question of ordering the right beverage from them but for that price and for the poor quality product, I will not be returning any time in the new future I basically threw $10 away today and that's very frustrating

Located in the quaint historic Grapevine downtown, it's just under 5 miles from DFW airport (good…read morefor layovers, eh?) and is currently the only flagship store in the US. There's the retail portion of the store, cafe, and gaming center for activities (though roped off for COVID). It's also conveniently located next to the Grapevine Convention Center if the events get too large to be held in-store. The staff are very nice, helpful, and make great drinks! I really appreciate that the drinks are reasonably priced too. You can really tell that the staff love the world of Warhammer and are delighted to share their passion with others just coming into the hobby or are already devoted fans. Other than stocking most everything Warhammer-related, there are also some exclusives and merch that just happened to only be available at this store like autographed limited first-edition books, Christmas sweaters, pins. Looks like the inventory changes quite frequently so there's regularly something new to look at with each visit. Love that they take COVID precautions seriously here; you're supposed to put whatever you touch on the center tables to be disinfected. Recommend calling ahead if you're looking to see if they have some hot item in stock as they do go quick. Also as a side note, I was imagining something massive for being the largest Warhammer store and the flagship location in the US, but it's not that big actually. Just temper your expectations - it's jampacked with lots of goodies.

I've walked by and never even noticed this place, but I encourage you to enter. The store offers players pieces to paint and play in house, other related material to review, and a historical review of Warhammer. War game setups to play, which, by the way, are artistically set up so awesomely! I would have taken more pictures and videos, but it was busy, and the majority of the game stations were taken up by players. I, on the other hand, enjoyed that they had a cafe as well. I believe their coffee machine is down or something. So I opted for their "Blood for the Blood God" tea it's not too sweet and pretty refreshing for a hot, humid day. We waited to eat our cinnamon roll at home. After heating it up a bit, I enjoyed the sweet treat. It was a tad bit dry, but it was eaten. If you're a fan or just walking by, stop and check it out. You may be surprised by a hobby you never knew could pique your interest!

It had been a while since we had stopped in, but we had to see if their quality of coffee was still what we found initially. What makes Society so unique and interesting is that it is in a gas station mini-market. When you walk in there are typical mini market racks of food and other items, but on another side of the market is the coffeehouse portion. Do not call this gas station coffee! Society does a tremendous job on the beverages they create and rival any coffee location in the area. I had a hot latte which was smooth with a kick. Very enjoyable. A standard latte is a basic drink, but not everybody can get it right. Society gets it right My wife enjoyed her own latte. Her's was iced, but she had a bit of cayenne syrup and a touch honey. She loves a hint of sweet and a hint of spicy. They nailed it. None of the additions overpowered the coffee and everything blended together really well. Do yourself a favor when driving in or out of DFW airport or if you're just in the general Euless area., try Society. You'll not be disappointed. They have kept up their quality every time we visit.
