Dunkin' Donuts on Indian school is very poor they have a very small selection and always out of everything, don't waste your time or money.

It does not matter what time of the day you decide to go, they don't have something or they will offer you replacements. If you are lucky and able to get an iced coffee, is not good. I honestly stopped going to this location though it is the closest to home and waited to get to work (30 miles from here) to get my coffee. Very sad but I think all the restaurants around this area (sonic, for example) offer the same bad experience. read more

Would give it negative stars if I could. I was here today in the am decided to give it one more try since last year when I went it was terrible. Asked for a large hazelnut iced latte. The kid couldn't find the hazelnut. Same thing happened last time how do you not have hazelnut ? I decided for French vanilla, I asked for an extra shot in my latte and when I got my coffee in my car I noticed it said iced coffee not a latte. I said whatever I needed my coffee and I had to go to work had no time to wait again. After about an hour at work and only drinking 1/4th of it my stomach started to hurt felt like I had to sh*t my pants at work that's how bad it was. Just decided to throw it away and not even deal with it. It's even almost the end of the day and my stomach is still feeling terrible. Disgusting and stale donuts. I recently ordered a dozen donuts in their drive-thru and got 10 glazed and 2 cake donuts. All of the glaze on the donuts were slimy and melted and the donuts tasted so stale. Aren't glazed donuts suppose to be pillowy soft? They clearly gave me a day (or 2) old donuts, but I was too busy to return to the store for a refund. My family and I were grossed out and we threw away the entire dozen. Such a waste of money. We will definitely support the mom and pop donut shop up the street instead. They always have amazing donuts that are fresh and soft. They got so much better since my last review but for the last week their app has been down so you can't order on the go and the only way to get coffee is drive through because the lobby is closed for COVID regulations which I totally agree with. I get coffee at Dunkin Donuts every day all over the Phoenix area. This new location is the closest to my house, so I stop here quite often. This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts in Arizona. So I try not to rush to judgement so I gave this place three try's in the past week. First two times I ordered iced coffee and they were terrible, workers had no idea how to make them. So this morning when I went I went prepared to tell them how to make them. Bad idea, made it so sweet I couldn't drink it. I also ordered an order of hash browns, how could I go wrong, right? Update** it's worse than its ever been. Every time I come here there's some issue with my payment or my drinks. I only order a black coffee. It's not that difficult. I've been here for 12 minutes, there's 8 cars in the drive thru, I walked in and still don't have my black coffee. Also- I totally stumped them by paying with cash. It took 2 of them to give me my change and they still gave me back $1 too much ‍ I was so excited to have a dd so close to home but this location needs some serious training. I've been patient while they worked through their issues with opening a new store but seriously guys. We are several weeks in and it never takes me less than 15 minutes to get a hot black coffee. This used to be my favorite coffee spot to grab a quick drink. My drink was only made right half the time but I enjoyed bringing my dog with me to get her a pup cup. I go today and they charged me $1.10 for a tiny little cup of whipped cream for my dog. Never in my life has a Dunkin location charged me for a pup cup. It honestly really annoyed me. At this point I'm just going to take her to Starbucks. I'd rather contribute the extra dollar to a pricier drink but at least I know my drink will be made right and they'll still give me a free treat for my dog. If I could give this place ZERO stars I absolutely would!!!! Came in on Sunday, waited in their long ass line of a drive thru for 30 minutes probably because everyone was pissed they order ICED drinks just to get up to the window to be told they have no ICE! Finally got up to pay I had ordered a few ICED LATTES instead of being told while I was ordering they do not have ice I ended up with "iced" lattes but without one thing... the damn ICE lol. So I had asked if I could please have some ice, and at that time was told they did not have ice at the time because their machine was broken. Fine, that is fair just wished I would have been told that while I was ordering so I could have gotten something else lol. The drink was awful to say the least, took two sips and was done with it. Waste of money in my eyes! I called later that day to see if I could swing by and have the three drinks remade WITH ICE. There wasn't a problem, told me to come on through and they will "happily" make them for us. I get there this morning WITH the FULL drinks with maybe two sips taken from them, and my receipt. Waited in their long assss line again. Just to get up to the window to speak with a so called manager "Jaleen" who pretty much told me there was nothing she could do for me ALTHOUGH I had the full drinks, and the receipt! She even acknowledged that their machine was down that day but for some reason were still proceeding to sell ICED drinks ? THE BEST PART IS; she then offered to put ice in my now 3 day old drinks!!!!! AND she took the drinks back into the building although there is a whole ass pandemic going on, and those drinks have been in my house for 3 DAYS!!!!!! What if I have been exposed to COVID!!!! So unsafe, and unprofessional. I am still in disbelief the way this was handled. Instead of remaking a $4 drink she offered to put ice in a 3 day old drink... despite having the full drink, and receipt, BLOWS MY MIND. I would understand if I didn't bring the drink back or maybe brought it back half drank with no proof of purchase and no valid reason! BUT it was clear she was aware of the situation that weekend with their ice machine!!! JALEEN should absolutely not be in charge of that store. Keep treating your loyal customers that way, and you won't have none! AVOID this location at all cost, they allow employees to bring touched product from the public back into their building from the drive thru, and management does not acknowledge to make their faults right. The girl at counter was wearing the same gloves as she took my order. Used the computer and went on to grab the donuts. Same gloves. We could see her really long pink nails where poking out of the gloves. So gross. I asked her to change her gloves and took new ones then when went to the back. I assume they were changed. First, I just want to say that the food and drinks here are totally fine and standard for Dunkin' Donuts. My main issues with this location are related to other things. We don't go here all that often, but when we do there seems to always be some issue. For example, a couple of weeks ago the oven was down. This has also happened in the past, so we were unable to order breakfast sandwiches. Another time, I went through the drive through and ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin and a maple frosted donut. I checked in the bag and saw a sandwich made with a croissant, so I told the cashier at the window that I may have been given the wrong order. Nope. It was mine. Apparently they ran out of English muffins and decided to just make it on a croissant. I was fine with it, however, I don't think it is right that she totally would've let me drive away without informing me that they took it upon themselves to alter my order. What if I didn't want/like croissants and paid for something that I didn't want? Also, I had to remind her to go and get the donut I had also ordered (and paid for) and I didn't check the bag before driving away. When I did look at it, it was also not the maple frosted donut I ordered. Was that because again they were out of maple so they just gave me whatever? Who knows? Honestly, I want to give this location a fair shot, but it seems like every time we try it, there is some little incident like this. Something broken, out of things, incorrect orders, etc. I'm pretty forgiving and understanding, but I just feel that this location doesn't run as smoothly as it should to deserve more than 2 stars at this point. read more

I have never waited in a drive through line so long it was frustrating because i couldn't leave because of the curbs. I have tried to give this location a try a few different times and today will be the last. Pulled up to the drive thru with 2 cars ahead, figured should be quick. NO...... we sat in line for at least 20 minutes. Placed my order and was given my total which was way more than it should've been. I get to the window and wait another very long 3 minutes. The manager was busy reprimanding the new employee. I asked the woman at the window how much the donuts were, she did not know. The snotty manager came over and gave me the price. I reminded her that the coffee was on special for $2. She proceeded to tell me that that was only for iced coffee's. I reminded her nicely that I did in fact order an iced coffee. I am now finally on my way home after 25 minutes with three chocolate longjohns, iced coffee and two happy kids. We finally get home and open up our bag and two of the chocolate longjohns are sandwich together with the iceing facing each other and the other one on the bottom with the icing facing the bag. Needless to say all of the icing was rubbed off the donuts. Now I'm super annoyed. I go back to Dunkin' Donuts and as I'm walking up the manager is standing behind the counter and staring at me with that nasty look on her face, I don't think she realized I could see her. Upon walking in she quickly greeted me with a fake condescending smile, I handed her the bag and asked her if she could please give me three new longjohns as these were thrown into a bag and completely unacceptable . At this point she decided to call out another employee right in front of me, She told me that she could not, that after the donuts are handled and put into a bag it is no longer their issue. Completely flabbergasted, she said as a courtesy she would switch out my donuts this one time. I told her that she should and that's why they have the white tissue paper to go between. She told me they could not use those and that it was against health code. I finally asked for my money back and left. Not exactly sure what's worse the fact that this is the third time I have been there and the donuts are always stale, the lack of training and knowledge of employees. so disappointed! last week we drove through just have cold coffee. tonight we got baskin ribbons ice cream from this same store and although we paid for regular scoops we were given child scoops. when I worked at baskin we had to practice scooping before every shift. I've had a bad experience at this Dunkin almost every single time I go. Extremely long wait times in the drive thru and the staff is extremely slow and unfriendly. I've waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru before and they almost ALWAYS get my drink order wrong. Earlier today I went and there was *one* car in front of me; I was expecting it to go fast, but nope. Took almost 10 full minutes for this car to get one food item and one drink. When I got to the window, the girl was extremely confused about my order of a medium iced coffee with oat milk and kept running it over with me about three times. I ended up getting a large iced coffee oat milk and sugar, which I did not ask for. Honestly unbelievable... management needs to train employees here better. Super slow and super rude. Cashier huffed and puffed when I gave her exact change, not even counting it asked if I could give her exact change and I told her it was then rolled her eyes.
