Writing this review based on today's experience only. I wish I had caught the associate's name that served me to properly thank her. I believe when someone does a good job they deserve to be recognized. I had a 15 minute work break to rush over and grab some coffee and donuts from a mobile order. The line was full and exceeded the drive thru (morning rush 7:45 am) but let me tell you that it moved really fast. I would give 5 stars for today but my order did happen to be off. Not a big deal though because the associate quickly and politely fixed it. Just combined with another order that's all. She was fast and presented to be mindful that people are likely trying to get there coffee in the way to work. I go here occasionally and the associates are usually pretty polite and I recognize it's potentially a lot of people's first job but even with small errors if you're customer service is on point it makes it a much easier process. If it wasn't for the new Goodyear traffic I would have made it there and back in 15 minutes. Just missed it. Keep up the good work! read more

Watch out for a young pregnant woman... I am mentally ill & physically disabled person. I know I am not fully bright, due to multiple accidents, TBI, & surgeries... I recovering from my 4th near death experience. I recently moved to Arizona, hoping it will help me trying to be myself again. Of course I had the worse service and she made me look and felt like I'm an idiot... I left saying Fuck IT, like I just wanted to give up in life. Until my wife tried to help me calm down. This place needs new management asap. I've tried giving them a chance for years but each time, they never FAIL to DISAPPOINT! ! The employees always look miserable and unprofessional. I swear nobody there knows how to make a coffee. It's always never enough milk/creamer or it's just straight up milk. Im only giving one star cause the donuts are alright. I've gone three time in the last week, all at different times and days. They are not quick at their job, the donuts get stale fast, I pre ordered early in the morning, went through the drive through pickup and my food was cold. I'm 8 minutes from this location, my donuts weren't even ready. If I wouldn't have asked where the donuts were before leaving the window I would've not received them. Than when I finally received the donuts only one was what I had asked for. If they're ever out of something which with how early in the morning it was they shouldn't be. But they usually ask me what replacements I want. She just threw in whatever. It's my mistake going back three times thinking each time it would get better. I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts and decided to give it a try. I told the cashier I have never been here and would like an iced coffee. I asked do you have different types of iced coffees. He just shrugged his shoulders and put in the register an iced coffee. I then asked wait what's a cold brew is it like an iced coffee? Once again shrugged his shoulders and got the closest person to help me. I had to repeat I've never been here sell me on your iced coffees explain to me what's a cold brew? She told me cold brew is a little stronger. I noticed an employee was already making me an iced coffee because that's what the first person put into the register. The presentation for the donuts is horrible. It's right behind the register I had to keep asking the workers to move so I could see what is for sale. It was only 11am and a lot of donuts were gone already. I kept thinking are they not going to refill it what are they closing in an hour what's going on?? I had them bag up 3 donuts. I finally settled on a medium cold brew with Carmel. The total range up to $21.00 I told her no that's too much for a $3.00 cold brew and 3 donuts. She didn't know what to do. I said void it out re ring me. She kept saying are you sure you don't want that iced coffee we already made it and rang you up for it. I said no I asked about the iced coffee and what iced coffees you had I never said I wanted that. I also seen that they have an iced cinnamon banana one. That looks interesting they never said that. Maybe it's the music it was so loud in that store I could barely hear them. I finally turned to my son that was with me and I said let's get out of here. Seriously so annoyed. This is my last time coming to get my favorite milkshake from baskin. Like they make me a literal milk shake with no ice cream. I went through the drive thru around 11 am today. I ordered an assortment of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry frosted donuts with sprinkles (family favorite). They were out of the strawberry frosted with sprinkles, so we got strawberry frosted. I also ordered a small mocha coffee. I got to the window and needed to add 2 hot chocolates to the order and the cashier was very pleasant and nice about it and got them out pretty quickly. Overall, very satisfied other than the strawberry frosted donuts being out. Good customer service. read more

I ordered my two drinks online at 743 am and I arrived there at 800 am. I immediately knew something was wrong when I walked in, because there were 15 people waiting in the lobby for their drinks and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. I figured I should be good because I am already 15 minutes into the wait list because I used the mobile app. There were only 4 people working there so I am assuming they were short staffed or someone called in. It looked like everyone was trying their best and there was one guy that looked new and not trained properly because he was not sure how he can be part of the team to make things go faster. I felt bad for them but at the same time annoyed because I had to wait 40 minutes to get my drinks. I walked out of there at 822 am and my drinks were simple "large iced coffee with 2 pumps of mocha" I don't even think they process the mobile orders in the order they are received because there were many customers that were walking up to the mobile order area asking for their orders. My personal opinion is get more people working in the mornings especially on a Friday or else you are going to get a bunch of pissed off people. I have not been to this location in a while but I guess it is the same old stuff. The coffee was good but not 40 minutes good. There seems to be an issue with the staff having to cook food, get donuts, and make the drinks. Maybe hire two cooks for the food and designate people to handle to donuts and the cashier, and the fastest people to make the coffee. I saw too many people running all over the place and 1 guy looked confused and obviosly not trained correctly. I would agree with another post if you have 40 minutes to kill wait in the drive thru or order online 45 minutes ahead because you will be waiting a long time for your goods. I went early Saturday morning to get one of my faves from Dunkin Donuts, Iced Caramel Latte with EXTRA caramel. The coffee shop was empty (inside and out) and thought "this latte is going to REALLY good"...That did not happen When I approached the drive thru window, I noticed the employees having tons of fun and I get it, I was that age once with a job, but customer service was ALWAYS important. The young lady came to the window and no customer service at all, talked to me like I was not a paying customer. The gentleman noticed I was sitting in the drive thru quite some time and checked in my drink. I watched the girls playing (literally) and joking around, I had to keep eyes on them to make sure nothing crazy was being to my drink. I felt bad for the manager looked like she was working ask by herself The gentleman finally brought my drink to me and I tasted it right away...BLAH!! No caramel flavor at all!! It was TONS of ice and the latte tasted like it was burnt. Horrible, horrible wait time. There where 6 cars in front of me (which is a small line for any other dunkin donuts) we waited over 30 min from beginning to end. The guy in front of me ordered two coffees and one food item, took him almost 10 min of waiting at the window. My bacon was ice cold, so if it was ready and had time to get cold why did I wait 5 min after you handed me my coffee to get it? They are not understaffed. The young man working the window at 730 am on 10/17/2020 did not change his gloves while handling money and food. He touched his masked and rubbed his nose at least 3 times while I was waiting by the drive up window. I am horrified. They are breaking all kinds of health and safety violations. SO DISAPPOINTING!! I have gone here in the afternoon and the donuts were crusty. So I thought if I tried at 8:30 on a Sunday morning they would be fresh. But no, they were crusty and gross. The tater tots were a greasy, slimy mess. The sausage croissant was thrown in a bag and smeared with cheese all over the place. This is not a good Dunkin at all! I won't be back! And no one else should go there either! The back door was propped open with an overflowing garbage can. There was garbage all over the back cement pad. One day I will learn my lesson and stop trying to think this place will change. Sign outside says under new management. I got super excited and hopeful. That's on me.. even though I ordered ahead by 10 minutes, I waited another 15 when I arrived. For munchkins and hash browns.. nothing fancy. I was told they didn't have munchkins so I asked for a donut and to refund the difference. The girl walked away from me and looked like I was inconveniencing her. Decided to write a review to attempt to counter the sad people who rushed to give a brand new store one star. If you don't think a new store opening is deserving of grace, I'm not sure what to say, except I'm not surprised given the neighborhood. The employees are young, yes. This is Dunkin Donuts right? Perfect first employer for high school students and such. They were extremely friendly to me and apologized for the wait even though it wasn't long. I'm guessing they were used to getting yelled at by the "pleasant" people in line. Why is it always middle class folk who are always so angry and unpleasant? I've also encountered unfortunate employees at the Filiberto's on Estrella getting yelled at by unhappy people, but I digress... I did a mobile order, which worked without issue. Two iced coffees were good. They did sub some of the donuts I ordered on the app for my dozen without telling me, but it wasn't a big deal. Donuts were good and consistent with Dunkin products. Dunkin' Donuts on Indian school is very poor they have a very small selection and always out of everything, don't waste your time or money.

I was so excited when I saw a Dunkin Donuts open near my home by far my favorite coffee. However, majorly disappointed in this location. This is the SLOWEST and dirtiest Dunkin location I've ever visited. I placed an order on my app for a small coffee at 10:25am this past Saturday. I went tho the drive through and there were 3 cars in front of me,1 already at the window. I had to wait 14 minutes to get my order. When I got to the window and I could see there were no other customers at the counter and barely anyone in the store. I noticed a mess behind the counter too- floor, counters, etc. My advice to management or owners, either hire someone that knows how to manage a restaurant or show up and work the location yourself to get it up to average- at least. I'm never going to the drive through again, that's for sure. read more

Went through drive thru. Waited 25 minutes for four cars ahead of me. Ordered six chocolate donuts and 3 chocolate milks. Charged $18. Took donuts home, only two chocolate donuts and the others were terrible. Every donut was at least one day old, and I went in at 7am. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Tried to go back (through drive thru again, another 35 minutes) and was told they wouldn't change out my donuts. Tried contacting customer service (website hides this number behind a few obscure references), and a call service person with a terribly difficult to understand accent told me, "sorry, but it's Covid policy not to replace items once you leave drive thru". Would give it negative stars if I could. I was here today in the am decided to give it one more try since last year when I went it was terrible. Asked for a large hazelnut iced latte. The kid couldn't find the hazelnut. Same thing happened last time how do you not have hazelnut ? I decided for French vanilla, I asked for an extra shot in my latte and when I got my coffee in my car I noticed it said iced coffee not a latte. I said whatever I needed my coffee and I had to go to work had no time to wait again. After about an hour at work and only drinking 1/4th of it my stomach started to hurt felt like I had to sh*t my pants at work that's how bad it was.
