The drive thru was slow just like other businesses so I went indoors. Twenty minutes for an iced coffee and hot coffee. The long wait was for anyone to take my order. They get busy and mostly with delivery orders. The drive thru wasn't too bad. What appears to be happening is that employees do not stress themselves to fulfill orders in a timely manner. You get your items when they feel like getting to you. This is the mood at BK too. If you happen to read this from the interstate, just keep going to the next exit! Wasted too much time off the road! **If you also caught my review of the local Burger King, then you may have an idea of how much time was wasted grabbing food and coffee. Test results are supposed to be back in 1-2 days but what were not told was that the tests aren't even picked up for 2 or more days after the tests are done! We were headed to Canada and needed our PCR test to get into Canada. When a location says results in 1-2 day, that's what you expect, not that the tests won't even be picked up in 2 or more days! We left there to search for another location for PCR testing.
